I love this place!! This is our go to breakfast spot on the weekends. Excellent coffee excellent anything on the breakfast menu. I will say that the smaller pastries are better than the larger pastries. The best deal is the egg sandwich on fresh croissants although I really enjoyed it the last time on the homemade English muffin. Nothing fancy but definitely worth a visit.

Very disorganized place no one ever looks happy, not very attentive been in several times but it's always the same. the food keeps me going back and once in awhile you get a new staff member that gives a crap. The place can't do any more or it would implode so I guess that's the attitude they have

Not happy with this place. Ownership is rude. They have a nice group of very hard working people in the back. The mowners should take training from the hard working bakery staff that makes this business run. The food was bad. Salad was soggy and old. Soup was mostly broth. When I asked for a refund they became angry at me. I dont know who owner is but who ever runs this place is rude and perhaps abusive to staff. When I told a worker he said he knows,in Spanish. I believe a good look from immigrationand Ct SDtate Dept Labor Board may be in order,just my opinion. Please sup[port nice owners who provide good service. Say NO NO No No to So No Bakery

Holy moly! I got the pugliese bread and a chocolate croissant at their Westville farmers market stand, and both of them were the best I've ever had - and as a former pastry chef, I have quite exacting standards. The service was also very good and friendly. Haven't been to the cafe, but if I'm ever in the area I certainly will!

Super friendly and helpful staff and I definitely recommend their burger on an English Muffin for lunch and their SoNo Egg Sandwich for breakfast... I had originally had a bad experience here back in September. Interestingly I wrote about it on Yelp and they choose to remove it. So much for honesty. Vowed not to go but but was with a friend who just had to go so tagged along. The experience was almost exactly the same rude staff which made for an unpleasant visit. Since nothing had changed I think it benefitial to repost what Yelp removed. Everything looks nice and smells wonderful but have to give it a FAIL in the customer service department. It was like a scene right out of Seinfeld's "Soup Nazi". The staff was rude and disrespectful. Not at all what I had expected from a place that had been recommended by a friend. This is indeed a shame as I liked what I saw but will not go back. (and I mean it this time)

went later in the day and it was pretty empty which was great since I was with my kids and they like to take their time deciding over their pastry choices lol. we tried several different items including the almond croissant which was fabulous!! left with two loaves of fresh bread which we ate later and was also worth going back for! friendly customer service topped it all off. we will def be back to try more whenever in the area.

Food & coffee is always delicious. We got a little confused because we ordered food & coffee, and they brought the food out to our table, but called out the coffee at the counter, and I couldn’t hear them calling it out from where we were sitting. I also feel like the staff isn’t blatantly rude, but not overly friendly & you can tell they sometimes want to roll their eyes at people who are slow at ordering etc. But not anything to keep me from coming back.

My wife our 8 month old and I stopped for a quick bite after visiting the Norwalk aquarium. Delish! My wife had the cob salad and I had the Cinnamon raisin French toast, everything was great! Coffee too! Do yourself a favor and visit the local gem, you won't be sorry!

Poor food. Poor service. Soup quality was inferior and seved cold. Our table was dirty so I had to clean it. The bread was hard. I suggest visiting Panera Bread, Trader Joes, and Great Cakes for better quality. Say no no no no to Sono,.so long So No. It was a bad experience. Good luck, Patty Cake

Ordered a birthday cake for my uncle's 75th. The baker could not pay attention to what they were supposed to write and write the wrong number. No one checked it either. We ended up having to go to both locations and wasting a good chunk of our morning getting this fixed. To top off the experience the cake was fair at best very dry not moist at all. Such a huge disappointment.

I have bought 2 cakes from SoNo Bakery, one was a birthday cake last summer and more recently a coconut cake for the holidays.At $30.00 for a 6-inch cake and at a bakery at that, I would expect that the cakes would be fresh, which they were not. The birthday cake tasted like refrigerator, and the coconut cake icing was hard and stale. 2 out of 2, I won't go back.

These guys have varieties of pastries, breakfast and salad too. I loved cross Ian ts, coffee and sandwich from here, this is located in sono and its very hard to find parking over here . Rest all was okay. Staff was super nice. The service was quick too.
