A perfect place to chat with friends and professionals alike, it's conveniently located across the street from Century City Mall, near CAA and walking distance from Century City. I see people conducting interviews here all the time. I personally recommend the quiche, the healthy QEGr (quinoa eggs and greens), or, on Saturday mornings, the cinnamon rolls (be sure to specify whether you want raisins or not!). They also have good coffee, and will give you a free refill to go. I'd recommend having a cup and then getting another to walk the area - the houses are interesting and there's always the mall. Negatives are that parking can be difficult during the morning rush, the place is small and thus easily packed, and the food is fairly expensive. Still, a great place to rendezvous with a professional contact, have a quaint breakfast with the spouse, or get a picnic catered.
The food it's healthy eat healthy live longer I luv salads and breakfast yum
Michelle is absolutely the BEST!!! Clementines is great. Good location and easy to find parking.
Overpriced and waited 15 minutes for a salad trio from the prepared cold case. Don't get the hype.
Egg white with pickled chili sandwich is the best.
They have really good healthy food
Em does a great job with both my hair cut and color. My coworkers and friends say I look much younger since coming to Clementine's. Now that is a nice thing for this 69 year old to hear. The salon has a great atmosphere and I enjoy my time there. Em is very timely in her appointments which is also appreciated.
Best salon in Denver, and Anara is my girl! She always knows what will look best. She does a mean balayage, and her head rubs are the best. The salon is clean, light, and comfortable. Appointments run on time. Product selection is excellent. You can't go wrong here!
Tasty sandwich but expensive for what I got.
Parking was very difficult. The sand which was disappointing. My friend got a salad and was not impressed. Overall this place wasn't all it has been cracked up to be. The staff was nice though.
This place is my favorite. Amazing coffee. I always bring friends and wait until they take the first sip and see their reaction and say "I told you so". Food is good but really, the motivation to come is the biscuits. I had Clementine's catering for work before and have had their entire spread, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Oh and lastly, the berry jam, make sure you order something with berry jam.
Just came here for lunch on this beautiful day. This place is such a cozy & wonderful place to come by and have lunch with friends! Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating and it's located right across from the Century City mall. We all got the Clementine Special which includes half a sandwich, your choice of a salad or soup, and your choice of iced tea, a cookie, or fountain drink for around 12$. All of the food was fresh and delicious! Service was quick and welcoming. Recommended for a lunch spot!
The salon is very cute, the staff is very friendly, and Abby does an amazing job with cuts and colors. I always leave feeling pretty!
Good coffee, don't get the poached eggs, they're horrible.
I love, love, love Emily W -- a talented colorist and stylist I've been seeing for years now. And the salon is lovely, well-run, comfortable, and staffed with unfailingly friendly people. Clementines is absolutely the best!
Unique salads, helpful and polite staff
First Impression: Clementine is cute with a capital C! My bf and I came to Clementine on a Saturday morning around 11 am and it looked packed from the front. Parking was a breeze since there was a parking lot in the back with a few spots. Perhaps we got lucky but I can imagine the lot filling up pretty quickly as the brunch/lunch crowd trickles into the afternoon. My bf ordered the eggs benedict with a side of arugula salad ($12) and I ordered the whole grain bran muffin with dried cherries ($3). We both ordered a cup of the house Intelligentsia coffee ($3). The food came out very promptly and the eggs benedict was spot-on! The hollandaise sauce complimented the perfectly poached egg and the slice of Tennessee country ham. The ham was unlike anything I've tried before; it was savory and not fatty in the least bit. Like the eggs benedict, my bran muffin was delectable. I was surprised to see the top of mine covered in crunchy granola and would like to think that I had the best of both worlds for brunch: crunchy granola and a soft muffin. Win-win for the carbs! The muffin was not too sweet and the plump dried cherries made it extra moist. The Intelligentsia coffee for me was nothing special. I've had Intelligentsia coffee elsewhere and the acidic after taste is not something I particularly care about. However, it's great that Clementine will offer free refills and not charge extra for soy milk. Some extra brownie points should be deservedly given. Bottom line: I would love to come back and sample some of their other brunch items. That apricot ginger scone beckons!
This is a good place to eat
Dani is an amazing stylist/artist and small business woman. I've been with her since she first opened Clementines, and I admire how she invests in her own and her team's professional development. They constantly innovate and keep current on how to execute the latest styles, use products the best way to suit each customer's individual needs and patiently teach each of us how to replicate the salon version of the style at home! Clementines is bustling with activity - yet it's a place to unwind and come away refreshed. Thanks Dani and team for taking great care of me... and my friends and family for many years!
Been going for years. Very homey, nice staff, great food!
After all these years, it is still French/Swiss. Go late, lunch time is always full. Better if you can walk. Virtually no parking.
Nice cafe on a side street.
Nice place to eat and drink
I met my future wife here, so 5 stars. The food is good too!
Healthy, fresh and tasty! Best in LA as far as culinary propriety.
One of my fav coffee shop. Come here often with my friends. Food and coffee are fantastic. The Staff is really nice and. Lots of table, perfect to work/study and group project!
Great sandwiches and salads for lunch. Nice atmosphere and place to get quick bite.
Eggs Benedict for life. Only available on Saturdays.
I just found out about this location, but the four stars are not anything bad. Rather this is a commentary that I would like to have enjoyed more items on this limited time menu. The patty melt was amazing, and I had a glass of iced tea. The price was worth it and the great thing was the parking behind the location. A great stop in between Century City and Beverly Hills.
Really good food just a bit pricey but the portions are hearty which is good. The tuna and chicken salad are Great! The baby spinach and arugula salad was tasty just need to ease up on the dressing a bit because it's acidic but I enjoyed it otherwise. The tuna melt is the best ! And I love the limeade. The chocolate brownie with pecans is ADDICTING!
Great tasting coffee, very friendly staff, tasty pastry options, and overall good calm vibe.
Great spot for locals. Changing menu and great breakfast
Good breakfast place. Lack of parking
Great place to pick up picnic food, and great breakfast! Their scrambled eggs w a biscuit is delish! Great sandwiches or deli salads too. The Fernando sandwich is MY FAV!
Courteous people, great atmosphere, and, most importantly, beautiful hair. I've colored my hair for years and no one has nailed it like Pamela!
Very good food
Clean and delicious food. one salad and one sandwich cost around 30$ but it is enough for 2 if you are not a big eater.
Love this place!
Great food, service & location $$$$
I had the green salad with chicken (which is not the same as their traditional chicken salad with mayo, etc.). My friend had the traditional chicken salad sandwich. We ate every last crumb! Really delicious. Highly recommend!
Good baked goods and a great combo special for any meal.
Very friendly staff. Almost Parisian environment. Great place to read the New Yorker and unplug. The only negative they are not open for dinner. Jai ma
Was quite disappointed. Their biscuit was good but the egg biscuit sandwich had no flavor. The place had no salsa to help add flavor, only had tabasco. Nothing about the homemade chai is home made. The white cheddar grilled cheese was really good.
Whether you go for an egg dish, a sandwich dish or something sweet, you won't be disappointed.
The place is great for breakfast; all of their food is delicious, especially the biscuit with egg. bacon and cheese. My son loves the egg salad and tuna sandwiched. This is a very unique place to eat. P.S., the coffee is also great (Intelligensia brand).
Great.spot
This is my second time coming here. My first experiences is that it's a very nice place dog friendly place, foods are excellent, staffs were nice, even my dog likes this place. The second time was even better, we sat down at the little patio at the end. Perfect if you have pets. I think I will come here more often.
Good selection of salads and sandwiches. Also the bakery and coffee selections were very tasty.
If only the old fashioned tomato soup was on draft...err available to eat everyday...because I would drink it or eat it everyday if they let me. Go here if you want a delicious lunch which includes deli style sides and salads from their case or fresh made to order sandwiches and salads. It's similar to lemonade but less overwhelming array of options. Order at the front and then find a table, wait for deliciousness to arrive along with a chance celebrity sighting...but play it cool. This place is low key and everyone is friendly.
Such a great experience! Atmosphere, food service, everything to perfection. We'll come back!
Excellent salon. EM has been cutting my hair for a couple of years. She's great.
I go here on a weekly basis as I truly love the food. The food is fantastic. What makes a restaurant not fantastic is poor quality in service. Every time I patronize restaurant continuously have to wait extended periods of time at the register. Last time I arrived at 8:30 AM to place an order. There were four people in line in my receipt by the time I was done placing the one breakfast item for myself was 8:47am. Continuously I find myself running into that experience here. There is a lack of urgency making this the best restaurant if you're in a hurry. The staff members I'm not very educated on the menu I seem to find myself asking about items however due to a lack of knowledge, it becomes difficult to order. The overall quality of service does not match the quality of food.
Grilled Cheese month is the best
Matcha was great, coffee was standard, service was great. However portions were small and not worth the expensive price.
Really nice brunch place. They have a small parking lot behind the building (as shown in the last photo).
Great spot for tasty sandwiches and desserts. Waiting for espresso drinks always takes a while though, so make sure you've got time to spare.
Food is always fresh and high quality
This place is all about ambiance and a good menu. The portions, price and service could be a ton better!
Love the food and service. Try their noodles.
Been here several times before and they never fail to have friendly, amazing service and delicious, beautiful drinks!! Love the space, the design and the simplicity of the place!!It was busy during brunch today but otherwise every time I've been here, there's been some space. I like to come here to study and chill, so I'll always try to visit when I'm in the area!
Food looks delicious! Service is great too.
Insanely small portions for high prices: 1dl Orange juice: $4.95 1 Toast Sandwich: $9.95 Very delicious & good food quality, but that doesn't justify these insane prices..
It is always a little scary trying a new salon when moving to a new area. I moved to Denver from Minneapolis a little over a year ago and I had started the search of finding a new hair salon. I found Clementine's through various yelp reviews and magazine write ups. I booked an appointment with Dani and cannot be happier! She definitely has the customer's best interest in hand when I seek her opinion on different styles or cuts. Every time I leave Clementine's I always get so many compliments. They definitely don't "push" product or any additional services on you, which I think makes for a trustworthy salon. Would definitely recommend Clementine's to anyone!
I've been to this restaurant a couple of times and each time I visited it was a pleasant experience. The people are friendly, the place is very clean and the food is great. I've tried several items on their menu such as the Honey BBQ Grilled Chicken Wrap, the Herb Grilled Chicken Paganini and the Spicy Black Bean Soup. I loved each item. This is a great spot to visit if you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat.
Cindy is amazing, especially with curly hair! She's made me actually like my hair.
high class food with prices to match
Delicious food and fantastic service. They have catered meetings for me several dozen times and everything is always so good. They have vegan selections too, plus the best fried chicken around.
I've been looking for a stylist ever since I moved to CO almost 3 years ago. I like having constant people for things like hair, nails, waxing, etc. and have found pretty much awesome people for everything except hair thusfar. I saw all the amazing reviews for Em for long hair and thought, awesome, I think I've found her! Not so much... I went in for a trim as I've been trying to grow my hair. I came in and Em was in the back so I had to wait, but only a few minutes. She came out and brought me to her station and I told her exactly what I was looking for. She was cold and bordering on unfriendly even. I was immediately uncomfortable. I don't need to be bestest with my hair stylist, but some amount of warmth is appreciated. Maybe she was having an off day and she's not usually like that, but that's the Em I got. From the time I sat I left my car to the time I got back into it, only 25 minutes had past. Em managed to do a consult, wash my hair, cut it, blow dry it, and have me pay all in 25 minutes. All for the price of about $60. The cut wasn't bad, I will say that, but it could have been better, seeing as how I still had a some split ends in my layers when I went home really got a good look at my hair. I recently received an email stating that due to some additional certification she's received, Em's prices have been raised, so expect to pay more than $60 for a cut and blow dry. Needless to say I will not be returning and my search for a long hair stylist in Colorado shall continue. Looking back on all the good reviews on Em and I notice that a VERY large portion of them are from yelpers who have written less than 5 reviews...weird huh?
Great sandwiches, great selection. Rice and gumbo. This place is old tyme San Francisco. Live band sometimes and sports photos and memorabilia. They do close at 5 pm sharp, so make sure you get there early.
Always good ,fresh , tasty food.
Best breakfast
Great breakfast and lunch spot. Grab the sloppy joe or chili soup. Make sure to grab some deviled eggs. Garlic bread is fantastic though you’ll need a double espresso to stay awake after. You can also grab and go. But why? Just eat the food there and enjoy your time at a leisurely pace. Don’t eat and drive. It’s not safe. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.
(4.5 stars) I don't get to go here enough. The bakery aspect of this place is off the charts, so please do indulge yourself. The sleeper was the roast beef sandwich with caramelized onion jam being so superb. Of course the bread is top notch and fresh.
Have always enjoyed delicious food here. However, coffee is terrible. They serve Intelligentsia, so I always order, expecting 8t to be great. Instead, always tastes burned and cardboardy. Need new expresso machine or ?
The cashier got my order completely wrong, and I didn't get my cookie with my lunch combo.
It was my first time there and it was great! I had the Greek salad and it was delicious. The parking was very convenient too. I will definitely go back and will happily recommend it. Maria B
excellent food and nicest people!!!!
wish there was one in every neighborhood. try the 3 combo salad and don't forget your chocolate chip cookie. good luck finding a place to park though.
best breakfast/lunch in town! tough to get to with sm construction, however. the chicken sandwich and eggs benedict kill!
The sandwiches are big and flavorful and the pastries are delicious. I wish for more turnover in the menu
Really nice sandwiches and soups, great options for takeaway as well. Nice service and has large variety of pastries and breakfast options too.
I'm a huge fan of Clementine's. Sarah has been cutting my hair for over 5 years now. I moved away from Denver for a few years and still didn't let anyone else touch my hair (I'd always schedule a cut with Sarah when I happened to be in town). She recently dyed it for me (the first time in 8+ years) and I let her guide me as to what would be best. She's the only person I trust with my hair! The salon is amazing and filled with beautiful, talented stylists. The vibe is relaxed but upscale, and they always have amazing products and recommendations, and participate in a lot of cool community events. Before coming to this salon, I never looked forward to getting my hair done, but now it's relaxing and I love it. I've never seen a bad haircut or dye job walk out of that salon - and it's a mixture of trendy looks, natural, classic, and men and women of all ages go there. Highly, highly recommend!
Best food, all local and fresh!
Best food
Very cute little place with great food and chill vibe. The menu is pretty big, and the prices are reasonable. Feels very homey!
Good food! Loved the avocado toast with latte and all pastries are delicious. Nice an calm setting unlike the next door republic place.
Food is good but very pricey. Service not so great.
Great brunch spot across the street from century City Mall. Parking is a bit of a challenge but there is a pay parking lot nearby.
This place always has the most creative, absolutely the freshest, and the most flavorful creations that I have had the pleasure enjoy city wide.
Nice and cozy place with great pastries
Cute little corner cafe that's 7 minute walk to Bayshore Caltrain. Two little tables for seating. Very friendly workers!
Great place for breakfast and lunch! It can get pretty busy so try to avoid peak lunch times and come a little earlier or later. Try the Clementine combo which gives you a sandwich, soup or salad and a drink or cookie!
Love this little bakery place. We had so much food though. Quiche, eggs benedict, clementine muffin and banana-carmel-pudding. YUM, Only small complaint was that the eggs were not poached, they were soft boiled. We'll be going back!
Such great salads and coffee. I appreciate the attention to food allergies. Nice ambience.
Mmmm
Best pizza in town!
Great food. Roast beef sandwiche was the best I ever eat.
High quality food and service.
The food was fabulous! I had the Turkey White Bean Chili & the Hudson's Deluxe French Onion sandwich. So yummy!! Go give them all your lunch money. I would if I lived here!
Good cafe to have a relaxing breakfast or lunch.
Wonderful experience of great food. Extremely busy around noon with an extensive selection of take out.
I love Clementine's, you feel very welcomed by everyone in the salon. I love all the stylists, I think I've had the pleasure to be served by most of them. Dani is so wonderful, and Abby is too. Love you guys. Darlene
Okay first parking here is a nightmare at any hour. My ciabatta bread sandwich was stale bread which was over grilled. If you have any concerns about your teeth or developing TMJ don't eat here. The meat on my sandwich was a welfare level of skimpy which is shocking considering it was three times too much for what arrived at my table. Also the legendary cookies were both burned and lacked any flavor beyond burned brown butter. Overall a complete failure! Do yourself a favor and go to a taco bell.
If you're looking for a friendly, welcoming, and great quality salon, look no further. Michelle is AMAZING. I love the staff and the results every time.
Short of a multiple salad menu unavailable, tri-salad sampling was delicious! Unique to themselves, not too sweet or too sour, these salads were exceptional. Staff could not be friendlier and more efficient.
The people are the best. Helpful, polite and quick
Absolutely the best hair salon ever. Everyone is friendly and amazingly skilled at what they do. My stylist Michelle is imaginative, professionally gifted and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I am very fussy about my hair and I have no qualms about continuing to be a monthly customer of Clementines
This is an amazing salon. All the staff and stylists there are friendly, kind, and super talented. Emily W and Abby have done amazing things for my hair.
This restaurant is okay. I went with my best friend and her husband for brunch on Saturday. It was hard to find a seat inside and we had to share a tiny table. I ordered the poached eggs with bacon. It came with a biscuit and some fruit. The fruit was great, but everything else was overcooked. The biscuit was kind of dry and the bacon was super crispy. Weirdly, the bacon on my bff's plate was perfectly cooked. When I poked open the eggs, the yolks were cooked through - not a poached egg in my book. I tried sending it back and the guy behind the counter argued with me saying that they were poached. He asked if I wanted them "easy" and I said no, I want them poached as the menu described. Eventually he took them back, but I waited ~15 minutes for those poached eggs to return. By that time, I'd already finished the rest of my meal. I won't be returning.
I love their Food.
Always delicious always amazing.
Roast beef sandwich and limeade. Ahhhh...
Best breakfast spot in century city. Closed on Sundays.
Loved everything I got from here! The avocado truffle toast was amazing, and super aesthetic. The mint matcha latte was great, too. Only giving this place 3 stars because those two things combined were $18, which is WAY too much imo. This is a very study/work-friendly environment but bring your own snacks if you don't wanna spend that much.
The Orange juice was fresh, the menu had items that popped and grabbed at my taste buds, and the parking game wasn't too serious earlier in the day.
Cute little breakfast brunch place. The food menu wasn't very big but it had a lot of options for baked items.
Great lunch spot! A little pricey but the egg salad sandwich is delicious. Meet a girlfriend for a fun lunch date and visit the adorable paper store next door.
Counter staff was so nice! And the steamed milk for the coffee was such a nice surprise...kept the coffee nice and hot. So good!! Will definitely be back.
Very pleasant and warm.......
Good place to meet with someone or just sit with your phone. Lots of options for those who love coffee and for those who love good food.
I had the Italian meats sandwich and was really excited until I bit into bread that tasted like it had been sitting around all day. The rest of the ingredients were really good, as were the pickled peppers and cookie. Had the bread been warmed or tasted fresh, it would have been really good.
Great food, too much attitude
Great food and service
Good sandwich choices, no burgers. Good coffee. Always busy.
I ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte W/ Almond Milk and it was delicious. Texture is creamy and not too sweet. Cute ambiance. Lots of tables to sit and hang out or study/do work. Would come back! Next time I would love to try their Lavender Milk Tea.
Awesome. That word says it all. Lunch, coffee, and pastries that are all top notch with friendly service.
Delicious food!
Amazing!
It was okay
Great cozy place with incredible baked goods and coffee. Must try the Apricot Bun!
Excellent breakfast menu, great quiche.
Great food loved the kugel! I was very surprised to find that clementine had Jewish food! I ordered a special salad and sandwich and it was superb.
Loved the atmosphere and location. Was able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful winter California weather. The staff was friendly and the menu interesting. The dessert case looked delish and if the chocolate chip cookie was an example, then you should try the rest. With the sandwich, I was dissapointed. It was cold, I don't know why I expected chicken Chipotle sandwich to be a warm one and without much flavor. I left it. The soup, chickpea and spinach, very good. Still recommend. Mine might have been a bad choice.
Great pastries . Great place for Hollywood bowl picnic baskets. Popular so often busy and difficult Street parking
Love Cindy! She's a curly hair expert!
Superb food. Many levels of delightful tastes. I had to restain myself from the luchious looking muffins, chocolate marble cake with dark chocolate frosting BUT there is always tomorrow. Portions are huge. Special!
I highly recommend this spot. You can't miss the banana pie!!!
I love Clementines food it's freshly made daily. The service is so slow. I ordered online thinking it would be faster only to have to wait upon arrival because of a long line. More hands are needed most definitely.
Friendly, delicious and speedy service.
The food was really good, especially the biscuits! It did take a while for the food to come out.
adorable upscale takeout/ breakfast/lunch place is a must do until you start to deal with the drawbacks on a regular basis. some of the food is the best in town (my personal downfall is the cheddar bacon flatbread) and then some of it is questionable -- what's up with the frosting on the cupcakes? and it's all overpriced. despite a small parking lot in the back it can be hell to park, there's always a fight for tables, and what is with the service? it feels as if several hundered servers are huddled behind the counter but only one takes orders at th
Fantastic cafe with very reasonable prices. The gluten free options and ability of the kitchen to accommodate dietary restrictions was awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed everything I ate and all the food came out quickly.
Love the sandwiches here!
I had a gluten-free chocolate muffin and organic coffee and it was wonderful. The ambience is relaxing, there is limited seating outside which is constantly taken but overall this is a pleasant coffee house that offers yummy food and delicious desserts. The servers are very friendly. Is definitely worth a stop on the way back home.
Good local brunch spot. Parkings not bad if you go early. Order at the cashier, take a number and find a table. The eggs Benedict comes with prosciutto like ham. Not the dry thick cut stuff we usually find at other placss . the biscuit sandwich, albeit good biscuit, came with an overpoached egg. We finished off brunch with an iced latte and chocolate brownie dessert. Yum. I'll definitely be back for more. Heard through the grape vine it's grilled cheese month here .
Delicious food. Eating in can be very noisy, but service is efficient and courteous. Food is fresh and delicious, tastefully presented. Good muffins, scones. Very good cooked foods to go!
The tuna salad is good but the egg salad is very bland. Overall everything is overpriced.
Very good restaurant/bar. Excellent service and food! Great atmosphere and patio dining!
Nice cozy place. Food is delicious, employees are great :)
Love online ordering and curbside pick up
Cindy Koder at Clementines is the best for curly hair. She know how to cut and style it, and understands curly issues since she has curly hair too. She also is great at highlights, every time I love what she does.
Best place to eat and only neighborhood feeling place in the otherwise totally generic, corporate looking century city
Delicious food, very friendly and quick staff,
What's good there is really good. Sometimes the.menu has a lot of weird stuff that you have to have very a specific taste for.
Delicious! A little pricey
Excellent bakery, restaurant and I guess caterer? The food is made from fresh and whole ingredients. The menu is a little carb focused but I had a scramble with tomatoes bacon and cheese and it was really delicious. But the cinnamon roll this morning was out of this world. It's made with a yeast dough and the frosting is not gooey it's crispy. They have a bunch of outdoor tables on the sidewalk as well as tables inside the restaurant.
Yummy food, great variety & we sat outside!
The. Best. Food.
