We used David Alan and dealt with Meghan who was great. She was very easy to talk to and had answers to any question we asked. She was able to facilitate almost everything we needed or at the very least put us in contact with other reputable businesses to handle our other wedding days needs. We had an outdoor wedding on the day of it rained and they were still on top of everything and din't skip a beat. Food was tremendous and the bride and groom cocktails were a hit. Highly recommended.

I used David Alan for my farm wedding this past fall and just got a request from a friend who attended who is now planning their own wedding for David Alan's information as the food was SO GOOD. It was a pleasure to work with them, their bartending and catering was amazing and the little details they contributed really made our wedding spectacular. They were also able to expertly and perfectly translate my idea for a southern picnic into an elegant and delicious wedding spread. I had at least 10 guests say it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding (and maybe otherwise? hahah). I would recommend them widely and would use them again! We have also used them for other important occasions (100th birthday party!) and they were wonderful then as well. Thank you David Alan Hospitality!!

I worked a wedding with them at The Glastonbury Boathouse and they were very accommodating and provided excellent customer service to the bride and groom and their family and friends. I'm so happy we found David Alan Hospitality Group to do the catering and day of event coordination for our July wedding! Our guests loved the food and service however our infatuation began well before our wedding day... From our first phone call with Meghan it was clear how experienced and organized she was. Meghan was on top of everything from start to finish. She had great recommendations and suggestions for everything from vendors to the day of timeline and floor plan! When things started to get stressful or overwhelming Meghan was able to ease my mind with one email (usually returned within hours which was extremely impressive)! We had a terrific food tasting and the pleasure of meeting David Alan himself who was SO friendly and offered to make us absolutely any kind of food we wanted at our wedding. On our wedding day the David Alan staff made sure everything went perfectly, every server we met was friendly and professional! Rosie provided our personal bride and groom service and was incredible, she made sure we got to try all of our apps and always had beverages. Even right before I walked down the aisle Rosie made sure I wasn't thirsty (it was a humid day). Thank you so much to everyone at David Alan Hospitality, we owe our perfect day to you!

The food at the wedding was nothing like the tasting. It was actually really disappointing, we bragged about how awesome it was and come to find out, epic disappointment. The costs were fair overall but I wish I checked out other caterers before moving forward with David Allen Catering.

All my guest loved the food! Very accommodating and willing to go out of the way if needed too! My bridal attendant even went to the store at 7pm to get me anti acids because I was not feeling good!

Overall I am very happy with David Alan catering. I would give their catering a 5/5 star review, and their bartending a 0/5 star review. They were very helpful and extremely professional early on in the process of planning my wedding. Anything I needed they helped/accommodated and got back to me readily. The day of my wedding they helped organize everything for me (I did not have a wedding planner)! Food was amazing! Perfect portions, good feedback from my guests about the food. Bartending however, I got many complaints from my guests. Slow = long line often, very weak drinks, and bugs... To my knowledge four guests found bugs floating in their drinks and/or in the ice. There were bugs at the bottom of one of the bottles of clear liquor. There were bugs frozen in the ice as well. They were so helpful and great with the planning and food I was disappointed the bartending did not meet the high standards the rest of the team had.

Meghan & DAC team absolutely blew us away for our wedding this past July. I communicated with Meghan regularly leading up to our wedding and she was an absolute *dream* to work with. She responds almost instantly to EVERY email (and boy did I email her a lot!) she handles things very quickly. When we met for our first touch base/ planning details, I left our meeting feeling so confident that we were in the best hands, and that is the absolute truth. Working with DAC was seamless, reassuring, and it was enjoyable. Meghan answered all my questions before I even got to ask them and she even wrapped up final details with some of my other wedding vendors the week prior so I didn’t even have to worry about it. Robin was also a pleasure to work with the day of! She kept the show running and running well! We are forever grateful to have worked with such an incredible caterer and even better people. We would recommend them over and over and over again. Thank you for making what can be very stressful, very easy and ENJOYABLE!! You guys are the best in the business.
