I refuse to eat at a restaurant that can't even bother to recognize a customer. No smile, no customer service, nothing. Wow! We have eaten here twice now. I knew I didn't like it after our first visit. My husband needed to give it another try since he had good memories from the chain in other states. Nope! Today he said...never again. This place has just gone downhill. It used to be great when it opened. Now every visit is disappointing. Food isn't prepped/available and food being prepped is left on counters with flies on it. And the bathrooms are just disgusting.

I love the burritos here! I would have to recommend QDOBA over Chipotle or Flying Burrito. Service is what you would expect at a fast food restaurant but the food is just amazing. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine which is a big plus.

The floor was slick and greasy with bits of food everywhere. The drink machine had fluid under the grate in the bottom that was dark and foamy. The manager wanted to charge us 3xs for placing the triple tacos in small bowls instead of on the usual taco rack. They couldn’t figure out we were trying to reduce our carbs by removing the taco shells. Food tasted ok, nothing spectacular. Cleanliness and competence of staff was terrible.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but the quality has declined significantly in recent months. Our food was cold, and the staff member who assembled our order didn’t know how to make a smothered burrito. The cashier also had great difficulty processing our payment. It was a very poor experience.

Have been eatting here for quite sometime. The burritos are good but have begun to show signs of poorer quality recently. The rice hasn't been cooked properly in the past three times I have purchase a burrito at the this location. They have also started shorting us on items. We ordered two bags of chips and cookies and were shorted 1 of each. The cookies have not been ready the past two times we have purchased them as well. Finally, my girlfriend order a simple burrito of rice, steak, and cheese. Welp, she got a rice burrito, no cheese, no steak. The burritos are tasty, and you get guacamole, queso, grilled vegetables at no extra charge. The taco salad is a great option here as well and you can load it up with every thing you get on the burritos. If this location could nail its quality control then it would get 5 stars, but the recent poor quality really hampers its rating.

I am a huge fan of Qdoba but on my last visit the management seemed to be struggling. There was no soap dispenser in the bathroom...you read that right, the whole dispenser was missing. The toilet was also clogged. The fancy Coke machine was out of a lot of flavors and the rice was a little undercooked. Although this should earn less than 3* of an experience, I am hoping that I just caught them at a poor time and that they are back to the quality Qdoba should be.

Generally good food. I like the variety of queso and salsas offered here compared to Chipotle. Portion sizes seem pretty small and this particular location always seems very understaffed. The last visit, it took me 15-20 minutes to get through the line and there were about 10 people before me. That's horrendous!

Placed an order online for got to the restaurant waited 10 minutes. I was completely ignored by the worker until another gentleman came in that also had place an online order and after waiting there spoke up. We were both told they were running behind, after standing there they wouldn't even give e eye contact, but quick to charge me. I was told I would get a refund since i had to go back to work. It's been 2 weeks and still waiting. Will go there tomorrow and will noot leave until i my refund! This is not the firdt time they do something like this to me. It will sure be the last!

I think this place has its good days and bad days. There are times were their is great service, good food, and clean. But then other days there is nad food, bad service and really really dirty. It could be a management thing. But overall i would still recommend but i canr garentee the quality of your visit. Half off kids meals on Saturday is awesome though.

Pretty mediocre chow. I am biased being a Chipotle fan, but this food is just okay. There are a variety of options, but the food doesn't feel as fresh. The food is more expensive as well. If your a fan of Qdoba, the restaurant is average in quality and should be adequate. I feel there are better options elsewhere in the Prominade area.

This is one of my go to eating places. It's easy, convenient, and a good value for the price. The chips have a hint of lime flavor to them that really accents the overall flavor of the food. They also have two different queso options, a normal one and a spicy one. Be warned that that spicy queso really earns its name "Diablo". Not for the sensitive tongues.

Make no mistake, this is a fast food restaurant. The quality of the food and preparation is much higher then what you will find in an average fast-food chain, it is a great place to bring families and is reasonably priced for the portions you receive. The menu selection while not extensive still offers enough of a variety we're even picky eaters should find something to eat. I have eaten at a couple different locations run by this company, the staff is always friendly, the dining area is always clean, and the food is always quickly prepared.

Food was okay at best. I came to try the impossible tacos that had large advertisements inside and out of the restaurant. I was disappointed when the worker told me that no one prepped it. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. To start off, the food here is great, sometimes the chips are a little stale though. The cleanliness of the restaurant is absolutely arbitrary. They have an empty restaurant with 3 or 4 employees but no one is doing ANYTHING. The bathrooms were disgusting and the lobby is filled with food and used napkins all over. The kids working here are acting like 5 year olds, goofing off and doing front flips or whatever. The manager that is on duty is doing absolutely nothing, he has been just sitting on his phone ignoring the obvious.

Service was good,... the staff being prepared,... Not so much. My family and I went to this Qdoba location at 11:45 am and were the only ones there. And despite the lack of patrons, they had nothing prepared for any of the meals. I wanted to order their Knockout Tacos, and they told me the flour tortillas they came in weren't cooked and wouldnt be cooked for 15 minutes! Lol, so instead they made them in hard taco shells. Not to mention, they didn't know how to make the tacos and took 10 minutes to make 4 lol... My brother wanted to order a taco salad that came in the taco bowl, the taco bowls weren't cooked and would take 10 minutes. SERIOUSLY MAN! WTH! No patrons, yet they still didnt have their S**T together. This place is horrible.

After someone let me try what they got from this place, I decided to go there and see how it was myself. Overall, it's very similar to going to Flying Burrito, and the food and flavors are pretty good (especially their mango salsa). However the service was mediocre, and they don't seem to keep a close eye on their drink fountain to ensure it has ice and drinks in stock, as it was out of ice when I stopped in, and only had 3 drinks available of the larger variety advertised.

This has been one of my favorite places. However, not today. The chips were stale, the portions smaller than normal, the trash was overflowing, not to mention food on the floor, and the three people behind the counter were more interested in chit chatting than presenting a good customer experience. I used to love going here, but within the last few months this place has turned into a disappointment, to be honest. I walked into the store yesterday, excited to eat there after a short break from it. The lobby was a disgusting mess, there were maybe 2 or 3 tables that weren't dirty, there were a bunch of pans by the trash and both the trash cans were almost overfilling. And whenever I was ordering my food, the MANAGER didn't even ask me what all I wanted on my food, he put it over on the counter before I was even done adding stuff to it. And then for my nachos, he gave me mostly crumbs for chips.. I was so upset that I came in with high hopes and this is what I got instead. Yikes.

Busy store at lunch time. Store manager was on the prep line. Had a shrimp burrito bowl and enjoyed it. Even though the store was busy they kept up with seating area cleanliness. I will be a returning customer.

Found a piece of long white plastic in my food. I damn near choked on I was trying to be nice and not yell it over the bar top at the manager but she told her employee who I asked for the manager, she needs to wait 10 min and rolled her eyes. So I had to yell it over the loud music and people talking. She then told me "ya well that's from the beans" rolled her eyes again and walked off... Needless to say if they don't care about the cleanliness or quality of their food or care about customer satisfaction I won't be eating here. Chipotle is not that far away.
