Would be 5 stars if they were actually ever opened. Tried this pizza once as a recommendation of a friend. We all loved it...but I have tried to order on 3 other occasions and they were closed!

bruce, grace, and the victoria's team is top-notch and the food they make is *DELICIOUS* - i can't say enough good things about how communicative, professional, and thorough they are. they catered our party and did not disappoint -- their pizzas were exceptional, both in variety and flavor. i highly highly recommend them.

Sold me a cold pizza and it was almost $30. Gave them another chance because accidents happen and they forgot to put my pizza in the oven. I went to get it 30 minutes later and ended up having to wait another 30 minutes. With all of the choices for pizza in Bethel, skip this one.

Wow, this is a beyond fabulous dining experience. We shared a pork arribata and a bee sting pizza. So much flavor. The crust is so thin, flavorful and crispy. The staff was so polite and helpful

We have enjoyed Victoria's pizza from their truck for years, and are so excited that they now have a restaurant in Bethel! There just is not a better pizza. The ingredients are fresh, and the owners know how to make the perfect crust. Custom build your ingredient list if you like, but so far I just pick from their menu, quick and delicious. If you appreciate well-made pizza, this is it.

We have ordered out from Victoria's 3 times now and the family has all agreed this is one of our new local favorites! Each visit I was greeted by chef/owner Bruce and I had the pleasure today of meeting his wife, Grace. They were nothing short of extremely hospitable, as they helped me with my order. On a recent visit, I explained to Bruce that we love the genuine taste of his pizzas, so he complimented my comments with a quick education of his ingredients that arrive direct from Italy! Combine these with his love of pizza and genuine wood-burning stove and the result is exceptionally delicious and fresh "just like Italy" pizza. To top off a great pizza, we tried Bruce's "Smores" dessert pie and it was truly a slice of heaven - we were impressed with the toasted marshmallows on top, followed by graham cracker crumbs and Nutella all on top of his amazing crust! Thank you Bruce & Company, you have gained a customer.

Excellent pizza with floury, perfectly charred dough. In a town overflowing with pizza places, if you want something more than your standard chain restaurant pies, and something a little more artisanal and made with care and attention to the ingredients and how it's prepared, this is probably the best in the area. Excellent customer service, too!

This has become my new favorite pizza spot in the Bethel/Danbury/Newtown area. Beats some of the amazing places I grew up with in the Bronx. After having pizza from Victoria's you really won't want to touch pizza from anywhere else. It was the arugula and prosciutto seasonal pizza that caught my attention, and after the first bite I fell in love. It has become a mission to try everything on the menu - everything is so fresh - and after trying out the mini meatballs marinara (the best meatballs in the area) last week I've been dreaming about them in a puccia sandwich. Staff really makes you welcome, at home and about to take down some home cooking. Highly recommended.

Bruce & the Victoria’s Wood Fired crew were amazing at our wedding! We’ve gotten nothing but compliments from our guests on the pizzas (of course), as well as the cocktail hour carving station and brownie desserts. They absolutely hit the nail on the head for making something fun and joyful feel upscale at the same time. This was no surprise at the wedding, because Bruce invited us to his place in Connecticut before we finalized our contract and made several pizzas for us to try. We were blown away, and it was easy to go into the wedding confident that our guests would be too.

We had Bruce and Grace cater our wedding at the end of July and it was divine! Here are a few of the reasons why we wholeheartedly recommend them! 1) They were able to travel the 3+ hours to Roxbury, NY to serve our welcome dinner. 2) Right from the beginning they were super acommodating of our guests allergies and dietary needs and they've setup their menu to make it easy for themselves and for us! As someone with a gluten allergy, I greatly appreciate anyone who offers a gluten-free crust, but then above and beyond that, they cooked all of our crusts in a completely clean oven so there was no cross contamination. 3) They have the tastiest gluten-free crust I've tried. 4) Everyone raved about the pizzas all night long and for days afterwards. They were sooooooo tasty! Had something for everyone. 5) They also have salads, drinks and gelato as part of the package, not just pizza Thank you again for making our wedding so delicious and memorable!

I can't say enough good things about Bruce, Grace, and the whole Victoria's Wood Fired Pizza & Catering crew! They are absolutely phenomenal and are absolute professionals! When my husband and I first started planning our wedding we knew wanted something a little less traditional, and more of what we thought an epic celebration should include - awesome, delicious food that everyone enjoys eating! After searching far and wide, we found Victoria's Wood Fired Pizza & Catering! After some initial emails regarding options, availability, and ballpark costs, Bruce and Grace invited us to their storefront to try out the food. Within the first couple of bites we were hooked! Their food is so flavorful, tasty, high quality, and there are so, so many options. It was so hard to choose our final menu. Bruce and Grace were quick to hop on the phone and talk through any concerns I had, they were always responding quickly to my emails and working on revised quotes. The are experts at what they do and they do it well. The day of our wedding, everything went off without a hitch! At least from what myself and the guests could see. If anything went wrong, they improvised and handled it like true professionals. The cocktail hour was out of control insanely good - the cheese, the vegetables, incredible. The dinner was also a hit! We had pizza, vegetables, salads, and some other sides. I had so many guests coming up to me saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and they were so happy we chose to go with something we wanted, though a bit less traditional, because it’s really what people enjoy! I highly recommend Victoria's Wood Fired Pizza & Catering for weddings of any kind! And please invite me so I can FULLY enjoy all the food as a guest instead of running around as a bride!!!!!! Though, we did take home many pizzas to enjoy that night! :-) THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU BRUCE, GRACE + CREW! YOU MADE OUR WEDDING BETTER THAN WE DREAMED OF! :-)

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner catered by Victoria’s. We wanted to do something a little different than a typical sit-down at a restaurant so we investigated food trucks in the Hudson Valley. When we came across Victoria’s, we were thrilled that Bruce would be willing to come all the way to Highland, NY. My mother-in-law hosted the event on her property and it was perfect. The salads and appetizers were DELICIOUS. Guests were blown away by the heirloom tomato platter with every color of the rainbow. The pizza choices are amazing and I still can’t decide which my favorite was. The absolute best part is that it just kept coming! There was enough food for guests to take home with them! And every kid at the party was invited onto the truck to make their own pie – they loved it. What a thoughtful and special touch. Not only was Bruce and his staff a pleasure to work with, but he was fair, honest and helpful every step of the way. It was a dream come true to have our friends and family under a tent on a cool October evening with candles, heat lamps, wine flowing, and delicious food. I actually look forward to having Victoria’s cater for us again in the future – would be perfect for everything from a kid’s birthday party to a wedding!

(May 18th Wedding - Owls Hoot Barn): I highly recommend Victoria's Wood Fired for wedding catering! Since pizza is both of our favorite food, it seemed like a no-brainer to have it at our wedding, but our expectations were beyond exceeded by the Victoria's team! Our guests thought it was very cool that we had the wood-fired oven right there on the property and were even more thrilled with how delicious everything was. The pizzas were perfectly crispy, and all of the ingredients were very fresh and great quality. We decided on a buffet setup for the reception, and good lord the food was AMAZING. They really knocked it out of the park with absolutely everything they served. Guests were raving all night about how awesome the food was, and many noted that it didn't taste like "wedding food", since it was all so beyond good. They even worked with us to make sure we had a vegan option for the pizza, entree options, etc. which my few vegan family members were so excited about (and honestly everyone devoured anyway- shout out to whoever got tofu to taste that good)! Food aside, the staff were all incredible. Bruce, Grace, and the entire Victoria's team were not only professional and friendly, but really helped make the day go super smoothly and ensured that everyone had a great time. They were all really on top of their game, and made sure all of the details fell into place perfectly. Would hire again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU Victoria's Wood Fired team!
