Tolland based caterer that also does food concessions. I've personally sampled a number of items from their large menu and all of them were amazing. They have multiple trailers that they can bring to your location to prepare fresh high quality food. They also have wonderful staff, all of whom are dedicated to bringing you the best quality experience they can.

Absolutely awful... didnt help the vendors for set up. They didnt feed the vendors, had to go ask for food, which was ok at best, while interrupting the staff while THEY were eating, yet bride and groom asked us what we wanted and paid for it. Vendors got "left overs". They were awful at pouring drinks and just all around rude!! Way too many caterers that will do more for less. Explore all options before settling on this!

I recently had my wedding catered by Request A Chef. Right from the beginning of the planning Thom was very professional and thought of stuff that was not even on my mind. He was very accommodating to everything that we wanted/requested. The day of the wedding Thom and his staff was amazing. From the setup, to the food, to the cleanup. I am still getting compliments from my guests of how great the food was and the staff was very professional. Thom and his staff made my wedding day the most perfect day I could have ever wished for. I would highly recommend Request A Chef to anyone who needs a party catered. Thank you again Thom for everything you did!!

Request a chef is amazing!! First and foremost his food is exceptional. I have partnered with Thom as a vendor and have been a guest at Wedding where he was the caterer, and all of the experiences have been above and beyond my expectations.
