Colorado Catering Company did an outstanding job catering our wedding! Leslee, Eric and their teams did a great job following up and keeping in contact with us leading up to the big day! They made picking a catering company so easy. I was nervous picking a caterer because it always seems as though the food is only good at the tasting. You don't typically go to a wedding and say,"Wow, that food was delicious". But that is exactly what my me, my husband, and all the guests said. The quality and taste of the food they provided us on the day of the Wedding was honestly second no none! Everything from the food, down to the execution, and the personalities of the staff was exceptional!!! Thank you so much to whole Colorado Catering Company crew!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Eric and the team we worked with were absolutely phenomenal. From the start, they worked with our budget, kept us in the loop step by step and even gave us some tips on our honeymoon travel plans. They were professional, caring and made the entire process from start to finish an amazing experience. Going above and beyond is an understatement! They provided service that my new husband and I could not have dreamed of having and were all around great people. The biggest compliment's we were receiving at the wedding was how great the food was and how amazing Eric and his team were. Out of one of the biggest days of our lives, Colorado Catering Company added warmth and happiness to an amazing day. Would recommend them hand's down to ANYONE getting married in Colorado.

Great service, great food! Leslee was so easy to work with and let us pick exactly what we wanted, but she also provided suggestions along the way so our meal was cohesive. She was ready to help with some dietary issues we had. On the day of the catering, the delivery person (didn't get her name unfortunately) was on time, and set our whole meal up in about 20 minutes. They bring their own table cloths/decorations so it doesn't look like any other catering set up. We had happy people all around with the quality. When they came back to pick it all up, a meeting was taking place in the room where everything was but they broke it down so quickly and quietly. The cost was good for the quality and amount we got, and I will absolutely use them again.

CCC did an amazing job at our wedding! Leslee was so easy to work with and always responded to my emails promptly. The food was delicious and amazingly affordable. Their menu was customizable and they offered free plastic dinnerware in addition to rental items. CCC is a full-service catering company who was able to take care of the entire setup and tear down at my wedding...and their entire staff was great! They easily dealt with last minute changes due to the weather and I so greatly appreciated all of their hard work. I would highly recommend them!!

I was so impressed with CO Catering! I used them for a corporate event and had a really positive experience with Angela in all of the process leading up to our event, including a lot of back and forth and count changes from my end that she rolled with super well. And the day of our event, our 2 CO Catering staff members who stayed on site, Imani and Q, were so impressive. They were helpful and knowledgeable, going out of their way to help me and our guests multiple times (explaining ingredients in great detail to parents with children who have allergies, staying later than they expected for clean-up, and running back to help me out when I took the trash out as they drove off- which was my job and not theirs!). They were really great at managing the whole event and made everything run smoothly, I look forward to being able to work with them again! (The food was also great- we had a delicious barbecue lunch!)

I used Colorado Catering for my recent wedding at the Grant Humphreys Mansion. I had been working with Eric for almost six months prior to the wedding. He always returned my emails or phone calls. We had a sample tasting and it was wonderful. The day of the event Eric and his staff provided a above the call of duty type service. Eric always took care of any needs I might have needed on the day of event. They were on tIme for set up and really helped us with packing up our decorations and such at the end of the event. The food was a hit with our guests, fresh and hot. They had to do a room flip because of bad weather , they didn't miss a beat. I would use them again for any event.

For the past four years or more Colorado Catering has provide catered box lunches for our employees for Christmas. Our employees are in and out of the office and this works great for us. Colorado Catering Co was so wonderful, they really are what made my wedding the amazing day that it was! We went to them sort of last minute, with a strict budget and a venue that was very challenging for space and they accommodated all our needs and were so easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, they handled everything, even some little things that weren't part of their job. I didn't have to make any decisions or worry about anything the entire night. People are still talking about how great the bartender was and how helpful the other staff members were. One guy ran up and down 3 flights of stairs all night to bring my family food and drinks because they didn't want to brave all those stairs themselves. And most, importantly, people are still talking about how great the food was! Highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with these folks. I worked with Eric through the whole process. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Very attentive to details. Made lots of recommendations to save me money. They handled everything we needed from the food of course (which was delicious) to the table, chair, dinnerware rentals. They had and extremely smooth transition from ceremony to dinner seeing the event was in my back yard. The staff that stayed on site was great and took care of everything we discuss with no need for additional direction. I would recommend these folks for any of your party/wedding needs! They were amazing!

I am one very happy Bride! After a lot of research while planning the wedding from another state I would say that the prices were beyond compare to other local competitors. I worked with Leslee Kinney and she was simply sensational. Not only was she great at giving my husband and I exactly what we wanted but she was great at helping us cut costs in places to keep on budget. The day of the wedding my venue coordinators were less than helpful, at this point Leslee and the entire staff of Colorado Catering Co. stepped up to become wedding planners for me! They helped decorate for me, set up tables and chairs, directed guests, performed last minute changes to the seating chart and the staff made any miscues appear seamless to myself and the guests in attendance. I underpaid for what I received from the staff here at Colorado Catering Co.

Amazing service and food was delicious. They catered our wedding and they were very helpful and communicated the entire time we were planning our wedding. Emily was amazing the day of our wedding and was constantly assisting us and making sure me and my husband were okay during the wedding. Absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to everyone.
