We have had multiple Sports banquets and each time the team have worked with us to make it a successful event. The food is always good and you can not beat the view in Danbury! Rocco and team are always professional and get the food out on time Will continue to book functions with them!

From the beginning of the early planning phases all the way through the process, to the last drink of the night, Anthony's has exceeded my expectations and then some. I've planned events all over the world, and this hometown venue never, ever disappoints. Rocco and team are top-notch. The food is delicious, the attention to detail is bar none. Anthony's staff was at my beck and call all night, checking in with me over ten times as the planner to ensure everything was perfect. The staff truly went above and beyond in every aspect of my party. My guests agree that this was the best annual event that we've had in a long time. There were no issues whatsoever, but if we did, I know that they would have been taken care of with an upmost level of professionalism. All 118 of us were welcomed into the Anthony's family last night, and it was a night to remember. THANK YOU!

Nice place - excellent food. Family style dinner last Thursday of the month - salad, pasta and main course is chicken and another main dish which changes every month - reservation required. Tuesday is all you can eat pasta and Friday is some bar food, pizza and some main dishes.

My husband and I could not have been happier with having our October wedding at Anthony’s Lake Club. This place is wonderful from top to bottom. We went the Divine 99 package. It was perfect for us because it made for a stress free wedding planning. With just about everything included we only had minimal homework, which was fantastic because my husband and I both work a lot. Manny and Rocco were super helpful and accommodating, even with our crazy schedules to meet with us as often as needed. Manny organized the night and did a superb job. As the bride I didn’t have to worry about a thing, he directed us every step. We had the ceremony out on the deck which made for perfect pictures of the lake and fall foliage. The cocktail hour was wonderful, my husband and I even had time to join after pictures. This venue has wonderful spots to take wedding photos! The photographer we got with the package was also top notch. She was friendly, professional, and took the most stunning photos. Not to mention we had access to all of them not even 4 days later! The food was amazing, every item was delicious, served hot and looked fresh and tasty. We had many guests’ positive comments on the quality of the buffet! Rocco is an awesome chef. Manny even made sure that we ourselves got to eat. Our family and friends raved that everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful. They even accommodated many children with chicken tenders and fries, which was much appreciated. The kids gave them two thumbs up! The party was a night I’ll never forget. The DJ, Tony, who came with the package was outstanding! He got people up dancing we never thought would. His energy was contagious! The bakery that came with the package did a beautiful job on our wedding cake. Anthony’s wait staff were all so attentive, friendly, and professional. Half of our guests primarily Portuguese speaking which was no problem. Our DJ was able to translate and Antony’s accommodated everyone. It was by far the best night of our lives so far. Our family and friends were well taken care of by Anthony’s Lake Club. They all enjoyed themselves and have been talking about how much fun our wedding was for the past two weeks! I can’t thank Anthony’s enough for the attention to every detail throughout the reception. The employees worked closely with the photographer and DJ for each occurrence throughout the evening. Everything went off without a hitch or hiccup. We 110% recommend this to anyone looking for a venue. It will make your wedding planning easy and the wedding day will be absolutely perfect. Thank you! If you believe the ratings.... Which reference 5 Star, you would be wrong. Service was not good. Food was adequate. They overlooked a table at Champaign Service/Toast. For each table of 10 they had one salt shaker, one cup of cream for coffee for all. Had a real attitude when asking for second service of coffee. Cookies they had where obviously store bought.

The quality of the food was excellent, usually at some catered events food is just ok, this was like a home cooked meal. The staff was outstanding. Everything was ready on time. I look forward to having future events at Anthony's Lake Club. Our friends are still talking about the wonderful time they had 2 weeks later.

The food, the service and the venue are all top shelf. Rocco and Manny are a pleasure to work with and are quite accommodating. This is the go to spot in Danbury for your event as you will not find a better value or a nicer group of people. I am not impressed easily but this place has won me over!!!

A PEFECT VENUE for a Wedding. My (now) husband and I got married at Anthony’s Lake On Sept 14, 2014, and all I can say is it was an experience we will never ever forget. Both the appetizers & buffet were simply AMAZING. My husband and I are still getting compliments from our wedding guest on how AMAZING the food was. Both Manny, Rocco and their staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service for us, our bridal party, and our guest throughout the entire evening. I cannot begin to thank Manny enough for the countless times he reminded me (the bride) to breathe when things seemed to get a bit overwhelming for me. Manny and Rocco, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us create a simple yet elegant event day that both Jon and I will always cherish for the rest of our lives. I attended a corporate affair here last night and the service was superb! The waitstaff and bartenders couldn't do enough. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The view is another beautiful asset as the venue sits directly on Lake Kenosia. Plenty of parking too! Way to go Anthony's Lake Club!

Anthony’s Lake Club was so beautiful on our wedding day. Our day was truly perfect thanks to Manny and Rocco! From the first time we met them they made us feel like family. They were so sweet and made us feel so comfortable. The wedding on the deck with the lake in background was breathtaking! The food was absolutely amazing! My daughter and son-in-law were married at Anthony’s Lake Club on September 21, 2019. Manny was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure the day was nothing less than perfect. And Rocco is such an incredible chef every guest was raving about the food it was off the charts! If you want a perfect wedding day with spectacular views, the best wait staff, amazing food and no worries I highly recommend Anthony’s Lake Club! I can’t thank them enough!

We booked Anthony's Lake Club for our wedding on May 4th, 2018. Our experience was nothing short of remarkable. Manny and his staff put on an absolutely seamless wedding, and were professional the whole way through. I could not have asked for a better Maitre'd than Manny himself, he truly made it an easy experience and knew exactly how to answer every question we had. He was also very quick to answer any questions, including ones we sent late at night with our pre-wedding worries, and was always cheerful and positive in tone. The venue was remarkable, and many of our guest were stunned that we had such a beautiful venue for our wedding. They took care of all of the detailwork for setup and teardown, which made adding our special touches to make our wedding perfect a breeze. The food was so amazing it deserves it's own paragraph. My wifes personal favorite was the mac and cheese bites, which she hilariously forced our photographer to eat. But from the salads, to the pastas, to every single entree there was not a single person who didnt love the food. We were told NUMEROUS times from every guest (including a couple who had been married for 35 years) that it was the best food they have EVER had at a wedding, and im inclined to believe them. Overall if you are looking for a wedding venue ANYWHERE in New England you are going to be hard-pressed to find a better venue than Anthony's Lake Club. Our guests raved that it was the best wedding they've been to, and I know Manny and his staff were a big part of that. They were hands down the best, and I know they would make your day as special and easy as they did ours.
