I get a sub here about once a month. The staff have always been friendly, but today was a step above. Stephany welcomed me with a genuine smile before taking my order. She also remembered a long list of toppings without hesitation. Very impressive. It seems rare to find someone in the service industry that actually pays attention to the customer! As delicious as my sub was, it was bland compared to the service!

I love their sandwiches. Way better than subway and nardelli. Staff was awesome, store was clean, and plenty of choices to choose. Also the sandwiches are larger.

DiBella's Hamden location is a hit or miss at times.....I always tend to go for the, DiBella's Cheesesteak and depending on who makes it decides the dining experience; for the majority the Subs are good, but there have been times '2-3 times' when my subs had hardly any Steak and for the majority was mostly lettuce and tomatoes. If you don't ask for extra Onions and Peppers then good luck with finding them in your Sub. A bit pricey - approximately $30 for (2) two large Subs alone NOT counting tax and/or if you decide to get chips, a drink, salad and/or a cookie with your meal; the food is good at times, but the pricing is a bit high!!

Loved their buffalo chicken sub. I get it every time and I like how you take a number and waiting for them to call you up. And they have refillable station for lemonade which is exactly what I want.

You can buy 10 times better sub here with same price of Subway sub's. I am not a joking. see my pic of their sub. Bread are so huge with great qualities. Real food made out from real meat. So glad to have real good honest sub store.

They make great sub sandwiches. The bread is fresh and the cold cuts are freshly cut. If you are looking for a quality sandwich at a reasonable price, this is it. The bread really makes a difference and they offer several kinds including sesame, and whole grain.

Best subs in new England hands down, that fresh baked bread though! Quality ingredients and easy enough to make your own, their godfather is my absolute favorite. Consistent quality from one shop to others too which is kinda awesome.

Excellent and delicious subs. Very reasonable price. Very friendly employees. Very nice and clean place. The only thing is that it would be nice if they toast the bread. If they do that for sure they're gonna be the best subs in town.

I like the different options here. This place is like an Italian deli version of subway, but the sandwiches are heartier. Servers were friendly and fast.

Good if there isn't a better sandwich shop on your route (one that starts with an "N" in Oxford or Milford for example). Sandwiches are decent, the kids meals are way overpriced for what you get and you can't substitute (not even with an upcharge) a fountain drink if your kid doesn't like the juice box or milk. Stupid management if you ask me. The time we were there it was being manned by teenagers who had half an idea what was going on. Not our favorite by a Longshot.

They need an entire new staff!! Not the most friendly people. It's like death walking in there. No one says hello, or thank you. They just stare at you until you figure out they're ready to take your order.

This is a review of the Catering Service. Order was delivered on time. The order was well presented and the sandwiches were perfect! Fresh bread. Fresh ingredients. The chocolate chip cookies tasted as though they came out the oven just before the drive over! Highly recommended.

The sandwich makers were friendly, but my steak & cheese sucked. It lacked flavor, barely had enough cheese on it, and the bread was as bland as bread can be. A waste of 9 bucks.
