If you like awesome burgers that you can build yourself, awesome fries, at a price that is comparable to Burger King... yes, better than "Gourmet" burger for about the price of a whopper... than look no harder... besides there served in hub caps! Ok more like big cake tins or something. Have fun!

Food is good. Mainly burgers and two kinds of salad. I had a grilled chicken salad with apples, dried cranberries and blue cheese. You get a choice of dressings. My friend had a cheeseburger cooked to order with spicy steak fries and chose grilled peppers and onions. She said it was good. Portions are generous. All is serve yourself, including a topping bar for veggies, pickles, tomatoes, etc. We didn't have them but their milkshakes looked wonderful. Reasonably priced too. Didn't care for their decor. Cavernous room with random sparce motorcycle parts on the walls. Definitely a family place. But no ambiance.

Food is always fantastic everytime I go to fuddruckers Service is always nice and friendly. My only complaint is, I wish they exotic meats were year around Elk and buffalo burgers are the best meats you can eat. I end up trying the juicy burger and it was thick and juicy as they state. The flavor and seasonings are on point. I definitely recommend everyone trying fuddruckers at least once.

This is not one star review this is negative five star review. We were 10 people and ordered a varieties of chicken and hamburger sandwiches. Everyone of us felt sick after eating. The quality of food was the worst. To add the manager there was horrible to say the least. He took our order and was very rude. I will never want to go there again.

I've been to this location a handful of times over the years. Service is good and staff is friendly. I seem to always order my burger wrong, and not a fan of the big thick french fries. They do have some thinner, crispier sweet potato fries. They have one of the soda machines that allows you to mix all sorts of combinations, and I love that.

The food is always great. That's the good. Now the not so good. We always order online for pickup. They never get the drinks unless I ask for them and 3/4 times I have to open the email receipt on my phone to prove I ordered drinks because despite every burger having fries, they don't believe I ordered drinks. They have also gotten stingy. Ranch used to come in a decent size container and you could get them for the asking. Now you to have to beg for a 1 inch diamter container. Paid almost $5 tonight for a pathetic order of onion rings. Come on guys. The food does taste great, but clearly jerks in management creating a culture of giving the customer as little as possible. Despite the good food, I always finish the meal feeling shorted and a little screwed. It's really a shame, but it explains why so many Fudds are struggling.

All the burgers taste bland. Even the specialty meats ones taste just like a normal hamburger. The cheese sauces are now watered down to the point where they have no flavor. You'd be better off going and getting fast food.

Was so excited to find a Fuddruckers near my place. I've seldom been more disappointed in a meal. Paying separately, my friend ordered and paid RIGHT after me; but didn't get her food until 15 minutes after I got mine. My burger and the bacon on it were cold. The cashier didn't hand us my son's shake, which was ready while I was still at the register, but the cashier didn't tell us. Ten minutes later, they just handed me the shake that had been sitting out for ten minutes. My older son's order was COMPLETELY screwed up. He ordered a Hangover and got a small cheeseburger. Overall only my youngest and I, out of a party of four, are the only ones who got to eat together. There were only three other groups when we got there.

This is still a great place to get a burger. For about the same price as you would spend at a fast food burger chain, you can have a freshly prepared burger with your own choice of toppings. The potato fries are more like potato wedges and they have cheddar and jalapeno cheese sauce available for dipping. The decor is a bit dated but they have some newer arcade machines for the kids to throw some quarters at.

Their burgers and fries along with the cheese sauce are delicious. Sadly the menu keeps changing and the quality and presentabilty of the food are no good. My bun was cut so poorly, it was paper thin on one side and 2inches thick on the other. The bun looked like it was cut blindfolded while thrown in the air and then sliced with a butter knife. Kids chicken tenders came out as what looked like a thigh, was just a mass collection of crappy little chicken pieces stuck together. So sad cause this is the closest to us and it's not close. Not worth the drive anymore.

Fresh never frozen burgers. The customer service is awesome and personable. The restaurant was well kept even during peak hours. Got the "kobe" burger and doubt it was really kobe. To add fries and a drink it's $4.99, which is outrageous. I spent $18 for my meal and there are so many better options for the money out there.

Great place for a fresh burger. If your not ready to pay 4.99 for fries and a drink then buyer beware. The average burger combo with a shake will cost you $15.00 plus. The price for what you pay is above average but you will get a mouth full.

I love the coupons you get when signing up for their email group. Worth it for me and my family. The young lady who took our order was very nice either 'Manuela' or 'Kayla' I cant remember the name. But she is very sweet, humble and attentive. Everytime we come here we never have an issue, it's clean, great food and good service. Thank you! I just wish there was more locations.

If You can't leave Fuddruckers happy then it's on you. I have the chicken sandwich and it was really nice. I added everything they offer and enjoyed the fries. The soft drinks were off the chain. I had a Zero Calorie Orange Sprint, and it was truly delightful. Highly recommend Fuddruckers for the entire family.

Good burger as always but the fries were a little soggy. My preference is crispy fries is crispy outside and soft inside. Not soggy and limp. The burgers are great everytime per my medium rare preference. Love how they allow you to choose your veggies and sauces for your burger.

Had a BOGO. Place was clean. Service was good and as always the burger was great. Love the toppings bar. Being able to add only the toppings you want only elevates the food. They are no more expensive than other chains. Most burger chains now are 10 dollars plus for a quality hamburger. I will continue to be a patron here.

It is a shame that the Tucson location is no longer because the food is exceptional! This location was extremely clean, quite quick with turning out orders, and the staff were polite and presentable. If I end up in the area again I'll definitely stop by for another TexMex burger.

The Fuddruckers restaurant has been in place for the past ten years. It is spacious and connected to a big outdoor space as well. Service was efficient and no big waiting lines could be seen or experienced in spite of the crowd. My cheese burger was fine but not so different from all the other ones I have had before, however, they offer varieties of burgers. A spacious restaurant with fine burgers.

One word, KOBE. Get it, don't put a lot of junk on it, just savor it. It is my go to hamburger of choice. That being said, all the burger are very good and made to order, I ask for rare I get rare, not a well done hockey puck. The freestyle side machines are crazy, you can make any weird concoction you want, or just have a diet Coke. The place is great, they done one thing very well, they make some of the best burgers around.

Good burger place but it is has room to improve. It's more a 3.5 star right now. They used to have a sample of the burger patty sizes you can pick which was cool. The beef itself can get a bit more flavor and above all they need to be better at keeping the place clean. Most of the time they are behind in cleaning tables even when it's not crowded - carpets need to be mopped somehow during the day.

Good place for a fast, well cooked burger and fries with your own topping selections. This is one of the better Fudds. The burgers are cooked correctly to order and the toppings are fresh with plenty of stock. The restaurant is clean and their buslady whips by and picks up whatever lunch trash is on the table. Can also get in and out of here in under an hour for lunch. The only ding I’d give is that their coke machines frequently don’t work. One will give Fanta when you press Diet Coke or it doesn’t work at all. As a result, the other one runs out quickly.

This place is terrible I went there to pick up food ordered some burgers and some shakes told them no cherries or cool whip on the shakes because of allergies . I got my burgers which were cold and they never gave me the shakes, so I went back for the shakes the girl was very rude but made them. I was sitting there waiting and she said are you gonna come get your shakes or what. I went to get them and they had cool whip and cherries on top I told her I said they should have no cool whip or cherries because of allergies so she proceeded to scrape the cool whip and the cherries off with a spoon and handed it to me very rudely Like I was the one inconveniencing her for getting the order wrong. Now I know if I'm in its that business I would be making sure people with allergies don't get the items that they are allergic to because it could cause their throat to close up, no breathing, possibly death even. This employee and the others around it seemed like it was no a big deal. I think this is completely terrible this happened a little while ago I had contacted them several times I have not heard back from the company yet and I'm reviewing again because of this.

Fuddruckers is my favorite restaurant for 20 years, but this one is a RIP-OFF. I ordered a burger and a separate order of a basket of fries, for which I paid $13 -- I and I got their combo meal instead (small fries). I explained this to the girl behind the counter, who said "that's a basket, it's just not in a separate basket." No, it was a combo meal like every other burger+small fries combo they try to sell you when you order -- except I didn't pay for a combo meal, I paid extra for a large fries that I didn't get, and the girl couldn't care less.

Love this place since I was a kid. Used to have one near me (Scottsdale & Indian School Rd). Now when I’m in the area of this one I always stop in. Burgers are always fresh and delicious. Fries are seasoned just the way I like them. They don’t offer the 1 lb. burger anymore but the 2/3 lb. is close enough. I’ll be back for years to come. Just please don’t close!

This place is always good and since there are only a few locations left in Arizona, this is a most have when I am in the East valley. Bacon cheddar burgers are my personal favorite but the chili fries, onion rings, shakes are all good. Fix it up just the way you like it with the large selection of toppings. Try the one pound burger challenge if your are really hungry.
