The day I went I'm guessing the ground crew that was under contract next door broke a sewage pipe because the whole place stunk like a port-o-potty at the state fair. The staff were on edge because of it, and a few minor mishaps occurred between making our food and checking out.

Well where do i start... My company orders Moes alot for our office parties.. We get catered from moes.. I was told if we brought back the trays I could get a free meal... so I gave My wife the trays to taoe back so sue could get a meal... Being she is 8 months pregnant with twins... she needs to eat.. so i guess she took the trays in and the Manager ( an indian gentalman ) was completley disrespectful to her. Told her she could only get a chicken burrito or something.. Then hovered over the person making it.. i guess to make sure she didnt put an extra piece of chicken on the food... Anyway thats the jist of the story....

For fast food, we love Moe's. The Closetalker salad and Tres Amigos (uno or dos, if you prefer) are my standbys. Try the chicken and/or pork fillings. I found the beef, meh. My daughter is a vegetarian and likes the Moo Moo Mr. Cow burrito with tofu. It's from the kids menu and includes a drink and cookie.

This has to be the filthiest Moe’s I’ve ever eat at. First, water was spilled all over the floor. People were having to walk slowly in order to not slip and fall. Does anyone know how to use a mop? Secondly every single table in the restaurant was filthy. There were food crumbs, salsa, left over used plates and cups on the tables! Garbage overflowing! When I asked someone if they could clean a table for me, their answer was “I will help you in just a moment. We had a no call no show”. In my opinion it does not matter who did not call or show up for work… It is your responsibility to keep your establishment presentable and safe for the public! I have worked in this industry prior as well as other industries where there were no call no shows… stop making excuses! There is no excuse for an unsanitary and unsafe environment for the public. I took pictures in case management or the press would like to see....

Moe's has the production line ordering down to a science. After a quick perusal of the menu while you're waiting in line, your burrito is prepared on a freshly pressed and warn tortilla. Beef, chicken or pulled pork, as well as tofu, choice of beans and rice and a large variety of veggies completes your order. Tostada chips and salsa are included. If burritos aren't your thing, a taco bowl is also on the menu. Drinks are not included, but multiple fills from the multi flavor dispensing machine makes up for the small cost. Arrive hungry, leave stuffed.

If I could, I would not give any stars. I went here last night at around 8:30PM. The sign on the door says that they are open until 9. I know it was close to closing time, but if your sign says you are open until 9, you are open until 9. The store was dark and the open sign was off. The door was unlocked so I walked in and 2 employees were in there cleaning things up and told me that the store was closed. I told them that the sign said 9 and the girl stumbled through saying "Oh, we have people working on the roof." There was no one working on the roof. If you don't want to do your job and serve your customers, at least be honest and say that you are lazy incompetent employees who just want to go home! I'm glad that this happened because I certainly would not want people like that making my food!

My husband and child went in to order dinner at Moe's. Normally a fantastic experience. Today they went in and brought home food that looks like my dog's vomit and blamed my husband and child for their general manager not being able to put the order together. I'm very confused which part of my husband requesting lettuce meant rice to this manager. The person on the phone indicated to me that they tried very hard to help my family order including requesting that they call me. They did call me they were very clearly told what was needed on top of having it in writing. I have never had such a horrible experience at Moe's in the entire time I have been a customer both at this location and in Blue Back Square. Manager on the phone even indicated to me that the only customers they had at that time where my husband and my child the fact that they were not able to accommodate two individuals is pitiful.

The employees seemed to be struggling to speak to us when we were ordering. They just kind of stood there and looked at us without saying anything. Not a particularly poor experience, just strange. The rice on my sister's bowl was severely undercooked to the point where I'm unsure it was cooked at all (making the whole bowl crunchy and just gross), but upon approaching an employee, they made her a new bowl with a different batch of rice he seemed to have ready. He did this without saying a word. Very strange. I've been there many times and had positive experiences just about every time, with this one outlying odd experience. I also noticed that they give more meat when this guy that seems to be the owner isn't around. For the most part though, this is a great place for southwestern food if you know what you're expecting.

Decent food and much better cheese dip than Chipotle. Has a Coke freestyle machine. Often a wait here at lunch and the customize-your-food nature of the restaurant usually means the line moves slowly. Very limited seating indoors so not a great place for large groups. There is enclosed, covered patio seating but not well climate controlled so usually not a great option in extreme temperatures summer or winter. It would be nice to see the owners make the patio area part of the indoor seating and then there would be so much more room year-round. Consistency with food and service is a challenge here as you can see from other reviews. Sometimes the place is clean, portions are good, and the staff is friendly. Other times not so much.

I've been there before. You know the "Boutique Taquerias" such as Chipotle and Qdoba. I didn't come into the experience expecting anything MIND-BLOWING. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was very surprised that they did offer some VEGAN options like tofu and mushrooms in their selections for a meal protein. Too many times the chain restaurants are looking only to cater to the morbidly obese carnivores that will spend big money to consume food that will lead to heart disease. It was refreshing. I was interested that they had a Scorpion Pepper sauce, but was a little disappointed that it wasn't as hot as I thought it was going to be. It was a decent experience.

I got a quesadilla and my husband got a burrito. The portions were huge, which I love because it gives me some to take for later. This place reminds me a lot of Qdoba, but I hate that you have to pay extra for guac! It felt a little pricey, after adding guac to mine and getting one drink our order was 18 dollars. I love the salsa bar though, I tried all of the different salsas and liked both of the moderate salsas best. The ingredients were very fresh and the service was fast. I would recommend to someone!

Awesome food and friendly staff. 2 years ago I stopped in for lunch, got to the register and they were incapable of taking my money. Internet was down, I'm not sure the reason, but myself and everyone in there are for free that day. Instead of shutting the doors as 99.99% of any other business owner would do, they served their product for free. Whenever I am in the area for a meal, that's where I go and happily pay. Moe's (Lima road) most certainly values its customers.

My first visit. My wife had visited earlier in the week and talked about the experience. I downloaded the app and I had a special offer for a free nachos with the order of a drink just for downloading the app. My wife ordered the Homewrecker. I loved my nachos because they prepared it just for me while I watched. I really like the way they make your food exactly how you want it, putting on as little or as much as you want of each ingredient. Great place to eat when you have to have that something extra!

Over a half hour BEFORE closing time and our table was the only one that didn't have the chairs flipped up on top of it. All the booths to the right had the tables turned sideways so no one would sit at them. And the whole crew was sweeping and rattling tables and chairs all around us. Doing full blown closing procedures while people are still eating does not make for an inviting feeling. Another family walked in just after this pic was taken and the staff had to set them up a table. Talk about making someone feel unwelcome???

So glad they built a Moe's out here in carrollton. It's new and clean and we love going there to get huge burritos. Lots of salsa to choose from and lots of toppings to add to your burrito or tacos. For people who haven't eaten at a Moe's I would compare it to a Chipotle, but cheaper and equally as good. Only complaint is not having barbacoa beef as a meat choice. If they had the barbacoa I could cut Chipotle out of my life completely.

I really like Moe's and so do my kids but for some reason their food quality was not it's best this day. A gentleman gave us old meat(steak) which was very dry. When I noticed it he was visibly upset because I asked for fresh meat. We were eating in so the wait didn't bother us it was the fact he didn't want to cook anything. This young black male that was on duty went above and beyond for us once he noticed his employee was not giving out great customer service. He made sure not only we had fresh meat but fresh vegetables as well. I will only go back when this gentlemen is on duty since he knows how to treat people the way he would like to be treated and that was with respect, understanding, and class! Great job young man.

Update for new management: There was no communication. One burrito had to be remade because an employee told another "Cheese and pico on that one," even though we never specified that. This Moe's recently underwent new management and it is worse than before. Two managers hovered incessantly around the employees, afraid they would do something wrong. One guy in front of us received a half scoop of chicken on his burrito. He asked for more, but was told, "No! Extra!" The management has trouble with English, which may be part of the problem. This location has had multiple health violations in the past. It's not surprising. The person behind us had to remind someone handling her food (who was not wearing a hat or a hair net) that she needed to change her gloves after touching her hair. Communication was so bad, every order that came through while we dined in was wrong. No one could figure out what was for here and what was to go. Management was so controlling and pestering that employees had looks of disbelief and when management finally did go in the back, they laughed and started complaining. Management was also not wearing safety, non-slip shoes in the kitchen area, but just loafers. This Moe's needs to get shut down. It's apparent that no new management can fix whatever problems are occurring. Old management: Poorly managed with low quality staff. Been here a couple times and each time it's a problem. Ice machine is always broken. Manager (old Bob Odenkirk) implies you're a liar when you show him ingredients were not included. Constantly being condescending about debit card use, asking to see ID and then giving you a hard time. Sloppy and dirty dining area. It's also always freezing cold regardless of the weather. Don't decide to share a drink either, they'll be condescending about that too. Choose a different Moe's or wait for the Chipotle to open down the street.

Very busy today, with only 3 staff to serve customers. We stood in line for about 15 minutes before food was made and we were checked out. We were told their drink machine was broken but they had water. However, it was bottled water which they were charging $2for. The whole thing was a VERY unpleasant experience.

I would rather go to another location. The manager was staring at the girl preparing my food and informing her to reduce the portion of the food. I ordered a stack and he changed the way it’s usually made just to save cost by putting only one hard shell instead of two (like it’s always been), and a tiny handful of cheese only after I asked. He sneezed so close to my food that I reconsidered the purchase. I’m not one to write reviews but this is the third time I have disliked the service so I’m done with this location. Will be going to the location in bear from now on.

I have never been here that I have not had a problem. This is the last time I will make that mistake. The staff is not friendly, the food isn't healthy, and it's expensive for what you get. I arrived at the restaurant around 6:30. They're looked to be a total of 4 people working. No one knew we were their for the first 5 minutes. For some reason they chose to deep clean behind appliances at dinner rush. There was only myself and one other person in line, and it took extremely too long to receive our food. They had one person preparing and ringing up food while the others cleaned and prepped. Even the trash was overflowing, other customers could not throw their food away properly. Once my food was made, I had to remind the young man I needed to pay, and I even had to grab my own receipt. When I got home with my food I found a hair in my food. This totally killed the meal for me. I normally enjoy quick visits, but this visit seemed like everyone was scatterbrained.

I love moes food but this place is gross! They never change their gloves after touching things. They ring people out on cash with gloves and then go to the line to make food with the same gloves! I went in there today and the boy was in the back sweeping the floor with gloves and then came to make my burrito with the same nasty gloves! One time I went there and the man was eating and touching his mouth with gloves and came to make food with those same gloves again it looked like he had the same gloves on all day there was a bunch of red food stains on them like he been marinating meat or something. The food is good, but the portions could be better and the place needs to be cleaner !

Went on a Tuesday around 6pm. They were extremely under staffed and under prepared for dinner patrons. The line was a constant 4 to 5 people for about an hour, but they ran out of a lot of different food items like; the grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms.

Me and my daughter ate there Saturday afternoon by the evening we both had gotten sick we both ate the same thing. Not sure if it's a fluke or not. The place was dirty the women's bathroom floor was sticky, the girl who waited on us didn't wear gloves but I did see her wearing gloves when she was changing over products. I had high hopes for for the place but obviously won't be going back.

This was my 1st visit ever to a Moe's. I was disappointed in the staff. They were not courteous and didn't greet us when we entered. The food was delicious, however my 1st visit could have been made more enjoyable had the staff at least been friendly. The manager's excuse was that the college kids had started back, but as a manager myself, I know that customer service does not stop just because you've been busy and are tired.

Staff (also known as Roadies) are very polite, super friendly, and work very well as a team to ensure that you are moving through the line quickly. like other people here I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after terrible service my first time there. Second and third time have been no different, staff is rude/uncaring and i get rushed through my order every time. Also the food leaves alot to be desired, tacobell tastes far better and has a drive through. I would severely scrutinize the quality of the food here because if the staff doesn't care about the customer or maintening outward hygiene, the standard of cleanliness of their cooking equipment is probably just as bad. BEWARE COMING HERE!

GO TO CHIPOTLE DOWN THE STREET!!! SAVE YOURSELF. This was my first time ever going to moes and this will be my last. I was being rushed through my order and no one was behind me in line. I didnt even get to finish my order before they closed up the container. I asked for guac and instead got queso. The place did not look too clean but I was willing to eat it because I did pay for it. I didnt notice any of this until I got home. I TRIED eating it but couldnt. The rice was HARD and nothing had any flavor. I didnt eat it. This was one of the rare times i wanted a refund from a food establishment because I usually take the L I called 30 minutes after and was told that only the manager can refund me and he will be there at 11. I called the next day to make sure he was there at 6 and then the same employee said he works from 11-4 The employee didnt say until 4! Called the next day at the right time and was yelled at by the manager and told since the food is so bad to never come back again. Please spare yourself time and money and go get something else to eat

Have been there a few times over the last few months since moving to Newark. Overall the place is horrible, definitely the worst location I've been to which is a shame because I liked Moes. Some personal experience based on recent regular visits to this establishment: twice while paying, an older man behind the counter tried joking with me about how my credit card signature didn't look like me and continues with something to the effect of, he believes it's me though, because I wouldn't lie to him and something about lying is what you're supposed to do to your significant other etc. Really awkward both times that conversation happened. The staff is consistently rude or clearly not interested in customers. The atmosphere at night now is the worst. We stopped in last night which proved to be my final reminder not to return. They blasted R&B the whole time we dined in. I couldn't hear my husband from across the table and we hurried out because of the music. On other occasions I've witnessed employees come from the back clearly finishing eating something, chewing and wiping their face all the way to the counter and NOT wash their hands before preparing food, which is disgusting. Sure, they put on gloves but you still have to touch the gloves with your unwashed hands to put them on. Tables are usually dirty lately. I would be interested to know if health inspectors ever visit here. In my opinion they need a course in food handling and customer service. I don't recommend this location.

The girl takes about five minutes to go in the back to ask her manager, who never made an appearance by the way. Comes back saying no....terrible management, I saw 6 customers walk in and walk out because worthless managers could not come up with an alternative...I would reassess my employees if I owned this place.

This Moe's has gone downhill I'm sorry to say, even since the new management. The staff seems to need much more training than they are getting. When my daughter orders a "Moo Moo Mr Cow" (the name of their kid's burrito) they frequently have no idea what it is and actually ask us what it is. One time they even put it on the grill like it was a quesadilla. Sometimes the food is fine, other times it's definitely not. Hoping for a revival!

DO NOT GO TO THIS MOE’S!!! We came in to the Kirkwood Highway location in Wilmington, DE for “Moe Monday” as there is a discount for burrito’s on Monday's. As we stood in line to place our order, we overheard an old creepy manager giving a fellow customer a hard time about the special. Apparently, there is an app to download in order to get the discount. We regularly eat at many different Moe’s locations, and had never heard of this requirement before. We quickly downloaded the app. The girl helping us barely put any ingredients into our burrito! We kept having to ask for a little more of this or that as it was so skimpy. She then drops some of the veggies on the nasty counter, picks it up and throws it into my burrito. YUCK! She rolls the burrito up, and I am shocked at how tiny they are!! They looked like cigars! We have been coming to Moe’s for ages (other locations), and this was the smallest burrito we ever had! While waiting in line, we noticed that the staff looked really nervous, and the old creepy manager was being overbearing and hovering extremely close to the employees. At one point, the old creepy manager touched one of the female employees on the “lower back”, and she nervously and instinctively flinched! The old creepy manager was waiting for us at the register, and demanded to see if the app uploaded on our phone before applying the Moe’s Monday Discount! We show him our phone, and he looked displeased. The old creepy manager then throws our receipt on top of our tortilla chips and walks away. YUCK! On top of the poor service, small portions, and old creepy manager improperly touching the female help, the restaurant is stifling hot! It is a 90-degree day and the AC is not on. We overheard one employee say, “It is so hot in here I feel like I am going to pass out!”. This is by far the worst Moe’s we have ever been to! The kitchen, prep station, salsa bar, tables and bathroom were filthy dirty!!! I will NEVER step foot into this Moe’s again!!! Before visiting this Moe’s, I encourage you to read the reviews on Google about: the history of health concerns, the hidden cameras found in the ladies bathroom, and the old creepy manager sexually harassing the female employees! This Moe’s needs to be investigated by Moe’s Corporate Office’s, the health department, and by the police! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!

The food was good. Had a few 'unidentifiable' nuggets of 'meat' in my food. Ordered a side of Queso, got 13 chips and no queso. Had to go back and ask for it, and had to ask again for more chips (showed them the 13 chips they gave me) because I didn't get enough the first time. They gave me lots of crumbs. The staff seemed mostly professional, mostly. Probably won't go back any time soon.

Staff member used her bare hands to scrape cheese from one metal buffet tray into another. I was in shock mouth open watching her for two minutes. The man next to her asked what I wanted and I asked her to discard the cheese she was still holding with bare hands. She refused and tried to gas light me, saying she never touched it.... God knows I will never return to this place again. I have been here several times and each time the service I receive is that same. It is very obvious upper management does not care about the reviews because nothing has changed. I can't imagine where management went to find such a large group of trashy people. Nasty, they eat and serve customers, they talk on cell phones while serving customers, they hang on in front of the store in packs and use profanity as if they are at a bar. They close early everyday. Their attitude clearly displays they do not want to serve customers, they just want a pay check. Fire them all, hire some college students, grandma's or people with some class. So sad to know that so many people will be glad and proud to work for minimum wage;these trashy people do not appreciate employment .

I really hate complaining but friends and myself ordered from this Moes yesterday, Not only was the food disgusting which we all agreed. Our drinks were also missing. The cheese tasted old. The kid didn’t even like the taco from the kids menu, there was literally only steak, a few pieces and it was dry and hard. None of the sauces that we ordered came either. Big bag of chips one tiny gaucamole that I paid extra for. At the least we should’ve at least received our drinks, nope nothing. The dog ate my quesadilla then he threw up. This was the WORST Moe's I've ever been inside!!! Wow where do I begin?! From entry, my son and I weren't greeted, employees were talking (complaining) to each other which is very unprofessional! The dining room was diiiiirrrtttyyyy, the Coke variety drink machine had puddles of water in front of it - which is a slip hazard - there was one wet floor sign that wasn't visible until the customer was already standing in the water puddles. Customers were not being rung up because no one was running the register. I didn't eat there because I was afraid to! My son was super hungry and has a stronger stomach than me, so he ate there. He had eaten there several times before and tried to assure me its not normally like this. Omg, I didn't see a manager in sight, but someone really needs to get that location in order!! There were other customers that were dissatisfied with the service and lack of cleanliness.

FIRST IMPRESSION I ordered off the app and the staff NEED to pay ATTENTION to how the order is placed because things were made how they come when I specifically unselected certain items and added and payed for others my husband wanted double meat and there were literally 6 small chunks of steak in his bowl. For 1.99 more :/ also the cheese sauce was 3.49 and it was so SALTY we literally threw it in the garbage. We each took one bite and you could not eat it. Now the tacos Funkmeister we got with carnitas were DELICIOUS we just got meat beans cilantro and onion and the fried tortilla and let me tell.you it was almost like eating at a street vender in Mexico they were amazing. The Homewrecker burrito was meh...again ordered double meat and there wasn't double. It had great flavor meat had wonderful seasons all very fresh lettuce was not wilted. They gave us two huge bags full of chips but NO SALSA. For a first time visit impressed with the flavor and quality definitely will try it again just know now what to specifically ask for. We spent $36 and it would have totally been worth it had the order been made exactly how we asked. (Online app)

I was one of the first 50 visitors. I was told by the regional manager I was an "ambassador" for the franchise. I received a burrito card which I am now not allowed to use as described. When requested to bring friends and other people to the establishment I have been denied service by the local manager. I have asked to reconcile this at the local branch but I've had no results. Even with free burritos I will not return without hearing from a manager.

Food is Hot & Tasty, Wide Beverage Selection, Atmosphere is Bright, Fun & Inviting, Music is Upbeat, TVs are easy to see anywhere in the restaurant. The only 2 problems were, it was short staffed with only 2 people, one counter, one grill. So the wait is a little longer. And the tables were dirty and sticky. Probably because the staff didn't have time to take care of customers and clean the dining room. Get an energetic 3rd staff member per shift, and this place would be just about perfect.

Just to remind everyone, this was the place someone set up a covert camera in the women's restroom, according to the police, "for quite some time." How they clean the restroom and do not see a camera attached to a trash can is questionable. Probably one of the staff!

The management at this location is horrible. The man denied our coupons, though they were valid. One was expired, which I did not see until he pointed it out and treated me like I was a criminal. I came with my son before his piano lesson, we were in quite a rush and this man was rude and all around a terrible manager. I really appreciated the lady employee who was super sweet and understanding. She made it a little easier to purchase food there. I did almost walk out if it wasn't for her. We were going to eat there, but we decided to take our food and eat in the car instead. She made it all worth while. Unfortunately due to the managers rudeness I will not be returning to this moes. I do appreciate the young lady who helped us. I don't know how she works for such a terrible person. I wish I got her name. She was absolutely wonderful. I recommend never going to this moes. The new management is terrible.

Very inconsistent with pricing and quantity of food you will receive. I order a chicken joey with extra meat and I have to wait to say I want extra meat until after they put it on or else Ill get the same quantity as regular but have to pay the extra. Usually all depends on the person preparing your food. Food is decent quality for the price.

After having an issue with the website, I called the store and the employee I talked to was very professional and helpful. She had my food ready for pickup quickly and the staff was very polite when I went in.

First off, we were not greeted when walking into the door. Between that and the A/C not being on while it was 85° outside, we should have just walked out. While waiting in line we noticed that everything had to be restocked as the people ahead of us ordered. Brown rice, black and pinto beans, chicken, and steak. How do you not notice these things getting low? Once we finally had the chance to order the lady taking the order seemed to have an issue with being asked for a burrito at which time she decided to go over the goofy names on the menu. Whatever, that's the least of the problems. Now that our burritos were done a lady comes in behind us looking for her order that was said to be cancelled. This added another delay as the guy working the register left us there while he went to deal with that. After a couple minutes another employee comes to the register to cash us out at which time I ask for chips because our burritos where just placed directly onto the tray with the cup of queso. The first lady then comes over and fills one basket with chips and said this is both portions. Now to the salsa bar. Well, the mild salsa was empty. After asking minutes later that was restocked. Finally, we can eat. The food was good, but wasn't as enjoyable as it would have been if the a/c was on. Also, we ended up needing more chips, which we never do.

The new management at Moe's on Kirkwood Highway is awful. I used to eat at this place once a week, and now can't stand it. They used to give out plenty of food and meat, which was worth the money. Now it's hardly nothing for the same price. Save ur money and go somewhere else....Very Disappointing..

I've been going to this Moe's for about three years off and on. Each time I go in, it seems to be a little dirtier, a little poorer with the customer service. I don't even know the last time I heard the usual "Welcome to Moe's" greeting. Tonight, I went in and everything was OK until I got to the register. The guy checking me out had set several dirty grease catcher pans that were about to be clean right on the counter next to my food as I was cashing out. He mumbled the whole time he was ringing me up, but when he gave me my change back he said loud and clear, "You can always leave a tip." Screw this place. I'm done.

It's a Moe's; food is like any other Moe's you been to, and its pretty good. They must have a good maintenance program in place for the coke free style machine- not much of a soda drinker, but make an exception for this place; the regular coca-cola is top notch. Only issue is, and unsure if this is due to popularly/ high volume sales/online orders or management, but they place is always short staffed. So you'll wait a longer for your food.

The place left an item out of my online order, quoted a time that the order would be ready....had it ready nearly 30 minutes after the quoted time and when I called to let them know they left something out when I got home and let them know it was disappointing that I had to wait where in the restaurant its plastered with signs that say "avoid the line/wait and order online" I was told by the shift manager that they had "6 online orders to fill" I simply said then why did it say it would be done at 4:40. Just tell the customer it will be done later. Under-promise and over-deliver. Nope. That was not accepted as constructive feedback. I just got excuses. I won't ever go back. Not once.

There is a delicious array of foods offered here. One can construct a burrito or burrito bowl using chicken, pork, steak or tofu; black beans or pinto beans; Spanish rice or cilantro-lime white rice. Everything is fresh, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a good selection of drinks to choose from, including soft drinks as well as both craft and mainstream beers.

Cold food! Could be cleaner! Staff needs personality. Ask to get my cheese on the side for my nachos and and charged a $1.50. Ask if my nachos could be half ground beef and steak and I was told yes, but no one warned us it it would too dollars extras!! For what?? I didn't even get extra meat!! Not happy at all! Especially, cause the ground beef was nasty over seasoned mush!!! I will go to another location if I want Moe's!!!

I recently moved to northern DE. I am a BIG fan of moe's as are my children. I am however disgusted with this specific location. I have been in on a number of occasions & EVERY time I have been highly dissatisfied! Please make the effort to go to a different location. A few of my reasonings being: Food is stale/over cooked This is a family restaurant, I would expect family oriented and appropriate music- this particular time I visited I assume an employee was playing their personal "Pandora" station- 2000's r&b/hip hop/rap. Not what I am used to hearing at a place like this. The cleanliness of this location leaves much to be desired. Countertops near the salsa station and utensils were dirty and the trash was overflowing. Most of the staff is unfriendly, one incident was regarding my child's drink- in CT (where I'm from, moe's has juice box and milk options) I asked where the juice boxes/milk were and the man at the counter snootily told me I would find SOMETHING my child would like at the soda machine. I will also note that each time I have come- it has not been a busy time- so I cannot give them the benefit of the doubt for these things as "oh it was very busy- they'll get to it" they have plenty of people staffed and plenty not being done. I think this is my last time giving this location the benefit of the doubt & will be taking my business to other moe's location.. As I would advise you.

I went in last night around 815, they close at 9. The girl who made our food was just plain ignorant. She literally threw my burrito when it was done. We gave her the benifit of the doubt because she was pregnant. However the next person was just as rude. Then I got charged for the wrong item (same price so I didn't say anything) . This was probably the rudest set of people to ever come across. I understand it was close to closing but still at least have some customer service. I will not be back to this place nor will I ever recommend going to this location.

The manager at this location is SO RUDE. He told me that you can't order from the kids menu if you're over twelve. And then he told me I couldn't use the $2 off survey coupon because it made my bill too cheap. They have an attitude about using THEIR OWN coupons that they give you. The one in Avon is much better.

Ate here for the first time. The guy asked if I wanted a Joey or something else I can't remember. I didn't know what he meant, so he repeated himself with an annoyed attitude. I still didn't understand and he asked if I wanted guacamole, so I said no. Being my first time, I felt like I was a nuisance to this guy, so it was not a good first impression. The food was OK. I liked that every order comes with chips, and the salsa bar was nice. I got 3 different types and tried each out. Overall, the burrito wasn't as good as Chipotle. Not sure if I'll go back yet over similar places.

My first time eating here not a big fan of the food. I was probably better off going to qdoba for what I paid. They poorl put together my burrito and it was all over my bag. The lad yt? Who was making my food seemed irritated and was rushing me. The only thing I found good was the salsa . The cashier that rung me up however was awesome and provided excellent customer service.

Honestly, going through the last couple of reviews, people are complaining about the management staff here; I had no issues whatsoever. I walked in, was greeted with a nice-loud "WELCOME TO MOE'S!!!", they took my order quick and the food was fresh. I presented a coupon for a free queso cup and there was no issues with that, quick and easy! I do love the fact that MOE'S offers a reward program, that's how places get me coming back haha! The nachos were nice and crunchy. The bowl I had ordered was delicious!!! The beans, the cilantro rice, chicken, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and hot sauce all mixed in together makes such a good bowl. They also have the new fancy Coca-Cola machine that lets you mix all types of drinks together, so cool !!! Now the reason for the 4-stars are because it was pretty chilly in here today, even with it being 35 degrees outside, you would think they'd have the heater on. I guess it's because behind the counter where the kitchen is, it does get pretty hot back there so that's understandable. Thank you MOE'S!!!
