Ever try drinking a milkshake with a paper straw? It's just a little easier than eating pizza with a straw. By the time I was halfway in the straw was starting to fall apart. How about ice cream with a wooden spoon? Wow, tastes like wood! Please for the love of God get rid of the inefficient, limpy, communist straws + spoons and give the people what they want! 2 stars since the ice cream is good. Spare me the canned response about being "eco friendly" if I had to go home and get a second (plastic) straw was it worth it?!

I won’t be coming back here for my kids cakes. Apparently they are under new ownership. I ordered the same cake I have in years past and it is now half the size. Apparently the owners bought new cake pans. Too bad the price didn’t change! I ordered my cake on Sunday for pick up on Thursday at 1pm. I arrived at 1:30 and it wasn’t even decorated yet. This meant by the time it was decorated it had been out of a freezer for a while and then I had to get it home before it could firm up again. I had requested green colored frosting and the wording “Happy Birthday” ( not even a name). Imagine my surprise when I went to pay and they tried to charge me $20 for a custom cake?! There was nothing custom about it! You order a birthday cake and writing Happy Birthday should be standard. They offer cakes in all colors to choose from yet green is custome? $74 for a cake that is now half the size and would be $40 at Carvel or DQ is unacceptable. Really too bad!

What's not to love about free ice cream? I've only been here on the anniversary day when all Ben and Jerry's give away free ice cream. I was impressed by the organization and quick service on a very crazy day!

I go to Ben and Jerry’s often because I work nearby and I always order my ice cream in a cup with two toppings and normally the workers give me a good amount of toppings and ice cream for the $7 ice cream I am purchasing. Today, the manager on duty there, literally counted out 5 gummy worms and gave me the smallest scoop of gummy bears. I feel this is extremely unfair for the $7 ice cream I purchased.

I ordered a cookie cookie sundae it turned out to be the smallest, cheapest sundae I ever had. It appeared to have 1/2 scoops of ice cream, a table spoon of topping and squirt of whip cream and topped off with a burnt chocolate chip cookie. It was very disappointing! Next time I will cross the parking lot to Sweet Frog, where I can get twice as much for the $8 I wasted

Biggest rip-off ever $8 for a sundae in a plastic cup but with a wood spoon to help the environment joke hypocritical slow service small portion overpriced it took 11 minutes to order sundae I get that there is a cost to be green and I respect that but what I don't respect is paying $8 and all I taste is the wood from the spoon I would have been better off chewing on a Frozen stick it would have tasted better then that wooden spoon you're better off going to Baskin Robbins

The ice cream is always great at Ben and Jerry's. They were very accommodating of my child with a peanut allergy. The shop i ssmall but has a decent amount of seating. Great place for a quick ice cream.

If I could eat ice cream this would be the only place I would visit! In my younger years I could down a full gallon of "One Sweet World" in a single sitting. Ben and Jerry's has the best ingredients....now I go just for the smells!

The center of Glastonbury is the place for good clean family fun strolling around on a summer evening with their well groomed dogs. All of the stores allow well behaved dogs and have for years. On this particular evening, I went in with my tiny chihuahua his on a leash intending to buy and go. I also brought several of my daughters friends reuniting as they’re home from college. We were a large hungry, happy group! Until the young lady behind the counter barked at me, no pets allowed. Needless to say, my mouth dropped open, and not to eat ice cream! Everyone in line were also horrified, all dog lovers. Well, I paid and left. Not only were we all offended (there is also no sign on the door) but I got my sundae with hot fudge instead of chocolate syrup, when I specifically asked for chocolate syrup. I believe next time, we will give our business to Sweet Frog across the way.

Bought 2 large waffle cones and 2 medium cones Togo. got home to a supposedly 3 scoop ice cream container which was more like a 1/2 scoop, the 2 scoops for the med were like two tablespoons. They did not filled not even half the cones. I seen someone at the store with a medium cone which was filled and looked adequate, that’s what led me to purchase it. Instead of getting home and fulfilling my craving I was met with a bag of disappointment four waffle cones with an ice cream drizzle at a cost of over $30. Highway robbery!!! NEVER AGAIN!
