We used Bourassa Caterers for our wedding June 8 2019 at Wickham Park. I wish we could give them 10 stars! From the very beginning we knew this caterer was different. On the very first phone call Patti made us feel comfortable and excited! She is knowledgable in all things wedding and helped us every step of the way. When we went in for our tasting we were blown away. The chefs and owner were amazing! They were super friendly and genuinely interested in creating innovative dishes. I eat gluten free and mostly plant-based so we had a mix of that plus meat and fish dishes. It was more then we could of asked for! The food was amazing on our wedding day everyone is still talking about it. Patti made sure we had plates waiting for us when we sat down. Patti and the staff were so incredible we want to host an event again just to use Bourassa. Thank you!

Just went to training at CHA and had a simple boxed lunch. I normally don’t do this but it was so good that I knew I had to leave a review! My turkey sandwich, salad and cookies were so yummy and everything was fresh! Also, I love that you recycle the boxes the food comes in. Two thumbs up- keep up the good work!
