We always have such a wonderful experience with Epicurean. Not only do their staff go above and beyond, shout out to Taryn, but the food and service is an experience all on it's own. They have something for every palette with a quality and class that will elevate any event. Amazing communication at every step and the day of the event I knew I could rest easy knowing they had every detail planned out. It was a pure joy getting to know their staff and would highly recommend them for your next event!

Epicurean just catered my wedding a few days ago, and I couldn't say enough about how amazing the event went. They not only stayed there and served food the entire time, but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. The leader of my group Lauryn was just adorable, and made sure that she saved us some of the appetizers before they were all gone. She left them on our sweetheart table, and also made sure we had some water. It almost made me cry it was so thoughtful! The food was absolutely delicious, and I had many comments that it was some of the best food that my guests had ever had!! If I could do it all again, I would no doubt pick the same vendors. Epicurean worked well with all of my vendors, Jessica always answered my emails and phone calls and was very easy with all of my changes. I love this group, and thank you to all of the people that helped make my wedding just perfect. I also HEART Jessica Stapp. The end !

Epicurean Catering is incredible!! My daughter's wedding was such a blast, and the food was the best I have ever had at a catered event. The steaks were cooked to perfection, flavorful and well seasoned. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The chicken was entirely lovely - tender and moist, and not over-cooked - a feat in it's own right! The staff was attentive, detail oriented, happy, friendly and really appeared to enjoy being a part of our special evening. I cannot recommend Epicurean highly enough.

Amazing food! If there was one thing you know is that the food will be top notch. Our 150-ish wedding was held at the Palazzo Verdi where Epicurean is the exclusive caterer. Lots of compliments on the ravioli. I was worried that after being locked in I would regret it. Well at first there was some sticker shock, but our manager left and in working with the new one we got to a price that was right where we thought it should be. Of course then I fret that we had moved to some basic, bland, nothing of a menu. All my worries were gone after the tasting. It was fantastic! I am convinced that they will refuse to make anything boring and can accommodate you whatever level you are looking for. Highly recommend!

I am a corporate event planner, and have been working with Epicurean since 2004. In 10+ years of using Epicurean on the average 5-10 times a year, I have never had an issue with their food quality, service or timing. They are consistently top notch. We have produced everything from 10 person executive dinners, to 3000 person high end events and I NEVER been disappointed! Larry DiPasquale, Wesley Guzman, Jenna Johansen and the entire Epicurean team are always very hands on, and never let anything slip through the cracks! I have many events on the books with Epi this year, and will continue to use them and recommend them to my colleagues and friends for a long time to come!

Working on multiple events in a week with Epicurean that daily delivered changes in client needs were executed seamlessly. The premier event we just partnered on was the most complex I have done in the past ten years and I wouldn't have considered anyone else to fulfill the vision!

I cannot say enough great things about Natalie and the rest of the Epicurean team. Natalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning of the planning process, she was incredibly organized, open to ideas and feedback, and just a beacon of positivity. She was definitely my favorite vendor I worked with for the wedding. She worked with us to create a menu that fit our budget and was the only caterer we found who could create a menu that fit our vision of an Asian inspired menu that would still be crowd pleasers for a variety of tastes! We had a miso cod dish that I'm still thinking about- one of our wedding guests keeps trying to recreate it at home because he loved it so much. They truly went above and beyond for us both leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. I sent Natalie a photo of what I was thinking for my escort cards and she actually placed the order for me and hand wrote them all! On the day of the wedding, the little kids wanted something more plain, so someone from the staff went out and bought them all McDonalds. We didn't even know until after the wedding that they'd done that! The service was fantastic, and they made sure the groom and I always had food and drinks on hand. They even packed up some food for us at the end of the night. We loved all the dishes and cannot recommend them highly enough! From quality of food to professionalism, Epicurean really stood out as heads above the other caterers.

Do Not work for this company! Completely unprofessional from an employee perspective. 3 dif staffing coordinators in 3 months, none of whom knew what the others were doing. Terrible management. Bungled my schedule then dropped me from staff without warning for "inactivity" after telling me I could work as many or few shifts as I wanted. With all the amazing catering/event staff services in Denver, Do Not work here

Epicurean went above and beyond any of our expectations! From the first meeting, to the tasting, and all the way through the wedding reception, they were attentive, quick to respond, and incredibly friendly. Our captains, Joel and Leslie, were not only attentive to us as the bride and groom, but also to al of our guests throughout the evening. Our event planner, Connor, was on top of all our details and was fantastic with communicating to us and other vendors. Our tasting was scheduled around our time constraints to meet our needs. To top it all off, the food was amazing!

We hired them for our wedding after an extensive search because they appeared to be professional and on top of things. And they were...until the day of the wedding. They were 3 hours late! We had to postpone the start of the ceremony because the food truck had not arrived. When we asked why, we received a vague answer about it not making it up the hill. So there wasn't any food for the wedding party as we planned. When they finally did get things going they failed left and right. The coffee, when it was eventually put out was cold, the food was not nearly the quality we tasted months before at their kitchen, and a few of our wedding party got snarky, rude responses from the staff when asking for basic things. When we tried to follow up to get an understanding of what went wrong, they gave us the run around, continuing with vague answers. After two weeks, we finally found out that the reason for the 3 hour delay was because they forgot half the food when they initially arrived and turned around to drive back to Denver to get it. Common sense would say to at least drop off what you have or call for another truck to drive up. They were petty in negotiations on the cost and refund for their failed service. In the end, one of most unprofessional companies I have experienced. You only get a wedding day once, and they blew their end of the deal big time.

The only reason I don't give it 1 star is that our initial experience with them was professional and what drew us to hire them for our wedding. But then they were 3 hours late, bringing only half the food, serving cold to lukewarm coffee, and from there on out the professionalism turned into circling the wagons as they were more concerned with covering their back sides than own the failure. So, initial engagement – great, execution – not so great, follow up – even worse.

I plan events for significant contributors to our organization so nothing less than high quality, along with high expectations are part of our planned deliverables. My 70th Birthday was looming. I was in favor of overlooking it, BUT my dear husband was in favor of a celebration. Wanted to keep it small (only immediate family plus a few best/close friends = 20 people). Our dilemma then was where to have it. Mangia Bevi Cafe came to mind. However, I thought it was open only for breakfast and lunch. Once we learned that they "do" private parties in the restaurant, and particularly in The Venetian Room, we were good to go. Met with Mario Reed, the restaurant manager, to plan the menu, select the linens, and determine all other details. EASY! Professional. I selected the cake I wanted from another source, contacted my go to florist for flowers, and made the place cards (because I wanted to & knew what I preferred.) The evening event was too wonderful, perfect and outstanding. From beginning to end, I was treated like the Queen herself. I have never enjoyed a party we have given more than this one. The food was cooked to perfection. No one went home hungry. Received many compliments from the attendees plus a few hand written thank you notes (becoming a lost art). The staff was gracious, Mario made certain every detail was covered, and seemed to read my mind as the evening went, anticipating what I needed, was thinking etc. etc. Kuddos to the Chef, Mario, the staff, and Larry & Jill DiPasquale. We would highly recommend this to anyone asking, and would certainly do this kind of celebration again with them. A great location (Greenwood Village), and a lovely venue to hold a party either large or small. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
