This company is terrible. I had originally sought out the picnic basket but ended up with these yahoo. I did not want barbecue at my wedding so I am not sure how or why this happened. After 6 months, 10 different quotes, our final quote doubling from the original given quote, and a very uncomfortable and unnecessarily tense walk through of our venue with this company, we decided to not go with them for our wedding. They just couldn't be upfront with us and to top it off the food was meh. Luckily with only three months, we were able to find an amazing catering co out of the highlands and our big day turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, it was no thanks to this company or its sister company (?) the picnic basket. I recommend saving your time and looking else where, particularly if you want a positive experience with your caterer. I think the response below is the exact type of passive aggressive nonsense you can expect when dealing with this company, super stressful, super unprofessional. All anyone planning a weddings really needs to know is that we paid a deposit, and that our quote kept changing right up until the walk through while our menu stayed exactly the same. At the walk through we were handed a quote that doubled in price and I repeat the menu was exactly the same. If you wish to have a non-stressfull, non-drama filled wedding planning experience, I highly recommend All Love catering out of the Highlands. The food was incredible, and the owner of the company (head chef) and catering coordinator were just the sweetest kindest people every.

I have been buying lunch over the years from the Picnic Basket/Buffalo Gals on Saturdays over the past few years. recently I've noticed a change in the taste of the food. the quality I've come to love is just not there anymore. I usually take the time to go there maybe every other Saturday or any Saturday that i find the time. but just this past Saturday i went to get lunch and decided to pickup some Tri-tip for the memorial holiday weekend. to be quite honest i was very disappointed. the tri-tip was bland and burnt. and i think its because they've change chefs who usually grill on the outside. I can distictively remember this young Rastafarian kid that use to do the grilling. I noticed that i haven't seen him there in awhile, and to be honest thats when i noticed the difference in the quality. You guys need to do better especially when it comes to grilling. flavor means a lot!!!

Buffalo Gals served food at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs for 4th of July. I was extremely disappointed after receiving only a small half sandwich with plain chips for $8.00. The meat was good; however, after this experience I will never go to their restaurant!

I had Buffalo Gals caterer my wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch and they were AWESOME. They were very easy to work with from the early planning through the conclusion of the event. I have continued to have compliments about the food from the guests. I selected the Tri-Tip menu and it was fabulous. For all that is included along with the smell and the setting of the Santa Maria grill you will find no better value- this is the way to go if you want a western touch with great service and food!

You know you chose the right caterer when everyone at the wedding reception raves about how delicious the food is. The staff at Buffalo Gals is top notch... from the owner, to the administrative staff, to the servers... their priority is always to ensure your complete satisfaction. We had a complimentary taste testing a few months before the wedding and were impressed by their professionalism and joie-de-vivre. These folks LOVE what they do! We made some adjustments to the menu to better suit our theme and never once did the owner make us feel bad about wanting to make a change. At the reception, the serving staff were courteous and prompt in bringing food to the tables. They attended to every guests' needs and unobtrusively removed finished plates. We had scrumptious appetizers (sausage stuffed mushrooms, butternut squash soup shooters, bacon-wrapped almond-stuffed dates, hot artichoke-spinach dip) and a soul-satisfying dinner (caesar salad, grilled seasonal veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled tri-tip sirloin, mango salsa grilled chicken). Dinner was served family-style: platters of food were brought to the tables so guests could serve up what they wanted. It's a perfect blend of a buffet & a plated dinner, at just the right price. You've got to hire these folks for your next catering event... you won't regret it!

Lauren, Michelle, and the rest of the Buffalo Gals team did an INCREDIBLE job catering our wedding. From apps to dinner to cake - everything was delicious and the staff was excellent. We got so many compliments on the food and even got to take some home afterwards! We had the choice of several caterers through our vendor and could not be happier we chose Buffalo Gals! I cannot say enough about Buffalo Gals Grilling! My husband and I had them cater our wedding a few weeks ago and I am just so happy with our decision. Every food item we had chosen was incredible (especially the almond stuffed dates), we had several people tell us that was the best wedding food they had ever had. But the thing that really appreciated about Buffalo Gals, was their outstanding customer service. They were so helpful throughout the planning stages and then really made sure all of our guests were taken care of at the wedding. We did a buffet style meal, yet one of the servers asked if she could bring my husband and I's meal to us instead so that we could just enjoy the evening. We were just so impressed with our entire experience. I would recommend Buffalo Gals Grilling to anyone in a heartbeat!!

Buffalo Gals Catering knows their Tri-Tips and Chicken! That is what was on the menu last weekend for our daughter's wedding dinner. Both were scrumptious with the most savory seasonings ever! This catering company offers not only excellent food, but superior service. Our event manager, Lauren Brenner, coordinated the planning, setup (for 265 people), the food service, and the tear down in an effortless manner. Her knowledge and steadiness calmed any concerns we had about the entire process. Working with someone who is genuinely personable, attentive, and completely skilled at their job was a pleasure. Also, her captains and staff were excellent. Our reception was beautiful and truly a splendid experience! We give Buffalo Gals Catering 5+ stars. Highly recommended! P.S. Also, the Hot Artichoke Dip was unbelievable!
