I stop there frequently. Usually for breakfast & occasionally for lunch. It's comfortable there & the food is good. I wouldn't take my grandson otherwise. Besides the proprietor is a fellow J&W graduate

I cannot say enough about this place. The food is so yummy. If you're there for breakfast food, I implore you to try their omelettes or a breakfast sandwich. Their deli sandwiches are quite delicious as well. It has become a favorite of mine in Ansonia!

I used DiGiovanni's to cater a work retirement party and all I got were raves on the food. The stuffed shrimp, green beans, and chicken picatta were especially popular. Also to die for were the homemade canolis and the tiramisu. Our guest of honor said it was the best tiramisu he ever ate, which made my day. Besides the delicious food, the staff was fantastic to deal with. The owner delivered the food himself - he was very professional and kind. Would absolutely recommend DiGiovanni's for your catered event.

John and I tried DiGiovanni's sandwiches for our first time today! They were delicious! I was late, around 2pm or so...ran out of grinder rolls, replaced with just the "right" roll for each of our sandwiches! Lovely lady Alicia took my order and we proceeded to have a great chat! We do have "our favorite" place! However, needing to make quick runs of late, please give them a try! Took us a long time to try! Your food was excellent, including potato salad, and delicious Italian cookies with our tea! Thank you!
