We have used You & I as the caterers for our company Christmas party for the last nine years. We are loyal to them because their food is delicious and plentiful and their service is outstanding. It was an easy decision to contact them when our son and his fiancee chose to have an outside wedding at our home in Black Forest. On the day of the event, just as the wedding ceremony was starting, torrential rain and hail came pouring down. We aborted the first try and were successful about 30 minutes later. In between, our son and the groomsmen had to reinforce the reception tent which was sagging from the weight of the rain and hail. Nebas and his crew continued their preparations through it all. When the time came to eat, the food and the display were just as we expected it to be: perfect. I highly recommend You & I Caterers for any occasion and in any weather.

Absolutely fantastic food and staff! You and I catered my wedding and did a fantastic job. Guests complimented us on both the appetizers and dinner. Not only was the food great, but the friendly staff and their communication was absolutely wonderful. All our questions were answered promptly, and we were never left wondering if something was taken care of. You and I Caterers is run by incredibly kind people, and I highly recommend them!

We used them to cater food for our wedding. It was supposed to be 117 people and we paid over $3,400. We ordered a buffet and when my guests were going through, Nebis only offered chicken or beef, and we were told people could have both if they wanted. But when my guests were going through the buffet, Nebis told them that he needed to feed HIS staff with the food I paid for! I only had 80 people show up to my wedding and I paid for 117, so why wasn't there plenty of food leftover so my guests could have chicken AND beef like he told me they could when I signed up with him? And Why am I paying to feed his staff when I paid an extra 500$ to have full service at the wedding as well? I worked at a restaurant my whole life and would never tell my customers who paid almost 4 grand that they are feeding my employees too. Very unprofessional on his part. On a good note- the chicken marsala was delicious, and the potatoes were great. I did like Melody as well who was pleasant during a wedding that is a hectic time for a bride and groom! Sorry, but not worth almost 4 thousand dollars I paid and Nebis added too much stress that day for me. You may want to inform your customers that theyre paying to feed all your employees next time.

I highly recommend You and I caterers. We recently used them for a club event, and everything was perfect. Check out their ice sculptures -- they are fabulous. They can do they most intricate! They were on time, and everyone was so friendly and professional. The food was exquisite. I will definitely use You and I again.

Can I give 0 stars? Because that is what they deserve. They catered our wedding. Bait and switch is the best way to describe this company. The owner will promise you the world, under deliver, and overcharge. Here is a list of the screw-ups: 1. Gave a per head price quote based on an ESTIMATED number of people. Our final head count was 14 people less, they handed us an invoice for the ESTIMATED count. Mind you this was a head-count invoice, not fixed price. 2. We had 8 tables at our wedding, they showed up with service and tablecloths for 7 tables. We had to split up guests and squeeze them into other tables. So embarrassing. 3. Promised they would have a cheese plate for the bride/bridesmaids when they were getting ready, never happened. 4. Tasting had fish prepared one way, at the wedding, it was done differently and mine was raw and smelled funny. 5. IF THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU FREE FOIS GRAS, RUN! It was rancid. 6. Tasting had a great raspberry sause on the asparagus, there was no sause on my plate at the wedding. 7. Some guests reported waiting 20 min to get their food, we had 60 people at the wedding. I could have gotten BirdDog BBQ and saved thousands of dollars. I work in the service industry. If I treated my customers as these guys treated us, I would be out of business. They really added a ton of stress to a day that doesn't need more stress.

You and I catering catered a bridal brunch the day after my daughters wedding. The food and presentation was amazing. All our guest were very happy!! We also rented table, chairs and linens and everything turned out great.

We had the MOST AMAZING experience with You and I catering. They were 100% on top of it. It is so difficult to decide on a wedding caterer but we knew upon meeting Nebas and his wife Melody they were going to go above and beyond. They were running in circles to make sure everything was running smoothly. We did not have a wedding planner so they had to play everything by ear. Their servers and food are TOP NOTCH. I got nothing but compliments about the food and everyone was going back for seconds. Highly, highly recommend to use them for any event.... esp. a wedding. THANK YOU Nebas and Melody for your wonderful service, hard work, and most importantly GREAT food!!!

Best caterer ever! Very easy to work with. We had an event at our home for about 80 people. While we were having cocktail hour, they came in very unintrusively and set up in the kitchen. None of us really even knew they were here. They were fast, efficient, and non-intrusive. The set up and the food were excellent. And the clean up was flawless. Highly recommend this caterer! We will use them again.

We asked You and I caterers to cater our Son's wedding up in woodland park on 12/13/14. They were outstanding!!! When we were first looking for caterers back in March or April we were quite disappointed at how expensive that many of the caterers were here in Colorado Springs. In addition it was very difficult to get appointments with them and their costs for a wedding dinner for 100 guests ranged between $3,500 to $4000 on average. In addition their menus seemed to be very limited and very expensive. So I saw a You and I catering truck one day and gave them a call. They were very friendly and helpful and we quickly set up a dinner tasting appointment. We went to this appointment and Nevis (the Owner) fixed us a sumptuous meal. Needless to say we signed a contract and they put it together. The cost for this event was significantly lower than other caterers that we had priced and the food and the service provided by Nevis and his family was absolutely top shelf! In fact the owner at the venue that we held the wedding at said to me that the catering service provided by You and I catering was the best that he ever seen in all of the years that weddings had been performed at his venue. In addition, You and I catering did a 4 foot tall Ice Sculpture for the event that absolutely stunning. Lastly, I want to talk about the food. It was to die for, They provided beef Wellington appetizers that were delicious. The main courses were Chicken Marsala, a Baron of Beef, and a raspberry chipolte salmon that was hands down the best salmon dish that I have ever eaten in my entire life and a vegetarian lasagna for those that didn't eat meat. The meal also came with Rice pilaf, baked red potatoes, asparagus and salad. The portions were very generous and we did it buffet style so that you could try everything. No one went away hungry and we were able to take plenty of the leftover food home with us after the wedding. Thank You Nevis and your Family, You made this wedding event very memorable and were so blessed and Praise God that that we found you back in March. Harry & Paula. I can not recommend You and I caterer enough. As to the negative comment by Leo I recommend that you disregard his comment as it appears that because this guy had less people than what he contracted for show up at the last minute. It appears that he demanded that You and I catering to just eat the cost because he had less guests. We gave Nevis our final headcount two weeks before the event and even though we did not have all 100 planned guests show up on the wedding day I would never expect You and I catering to refund us for having less guests. So please disregard the classless cheapskate that posted the negative response.

Right from the start, my husband, Jason and I had excellent service with You and I when trying to find a catering service for our wedding. We were always taken care of by the most polite people whether it was on the phone or in person. Upon trying the food we had selected for our wedding at a nice little dinner tasting that was arranged for two of my bridesmaids, my husband and I, we were hooked. The whole experience with You and I was so stress free. Not only did they provide food, punch, and appetizers, they also provided us with the linens, silverware, plates and glasses. The day of the wedding, my guests raved about how delicious the food was and how wonderful the service we received was. I would definitely recommend You and I Caterers for a stress free and delicious meal whether it be catering for a small event or for a wedding.
