Food was great. Very tasty and fresh. I had the zucchini grillini and my husband and I shared the black bean taco salad. Our diet is about 90% vegan so we did end up having some cheese and sour cream in our salad, but it wasn't overloaded. The sweet tea is very sweet so I did half n half of sweetened and unsweetened. You get a free soft serve ice cream cone, if you wish, for dessert. They have vegetarian, gluten free, and organic options. The prices are reasonable. You'd probably spend the same amount for a greasy cheeseburger and fries. The place was reasonably clean. The bus boys were attentive in cleaning tables up after guests left and even came and picked up our dishes when we were still there. I would recommend and will most likely go there again.

Food is always good here, we agree. Spaghetti, southwestern potato, Reuben sandwich etc all good. Free machine ice cream. Service is great. It's assembly line. Update: I now have food allergies and Jason's deli staff was very sensitive and helpful, including management. They took care with my order and I appreciated that because you don't get that kind of service everywhere when you have food allergies.

This place is great for whenever I’m feeling a little leafy, or maybe on the more natural side you might say. The bar here is great if you love salads, and the cream is good as well, (and free) if you like ice. A pretty nice place, worth a Jon score of 87 pennies, out of a buckle.

Wonderful sandwiches, good variety on the salad bar, completely evil cookies and that fruit and fruit dip. Lunches are average priced for healthier fare. There are calorie counts on the menu. Free ice cream cones. What's not to like? The company makes an effort to use paper, not styrofoam or plastic as much as possible. I like it better than Panera.

The food was pretty good but seemed a little better last time we ate there a few months ago. They seem to be getting cheaper with the service. Instead of getting the number card to put on the table like the 2 elderly ladies in line ahead of us got, we were handed some sort of electronic device with no explanation. We guessed it was for the server to find us when the food was ready, but eventually figured out there were no more servers when the device started buzzing & blinking and no one showed up. I got our food and left the thing buzzing and blinking at the counter since no one was there. No pickle with our sandwich anymore. 1 Coke dispenser was only water, the other one was super fizzy but tasted flat. Sad quality for a $2 fountain drink. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom would only give about 4" of paper at the time, so I had to keep waving my wet hand under it to eventually get enough to dry my hands. It's sad to see a formerly excellent restaurant start slipping with the quality of food and service.

Food was fair. I had chicken pot pie soup which seemed bland and half a ham and cheese po boy. Meat thrown in over cooked poboy bun and cheese on top. I went to Coffee Call on Thursday and everything was great. Soup and sandwich was good and presentable. Jason' s Deli could improve with so many employees on the clock at once, take your time and do it right...

A little pricey, but the salad bar alone is so worth it! I got full on one trip to the salad bar, before I even got my sandwich. Love that they give you ruffle chips with the sandwich. Servers were very nice, although their soda machine was outta order and gave us dusty, overpriced, canned sodas. Other than that, I'd probably come back to try the soup and hopefully the drink machine is working.

Most of my party ordered the salad bar, and I'm telling you that you can eat to your heart's content-- fresh vegetables and potato salad and raisins and many toppings, including dessert. In the past I have ordered their big potatoes that have various kinds of toppings. When I say big potatoes, I mean big potatoes!! They have many different kinds of soups as well. I love this place. It's one of my go-to's when I come from Taos to Albuquerque.

I love Jason's Deli! Friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The food's good too! I had the Manager's Special, 1/2 of a southwestern turkey sandwich with a cup of chicken chili. The bread for my sandwich was amazing, extremely fresh, and was perfectly toasted. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my soup was cold, but otherwise I was extremely happy! (I'm sure they would've made the soup right for me if I had asked, but I was in a hurry). Definitely recommend!

Love love love Jason's deli! Not only is there a wide selection of menu items including a salad bar but the prices are very reasonable considering the amount of food you get and the fact that a lot of what they have had gluten free options, organic, no msg, no dyes, etc. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful. The place is also very clean including the food prep/storage areas (I worked in restaurants half my life so I know when they're clean and when they're just trying to appear clean). And don't forget the free soft serve ice cream for everyone!

I ordered a couple sandwiches to go and they were disgusting. the bread was hard and stale and the chicken was so dry I couldn't even chew it. I also ordered guacamole on the side and it was completely brown and disgusting and had avocado peels in it. it had no flavor and tasted like they had made it 2 weeks ago. I will NOT be going back here EVER again.

My FAVE sandwich place in OKC!!! The California Club!!! And their fruit dip is THE BEST, their signature item. They won't tell you the recipe but it's fairly easy to tell what's in it. Try the chocolate mousse at the salad bar!

I met my son to have a late lunch @Jason's Deli a couple of days ago. I got in line to select the salad bar.The line moved quickly. The variety availabile was plentiful, was all you can eat and had the usual salad bar fare, but also had some creative choices that resulted in a delicious satisfying meal. And the free ice cream afterwards was a great way to top it off. The price was around $12.00 with the milk I ordered.

Was very disappointed with our last visit. Over the last few times we visited the quality wasn't very good. We gave them another try and have decided that we won't go back. The chicken salad croissant sandwich was completely tasteless and dry. The salad bar vegetables look liked they had been refrigerated for to long and were limp. The drink station was absolutely disgusting. The ice tea area was so gross that the drains appeared slimy looking and had an oder that smelled old and dirty. Just flat out gross.

I'm normally a huge fan of Jason's Deli, however, when I visited this location, the staff was not up to par and the sandwich I ordered (the same sandwich I always get, the New York Yankee) was not made correctly. I was extremely disappointed and will probably not return to this location because of that, which is a bummer because it's close to my home. Go to Zuma's instead... Way better menu and food, AND staff!

Eating at Jason's Deli is always a good experience for me and my family. We really enjoy the various salads and soups. They have a fairly large selection of sandwiches and their plates are a descent option. We highly recommend it as an alternative to fast food.

EXCELLENT! Been dining here for well over 10 years. The food, service, staff have always been excellent. The food is out of the ordinary GOOD and tasty. Never get bored with their wide selection. The quality and taste of the food is wonderful. The friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency of the staff is way above average. The speed at which your order is delivered is as fast as the "fast food" establishments, but the food quality and taste is that of a good "sit down" resturants. The salid bar is the best I've ever experienced. The free ice cream with every meal is a real treat. The dining area is always kept clean and uncluttered. Love this place.

I was very disappointed in the customer service. The cashier was nice but there was this other guy that called out my order and when I repeatedly told him it was my order he was very impolite and responded in a negative manner. I won't go into much details but he made it known that he wasn't talkin to me but "the employee" it was the way he said it that left me feeling upset and humiliated. It was just a simple misunderstanding so I don't understand why he had to be unprofessional and impolite about it. I don't care how good the food is if the service is poor and if I am treated poorly then I will stop coming! He should really get some coaching on how to interact with a customer or maybe improve his customer service skills. I only give you 4 stars because I know the owner.

I got the meatball sub and my wife got the salad bar. Whenever she craves salad Jason's is the place to go. Don't even get me started on the mini gingerbread muffins on their salad bar. I could eat them alone and get more than my money's worth. And with free soft serve ice cream for dessert, how can you go wrong? Husband saw the reviews so we had to go in to try the food. My husband got the chicken salad and it was delicious. I ordered “the Rachel” sandwich on a toasted croissant. It was filled with pastrami and Turkey. The cole slaw in the sandwich was great. I loved the sandwich (gave half to hubby). Jason’s Deli is our go-to place for sandwiches now.

I almost always go here for the salad bar. It is comprehensive and kept well stocked. There is always about 5 or 6 dressings as well as toppings like dried fruit, seeds & croutons as well as mini corn muffins and gingerbread. There are multiple combination salads including pasta and veggies. I like the multicolored bell pepper strips and the baby beets. On occasion I have ordered soup or an overstuffed sandwich, usually taking part of the sandwich home to finish later. And the complimentary soft serve vanilla & chocolate ice cream is always a nice note to end a meal.

They are known for their sandwiches, and for a good reason! They have some of the best sandwiches in town. I got the New York Yankee, and honestly ate it over 3 days, and that was with my girlfriend eating part as well... lots of meat!!! I originally found Jason's Deli in Las Vegas, NV and this one seems a bit smaller but the quality is still there. The salad bar is also a good deal if you are eating in.

Very dirty inside. Plates at the salad bar were filthy as if someone dumped the contents of their plates there. It was hard to find somewhere to sit because of all the plates and trays left on the tables. Ice fully melted in the cups left. If the tables had no dining ware they had remnants of food from previous guests. I ordered the salad bar, and I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I tried about everything and I just couldn't find something I could finish. Except the mixed greens but that's hard to mess up. The bacon looked old and congealed. Just not satisfied. I'm giving this three stars because my wife got a sandwich and she loved it.

They offer a great variety- I love that they have healthier options (not always easy to find in south Louisiana!) that are so yummy. Nice atmosphere and a friendly staff. Grabbing a bowl of soup and half a speciality sandwich for bite to eat here is a great bargain! Especially when the half sandwich is well made and overstuffed to begin with. If soup isn't your thing there's always a trip to the salad bar which has a respectable selection. Free soft serve frozen yogurt will put the meal "over the top".

We stopped to try it out. 2 sandwiches and side salad over $29.00. Numerous tables were dirty with plates and food for 45 minutes without being cleaned at all but only maybe 8 customers in the place and no incoming customers during that time. Our food was bad. The BLT was served with a runny egg on it, the chicken salad was blended so the sweetened pineapple gave it an almost ambrosia flavor. We will not go back.

First and last. BLT sandwich more like immitation bacon bit sandwich. The Deli Cowboy had thin fatty beef slices more akin to shredded marbeled beef than sliced beef. Bread on both was not fresh or tasty. Pickles were room tempature, soft, and mushy as opposed to a more favorable cold and crispy. Having only eaten on multiple occasions at several Dallas Tx metroplex area locations prior to this obviously gave me higher expectations than what one should expect to be served in Okc.

Had the French Dip Sandwich, and the Strawberry Shortcake. First off, the French Dip is delicious except for the soggy bread on the bottom. I have eaten at several Jason's Deli's, and it happens at every one. I would suggest draining the meat more, or toasting the bread slightly 1st. Very good tasting though. Secondly, the shortcake, it is very good. The plate is too small, so pieces fall onto the table. I would suggest a bowl, or a larger plate.

Even though a lady spoke up about finding an eye lash in one of the dressings... the place looked very clean, and the salad bar was beautifully fresh. I tried the salmon with avocado sandwich. Wasn't a fan. It was really bland and the avocado spread made the taste and texture of the sandwich funny. I'd suggest they try putting pesto instead of the avocado.

This is one of our go to restaurants on Friday nights. They have good quality sandwiches and one of my favorites is the California club. I also love their plain Jane potato. It's huge so you can share this or eat on your own if you're super hungry. I think they put two potatoes together with butter, cheese, sour cream and chives. My kids love their pasta options. When you're feeling healthy they also have an all you can eat salad bar that is loaded with fresh ingredients. For dessert you can get self serve ice cream cone for free or make a root beer float if you purchased a cup for soda.

I’m only rating this a 3 because while the staff didn’t seem to care they are very nice to the customers. I was in the lobby for over half an hour, there are still dishes sitting on the table. I was hoping the experience would be better than my first but I was disappointed. Once again there was no tea brewed and it took awhile for our food to come out. I am a manager at a restaurant myself and I would definitely be making sure that my store is clean and presentable, even when it isn’t rush hours (which is the perfect opportunity to recover from the last rush). I would’ve given 2 stars, but the food was good. I feel that the staff just need more direction and motivation to be as good as the food is.

They are so wonderful here, especially with large families! Lots of restaurants aren't pleased to see 5 kids and two adults come in. Jason's always goes above and beyond to make our kids happy, providing extras for our kids and of course balloons and ice cream help too! The food was excellent- even the kiddie mac n' cheese.

The soups and sandwiches are good but on my last visit (only the second visit) we were treated poorly as were the few other customers in waiting. My group walked out as did most of the other people waiting to be acknowledged. Without going into too much detail the staff seemed as if they didn't care or were ill prepared for any business at all. It was a shame.

This place has a little something for just about everybody. On this trip, my wife got soup and a salad bar, while I got a beef sandwich with a bowl of chili. My kids are not huge fans of sandwiches, so they were able to get pizzas and some fruit. At the end, the kids can get a little cup of ice cream, which is included and is a nice treat. The staff is always friendly, and the food is great!

Gave it one more chance... They failed. The last couple of times we visited, we went early on a SAT evening (@4pm). Each time there were maybe 5 customers in the entire place, but every empty table was full of trash. The place hadn't been bussed for hours, yet several employees were just gabbing behind the counter. We had to ask them to buss a table just so we could sit. The salad bar had gone downhill and the plates/cutlery we're dirty. We reached out to corporate. They requested my ph#(which I provided) and they said they'd be in touch. Never heard from them. We waited a few months and decided to give it one more try. Nothing changed. We walked in @415pm, very few customers but almost every table was dirty and not bussed. We waited a few minutes at the order counter, and despite several employees standing around, nobody greeted us or tried to help. So we used the self order kiosk and settled for the all you can eat salad bar. Every player they have me had dried food on it I had to remove. The cutlery was dirty. The food was "alright" at best, but not worth the filth/possible illnesses that could arise from lack of proper bussing/cleaning. We are not going back. They lost long time customers.

I love that I can pop in here for a quick lunch, but know that it's way healthier then a fast food drive through for really about the same prices. Everything I have tried on the menu is great. They allow you to customize the items to your dietary needs. They are always so great about bringing your food out and making sure you have everything you need. Plus, who loves a little free ice cream at the end?? I can enjoy coming here for a meal even with the kids.
