Pellicci's is one of my go to restaurants in Stamford. The food is outstanding and the prices are more than reasonable. I especially love their antipasto platter. In addition, their signature dish, the baked chicken, which is out of this world. I was there last night for an unplanned dinner and had the rigatoni with red sauce and ricotta cheese. It was incredible. Bring your appetite. Great job guys as always. You have a customer for life.

A Stamford institution, authentic Italian American dishes. Large portions great atmosphere. Try their signature chicken and roasted potatoes. Start with the chopped salad. Finish with the rice pudding - the best in town, no, the best in the county.

We were staying in Stamford for one night and wanted to find an Italian place. We went here and the service was really good and they always filled our waters. Both our plates were around $17 which after doing some research was a little cheaper than some Italian places around there. The portions were really good and super filling. I got the lasagna and my wife got the tortellini Alfredo.

What can you say about this place but that it's one of the best Italian places you woll ever go to! I have been going here since the late seventies as a kid, and even had a lot of fun at parties here, because of the fantastic food! My FAVORITE is Anthony's seafood fradiavolo for two. I dont recommend the chicken parmesan sandwich. The breading had fallen completely off the chicken and there was no cheese or sauce on the sandwich or if there was it was really hard to tell. Salad and fettuccine Alfredo were good though!

Good home cooking, ate at the bar Bill was great and took care of all his customers with a personal touch. I know the wait staff is the same. It is like eating at home when we were kids that is how friendly and comfortable this place is. They don't have New York prices very reasonable valet parking. Try it u won't be disappointed

If old school Italian is what you like, this is the place. A 70 year old, family owned restaurant with a great menu. The ambience had me thinking that at any moment, I would see the Godfather and his entourage. Their signature dish is a roasted half chicken that was marinated and spiced to perfection. The house salad was nearly a meal by itself and was offered with a fantastic house Italian dressing and gorgonzola cheese crumbles. A generous serving of bread bread and butter was on the table nearly immediately after I sat down. The service was fantastic and I topped off the evening with a very tasty and house made rice pudding. Throw in complimentary valet parking and what is not to love? If you are anywhere near Stamford, don't miss this place.

Was recommended to Pellici's by a former resident of the area who said it was a local fave. Valet parking a nice touch, came early expecting to sit at the bar first, but our table was ready. Sat in one of the booths near the front desk. Very cozy. Had the house special, the roast chicken. Fantastic. Phenomenal desserts, as well. Typical Italian restaurant vibe, celebrity pics on the wall, etc. but not in a bad way. Excellent value for what you get in quality and portions. I will wait on the 5th star for our next visit. We came as a couple for a birthday and made it clear three times that it was special dinner but got no response. Our waitress was not too attentive...took 20 minutes to get a glass of wine and got the entree wrong (which she fixed very quickly). In addition, that portion of the restaurant shares a wall with the kitchen...lots of strange loud noises interrupted our dinner. With a slightly better service experience and a better table location, easy five stars and a not-to-be-missed dining spot in Stamford.

A really great family place to each. The food is top notch. Purely authentic Italian cuisine. The staff is very attentive and the service is awesome. They have several rooms for private and corporate events. Parking is tight but they have valet parking for those crowed times. You won't go wrong to bring a date or your whole family. It's that good.

I’ve experienced a toilet issue that is top disgusting to describe here. It’s weird that they haven’t bothered to place a WC sign to the toilet as well. Totally overrated. Munch Munch has much better breakfast for cheaper, if you walk 100 meters towards Bethnal Green Underground station.

Never a bad meal here. Went on a Wed night and sat at the bar. Bartender seemed to struggle a bit keeping up and tending to everyone.(it was a bit busy) Good food with a great old Italian atmosphere.Valet Parking, Friendly Staff, Old style Italian food, steaks and seafood. This was a revisit while in Stamford and very glad I remembered the place from years ago. Reasonably priced for the generous portions to say the least....We will definitely return (with friends)

I've been going to Pellicci's since I was a kid (over 20 years) and it's always been wonderful. My family has celebrated many occasions here, their family style dinner is superb for big family get togethers. If your in the mood for a good old fashioned Italian meal it's the place to go. They've been a staple of Stamford since 1947, one of the last remaining jems from the old Italian neighborhood. One of the best parts about Pellicci's is even if you haven't been by in a while you're greeted by family, and it's like you never left. If you happen to be in Stamford's Westside and hungry stop on by and say hello to Fran, Toni, Ann, Michael, Angelo and the rest of the Pellicci's family.

Pizza was garbage.....I asked for Grilled chicken, garlic, & fresh basil. I honestly think they ran short on mozzarella cheese b/c there was a minuscule amount on the Medium I paid over $22 for. They forgot the basil too.....unless it was dried, not fresh. But they most certainly didn't forget to charge me for it.

Not as happy with our meal today but the usual gracious service ! The calamari was very chewey, almost inedible..and the chicken marsalla had way to much garlic. The chicken Francese was good. I would not order thr hot appetizer again. I let the waitress know the calamari was terrible but she did not make an adjustment on the bill. Last time we enjoyed Branzino special and chicken Marcella. Not sure why the food was so inconsistent !? Reservations are a good idea on weekends.

We went there on a Saturday night with my husband We made a reservation because we had heard how busy this place is .. when we got there we waited patiently and when we finally got to the hostess she told us with a big smile on her face that she had just given our table my mistake to the wrong couple!!! She didn’t even bother to apologize to us !!!! As a result, We had to wait for 20 minutes for the next available table !! When we finally got a random table, our waitress was completely lost!! Even though she wrote our order down she came back after 5 minutes saying she couldn’t read her own writing so she asked us again what we ordered!!! Unacceptable customer service !!! Overall food was delicious, but that’s not how you treat your customers im sorry. We didn’t even hear an apology for waiting that long because they had given our table to the wrong people No you didn’t offer us a complimentary dessert !!!! I had to say something to our waitress and after she spoke to you you took off 2 of the 3 wines we got ! That’s not the way you run a business Never did we get a dessert or we were offered something I’m sorry !! You gotta think before you speak !!

Tonight there were two bus loads of tourists from Columbia and Equador. Incredibly friendly staff, that happens to be quite professional as well. I had lunch here today with friends. We wanted to have an Italian meal and Connecticut always has good Italian. Pellici's particularly has good Italian. I had a chicken limone which was delicious and there was lots of it. The sauce was perfect--not overly acidic, just perfectly flavored. My friend had their home made pasta--a fettucini alfredo. I had some of hers, and it is the best fettucini alfredo I've ever eaten. The sauce which makes it alfredo is perfectly balanced between the cream and the butter without any heaviness or separation. I have had this several times and each time I wonder how I ever thought that I had eaten fettucini before this. Delicious!

Highly impressed with the service we received here! Went with my company for a dinner here, and in a last minute change asked if they could provide a Vegan option for me. The waiter was patient, helpful and helped me make a beautiful vegan pizza. The pie was delicious and fresh.

Really disappointing. After reading rave reviews this was the first restaurant my girlfriend and I tried after moving to Stamford, CT. It was over an hour before we were served our food. After waiting 45 minutes with no food and empty drinks I tracked down our waitress who I believe forgot to put in our order. When the food finally arrived it was average diner food. The Google reviews suggest some people have had a better experience there than we did. At any rate, we haven't been back.

This is a great place with a wonderful family feel to it. The food has always been, in my experience, excellent and the only issue I've ever had is an order for a larger party (six or seven people) taking longer than expected, but that only happened once and I'm inclined to think it was a one-off situation. They provide free valet parking which a plus as well. Overall, I would solidly recommend Pellicci's, especially their chicken parm with a side of pasta, though I do have to say the pizza is very good too.

It's all traditional. The ingredients are what makes this place. Sauce is at times bitter. But their provisions (and the Salumi on the antipasto) are first-rate. Get any version of chicken they make (on the bone) it's an old-school style that reminds me of Rao's in Manhattan. Wonderful Italian in the old neighborhood. Go here if you want the relaxed, old-school type of service.

The Service was terrible, Ask what the specials were he had to go back out and look and then come back and tell us. After we received our dinner we never saw anybody again. Looking to get more drinks and bread and no one was to be found. When asked the hostess where did our waiter go, She said they needed him to do deliveries. Wow that's how you treat your seated guess. The chicken scarpariello and the Lobster raviolis were delicious. They should stick with grub hub in Uber eats, Surely did not care about their guest.
