I hired Red Maple to cater our healthcare facility grand opening event in Avon, CO, on August 4, 2016. Fletcher's customer service was stellar (such a nice guy), and he came in well below the competition in terms of price. The food, service, and microbrews from the custom-made bar were outstanding. I highly recommend Red Maple!

We had a wedding rehearsal brunch this morning in an AirBnB home. These folks were amazing. The brunch was exactly what we discussed and the food was excellent. They were timely, professional, clean and REALLY friendly. If I had to do it again I would definitely call Red Maple Cartering!
