My friend and I wanted to try something different. I wil be very honest , we were both very disappointed. The lady taking our order did not know how to order eggs so those were wrong. The food was cold. Everything we ordered was just wrong. She was very rude to not apologize or take the time to make anything right either. I will not go back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. For us to take the time and say we need to write a review is not good. Me taking the time to write this review just means there was a huge disappointment. I wish anyone else a better experience.

My girlfriend and I ate here around 7 PM today. I didn’t get any names, but the young caucasian lady who was our cashier/server was polite and tentative. She was running around cleaning tables and helping customers. I can’t say the same for the other young African-American lady working the same shift. She was asked several times to help clean, and she refused each time. An old lady made a comment about her food before she left, and this employee bad-mouthed the old lady once she was gone. And she was loud about it. Her co-workers were telling her to “shh”, but it didn’t help the situation. At this point, my girlfriend and I were the only customers in the store - it was around 7:30 PM. Another customer walked in, and she grunted out of frustration because they came in close to closing time... We left wondering if she bad-mouthed us, as well.

Tried to order a cake for over a week was told I would receive a call back never did and was put on hold each time for 15mins trying to give my order details the lady I spoke with was very rude annoyed with me trying to call back

Bad 1st impression today. today. Cashier and front end staff not friendly and didn't seem to have much knowledge about the cake varieties that were sold instore. The staff even asked me if I knew what type cake flavor a certain cake was. As well, very limited variety of cakes on display for sale. Will not be back to this location.

These girls always go above and beyond to accommodate! Had sf, decaf, iced and hot lattes. Both were good even though they don't have cold brew. They were out of Keto desserts - sad. Still, love coming here. Thanks, gals.

I decided to FINALLY stop by, so I called in an order for lasagna and a side salad. My order was ready when I arrived. The lasagna, OMGOODNESS, the lasagna was seasoned PERFECTLY! The portion size was PERFECT! The salad was just enough! I will MOST DEFINITELY eat here again!!

These girls are AWESOME! Great Home-style Cooking! Very reasonable prices and quick response. They also deliver which is great when catering my office lunches. They have a "Ding-Dong" cake that is incredible!!

I called & left a request on the catering service voice mail on Sunday to place an order for a cake simply following the instructions a cashier gave me after inquiring. After three days & not hearing from any one I called the catering service phone number again hoping to get a live person & a young lady answered & I asked her why no one returned my call to confirm my order so she asked what did I order & told her. She then put me on hold & & came back on the phone to inform me that they could not take any more orders because of the high volume of requests. I immediately felt like the Grinch had stolen my Christmas! However, I’m happy to say one hour later I received a call from Susie, one of the managers there, calling to apologize for the mix up due to do many requests & informed me that they do have my order & that it would be ready for pick on Monday...What a relief because I didn’t plan to bake this Christmas & now I can sit back, relax & enjoy the holidays with my family with a slice of their delicious strawberry cake. You guys are a life saver! Thank you so much for taking the time to call me back.

The food is fine (what I've been able to eat of it) but as far as catering to the needs of the customer, they’re lacking. The company I work for actually has used them for actual catering a number of times and being a vegetarian (and not the only one in my office) I've been greatly disappointed. They won't do a single thing to accommodate for people who don't eat meat. We just had their taco bar which is mainly beef, rice and cheese dip/chips. I asked our office manager if they'd provided a veggie option (beans... how hard is it to make beans to go with tacos??) — why I felt hopeful I don’t know — she said she'd asked and the answer was pretty much "we don't do that." This is certainly not the first time I've been sorely disappointed with a catered meal from them (mostly I just grab my own lunch when I hear they're catering) but it just boggles my mind that they can't be respectful enough of their customers needs to be a little flexible. I've been assured we won't be using them again and I certainly won't ever visit their cafe. If you're a happy mean eater go crazy, I guess, as long as you're cool with a company that doesn’t really understand customer service.
