My favorite place in Aspen. Whether I am dining and dancing in the club or attending an event catered by Caribou, they always deliver and provide great service, food and atmosphere. The club has an incredible cozy living room feel for mellow winter nights and at the same time the bar and dance floor provide the perfect atmosphere for a “let’s celebrate we are in Aspen!” Night. I love the familiarity of the staff and their hard work.

Bought holiday membership for 1500 for 5 Days. Immediately after purchase I was told you there’s no dinner reservations available for any day. I was only allowed for after dinner drinks. Sadly I remember the Original says of Caribou. It’s not the same save ur money!!! It’s sad I have to write this.

As with all private clubs, the vibe is intimate and high service. We had a private room and the dinner was wonderful. Not the best of best food but still interesting and well executed. We loved the drink pours and the random music and crowd after the party was fun. If you can get in do try to make an effort to go.

Food is delicious and the service wonderful. Ambiance is depressing, though, and anthropological sketches of American Indians in the bathroom are out dated and offensive.

Food is bad. Music is bad. Service is bad. Management (ownership) is even worse. Once upon a time this was a fun place to go, but now it seems to really be struggling. Maybe that explains why Billy is so cranky to everyone. We were there with a large group this past weekend for Aspen Food and Wine and it just confirmed our experience earlier this year. We keep trying to give it another try but we’re definitely done this time. There are too many other great options in Aspen these days. RIP Caribou Club.

Place has a very elegant 1920's speak easy feel to it. Service was fast and the drinks were well poured. My only issue was the atmosphere and lighting. Place is very dark and atmosphere feels pretentious. The bar fits the style, just doesn't fit my style. I can neither recommend or not recommend. If your feeling a dimly lit, elegant bar night this fits the bill.

Although this is a private club, if you are staying at Hotel Jerome, Little Nell or the St Regis ask your concierge as they can sometimes get you in as a guest. The food here has always been excellent, especially the Colorado Rack of Lamb. I always plan at least one dinner here.
