Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious, the servers are great and they welcome you with a smile and are very very friendly. You may have to wait to sit if specially if you are with a large group but it is definitely worth the wait.

Can't go wrong eating here. I usually get the same thing, but ventured out and got the crepe special, peach with mascarpone, cottage, and cream cheese. I was able to bypass their delicious berry bread pudding this time. I was not disappointed. It closes after lunch.

Food was mediocre. Got the ruben sandwich and the bottom bread was soggy and there was very minimal sauerkraut and thousand island dressing so the only way that it could have become that saturated was from the meat. Also had a chicken dumpling soup and the chicken was dry which was odd for being in a soup. The server was on top of customer service.

I went here with my Mother for breakfast the other morning and it was packed!! That being said we waited less than 5 min for a table, our server was friendly, and our food came out hot!. Even my pancakes, that at any other restaurant I've been to are only warm at best, were hot like they had come straight from the grill to my plate. I was extremely impressed and this will definitely be my go to restaurant for breakfast. Can't wait to see what they have to offer for lunches and dinners!!

Food was good, not great. Bathrooms are 2 star. Decor is 90's and really needs to be redone. A lot of the paint is mismatched, the window coverings are old, faded and falling apart. Coffee was ok. Not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews, it's not that kind of place at all.

Always get the pork carnitas skillet. Like once a month for the last 3 years. Always great, never disappoints. Once my husband was tempted to try a special and it was really good too. Our 3 year old gets the French toast which I've had a bite is good too. But highly recommend the pork carnitas skillet, always excellent.

I'm done with crackers. The food is okay nothing to scream about. We went for breakfast weighted are normal 20 minutes, no big deal. And when we were to be seated we were taken to a seat right at the kitchen door that continues to swing and bang open endlessly. I told the manager I didn't want to sit there and she told me that we would have to be moved way to the bottom of the list and start over the entire wait because it's only fair. Fair to who we were already in front of anybody that walked in the door after us. I asked her politely what the logic was behind this decision. And all she wanted to do was argue with me. So we're done. Anybody from crackers don't bother responding to me. Once I'm treated poorly like this by the manager that happens to be the end of the relationship.

Crackers has been a favorite of mine since they opened this location. It had been recommended to me about a year before they opened. Pretty much everything on the breakfast menu is delicious, and their seasonal specials are phenomenal. The coffee isn't bad and the service is almost always "on point". Guaranteed not to disappoint.

A breakfast and lunch place. My wife and I had breakfast there. In my opinion, they are trying to be an up scale breakfast and lunch place, but not succeeding. It tasted like, by over seasoning, you add more flavor. This not the case here. Breakfast is basic food. The food you order should taste like the food you ordered. Elevating the flavor doen't mean adding extra spices, but in technique in cooking. Spices are used to complement the food, not over power it. Other than that, the service was good and accommodating. Will my wife and I ever go back? Most likely not.

The food was honestly pretty underwhelming. Good service and good portions, though. We got the giant cinnamon roll, which was dry and probably frozen or microwaved. I got the carnitas omelet, which wasn't warm and just a glob of cheese- plus the green chilies completely took over the flavor and the tortilla they served was stale. The potatoes were pretty good, and probably the best thing we got. There's so many nice brunch places around, honestly pick one of those instead, unless you have visiting grandparents who just want basic bland diner food.

Long line at the door on a Sunday as expected, had spots open at the bar so we skipped the line. Bartender took a little while to greet us and get our drink orders but again they were busy. Once our orders were placed we got our drinks and food fairly quickly. I do not recommend their bloody Mary's, a bit too much spices that sink to the bottom of the glass but other that the spices the flavor just isn't quite up to par. The Vatican breakfast skillet was delicious though, hearty serving as well. Overall a good spot for brunch.

The french toast was sucrumptious. The yogurt parfait I had with blueberries and strawberries, the berries tasted very fresh. I wished that there had been more granola. The creme on top was yummy. Im going to try something different next time I go.

I've eaten here several times and usually find the food more than satisfactory. Today was different, however, and I feel the need to write about it. An item on the specials menu, a "spicy beer cheeseburger" caught my eye. What came out of the kitchen was a small hamburger, not at all spicy with what tasted like cheap nacho cheese sauce and a few of the advertised ingredients missing, or at least undetectable. Not what I expected for $13. I told the server, she informed the kitchen, no real reparations were made. It only takes one bad meal to sour me on a place, and this was one of those times.

I was most impressed by our waitress Christine! She was outstanding, on top of everything and really an overall an asset to this restaurant. I had a tuna sandwich and spinach artichoke soup. Ron had the meat lovers omelet which was huge! Soup was extremely thick and bland. Tuna sandwich was fine. But wait! Christine made the food taste a lot better than what it really was, so here is a five star rating because of outstanding service.

Breakfast was unbelievable. I had the huevos rancheros pork carnitas and my friend had the pork carnitas skillet. Typically he uses hot sauce with pretty much everything, but he decided that the flavors were way too good to add anything extra. Both meals were absolutely delicious, well seasoned, and fresh. Service was friendly and fast and we had everything we needed. Must go if you are in the Tempe area

Love this place What more can I say about this place. It's amazing, family oriented, friendly and the food choices are unlimited. This is for sure our favorite spot in the east valley. The server's are always helpful with suggestions and recommendations to try something new. Possibilities of breakfast choices lunch menus brunch menus they open up at 7 a.m. and I believe the summer hours are until 2 p.m. so you have to make sure you get out here and partake in this wonderful establishment. It will not let you down at all.

What a pleasant surprise! This restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. They are only open until 2 p.m. I had biscuits and gravy with chicken fried steak, eggs and home fries. The steak was nicely crisp and the sausage gravy was the best I've had since being in Arizona. I ordered eggs over medium and they were perfectly cooked. Our server was attentive and the price was reasonable. A big plus, the coffee was delicious and they had flavored creamer. The menu had many options to choose from and I can't wait to go back again!

with a 4.4 star review on google, we were so excited to come here and try their food. what a disappointment !! the pancakes lacked flavor. the omelette was brown from the over cooking of the eggs. the tuna sandwich didn’t come the way it was ordered. we specifically said no vegetables, add bacon (yes try it it’s delicious) and well it came with vegetables but no bacon. then she brought me a plate of bacon and it was SOAKED in grease. the tuna was burned from being cooked on the grill and lacked flavor. super small sandwich as well. the fries were good tho but that was it. our cups came filthy to the table and they’re not using a softener or filter on their water. tasted straight from the tap. the soda was completely flat. i have no idea where these 4-5 star reviews are coming from, but this place doesn’t deserve it. dirty tables. dim lighting. super disappointing all around.

I decided to try Crackers and have to say that this was my first and last visit. The food was cold, dry and not appealing and tasted bland. The restaurant smelled like it had not been cleaned and the AC apparently was not on this morning. The Service was not anything Special. They serve coffee out of teacups and charge $2.49. Definitely not worth the visit.

You know it hurts me to even write this review but here it goes. My husband, daughter, and I just left the restaurant after ordering their delicious waffles. My family also eats here on a regular basis. We pay our check, tip 15-20 percent every time. Today I felt oddly profiled. The owner, manager, whoever and the hostess made me feel unwelcomed as we were leaving as if they thought we were leaving without paying our check. Apparently, if we would’ve walked in wearing suits or was causasion, I feel like this would not have happened. All I have to say is, trust your gut. Delicious food, but I don’t want to be leaving the restaurant feeling sick to my stomach due to feeling unwelcomed.

It is my birthday today and this was an awful place to choose for breakfast. 1. Our server was AWFUL!!!! We asked for straws and he threw the straws on the table, only checked up on us once, when we asked for the check, he had a severe attitude, when handing him our card and bill the server snatched it out of my hand. When he gave it back to us, he slammed it on the table and didn’t even say have a good day or anything. Dropped and left. Zero tip for him. I’ve never felt so disrespected by this horrid service. After asking for a manager, she said she would mention it to him and asked if we wanted drinks.......... 2. The food was very bland and basic for what is being charged. Also, since when is it okay to serve burnt toast? Just avoid this place.

We were immediately greeted by the hostess with a big smile and a “Good Morning “ (actually there were two hostesses both very very sweet and accommodating. You cannot find incredible food in generous portions & great service for these kind of prices anywhere else! My boyfriend and I stopped in for some breakfast while waiting for our tire to be patched across the street at Discount Tire. From the outside it just looked like a big breakfast place like Mimi’s Cafe or US Egg, inside it felt like dinner at a nice Italian restaurant! Very interesting, in a positive way. It was busy so there was a little bit of a wait but our server was very friendly (I can’t remember her name, sorry! We sat on the left side of the restaurant in the very far corner) and she was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and made a very honest recommendation about how to order our food so we could get what we wanted without getting too much! Very appreciated. The food is absolutely incredible, he ordered the huevos rancheros and let me eat off his plate because he wanted me to share in the goodness (he’s so sweet)! And the cinnamon swirl French toast is so fkn good it should be illegal! Light and fluffy and custardy with a thin, buttery sugar crunch around the edges. It gets a heaping scoop of cinnamon butter which honestly isn’t even needed! But it makes it decadent. Best French toast EVER—Definitely coming back to this place, highly recommended!
