Alma catering is absolutely terrific! Ruben was so flexible and accommodating and just a joy to work with! Everything was so freaking delicious, we will most definitely be using him for many more events! On top of all of these things, the event was actually affordable! Sometimes you encounter in life a rare combination of affordability and high quality, and Ruben has figured out how to combine those two traits perfectly! I rarely leave reviews for things but had to say this to make sure everyone uses him in the future. You will not be disappointed!

Where do I even begin? Working with Ruben - the owner of Alma Kitchen & Catering - was a great experience. Alma catered a holiday party for my company in December (about 150 guests total). The menu was incredible, and guests are still raving about the food. Working with Ruben in the pre-planning stages was very easy. He truly knows the ins and outs of the catering business and made my role as the event planner practically effortless. The team that Ruben brought for the actual event were friendly, hard working and professional the entire evening. We look forward to working with Alma Catering in 2018!

I’ve been working with Alma Kitchen for about a year now. They have provided breakfast and lunch for all of our workshops at work. Ruben is a delight to work with. His menus are always fresh and creative. He rarely does the same the meal twice, unless it’s requested. His food speaks for itself. All of our attendees love his food. Ruben Valentin is a fabulously talented chef and puts together outstanding dishes. We were very happy with his menu and all the courses, from appetizers to desert - delicious!
