The location was super noisy and busy for Sunday morning. This is okay considering it is indeed Sunday, however it did seem like they hadn't quite staffed appropriately for what I would think was a commonly busy day. The drink station was not well kept, it nearly soiled my to-go bag, which would have been bad as I was picking up an order for delivery. my total wait time from starting the queue to check out was over 15 minutes. Seems a little silly considering all I got was a bagel with soda. Hopefully this was just a Sunday deal... But considering the awkward location, the somewhat untidy space, the crammed queue area, and hurried prep, I'm going to say it was adequate but not great.

Slow service during the times I was there from 12:45-1:30pm They also don’t brew fresh coffee when it’s finished. The bagels are still awesome, though. I just wish the service was better, this makes me not want to come to this Bruegger’s.

On Christmas Eve, my friend and I traveled to this Brueggers. The hours posted on the front door indicated that the store would close at 3 pm and it was 1 pm and the doors were locked and a man inside was laughing and making eye contact with us but did nothing to imply they weren’t going to let us in or a reason why. Meanwhile there was someone else sitting in the dining room on his laptop (maybe a guest??). Just confused as to why the store strayed from the hours handwritten on the door.

This is hands down my favorite location, I used to stop in every single day. These guys and girls really know how to make a mean Herby Turkey... They never skimp on the cream cheese and every sandwich has great topping distribution. The coffee is always fresh and never burnt. The staff are always friendly. I love coming here and I would do so more often if I could.

They literally can never get our order right. Herby turkey no lettuce add Munster, whole sandwich toasted and they can't manage to ever, EVER get it right even if we're correcting them while they make it. We get the exact same thing except on two different bagels. This place doesn't listen to the customer they just talk to one another the whole time basically. Not communicating orders properly and I've spent most of my work life in restaurants. Come the hell on guys.

Ordered lunch sandwich with hummus; checked twice that they heard me. No hummus. Asked for the soup on the menu, told no more soup. Asked about the breads on their menu, told no more bread. Decided to give them another shot, did a breakfast bagel, asked for sriacha sauce on it. They verified they heard, and of course it was made without it. Cashier was mildly apologetic, mostly blamed their recent acquisition by Einstein Bros as why half the menu was no longer offered. Won't be going back anytime soon.

[see edit below] It's a wild ride. Sometimes you get an adequate amount of cream cheese; sometimes you wish you hadn't bothered. It depends on who's working. There's a cashier clearly down the autism spectrum. I don't mind any of these potential setbacks, because it has encouraged me to learn to make my own bagels at home. [edit, 2 weeks after] They seem to have corrected these longstanding issues. I have zero complaints now. Well done, Bruegger's. 5th star awarded upon consistency over time.

I love Brueggers and was so excited to eat here until our experience Sunday. I wanted a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese and salmon on top, instead since they were out of plain bagels (?) I ordered a sun-dried tomato bagel instead, but they gave me a salmon bagel, which is just plain cream cheese and I cannot stand capers that was included on it, but that wasnt even the worst part, before chomping into it, i found a dead FLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never eat here again. Sorry, one fly does it for me along with not getting what I ordered.

If you’re looking for mediocre bagels and a 20 minute wait (always), this is the place for you. The parking lot is always a cluster, the employees often times argue/fight, and disorganization behind the counter is their specialty. Unfortunately, for bagels, Omaha has limited options, and Brueggers know it.

All of the employees here look like they're on the verge of self harm. It's really no wonder: the other customers in line were treating them like trash! I couldn't believe the amount of demands and special requests were being made by the business casual outfitted patrons. It made me sad just to watch, and brought back painful memories of working at Caribou Coffee. Seriously, these people are making your food. Treat them with some common courtesy!

The "Pastrami and Everything" bagel sandwich was awesome and so was the "Turkey Chipotle". Add some good OJ on top of that and you have a great breakfast. We were lucky to get here on a Sunday morning when there was no line so the wait was okay. Make sure you bring enough time if the place is crowded.

Walked in yesterday and it looked like the place had gone downhill. Glanced around for the health rating and it was nowhere to be found. Luckily you can look up Wake County health inspection scores online. Theirs was an 88. I walked to the counter and asked the girl if they weren't supposed to display their health score. She turned around and said, "Yeah it's right... here...." I told her "It's an 88," and left. Visit another location, but I'm not willing to eat at a restaurant where the staff doesn't wash their hands and the food is above temp.

Not all Brugger's franchises are good, but, this is one of the good ones. (The one they used to have in West Des Moines was slightly better.) I visit it when I visit my kids. I was born in Manhattan and also lived in NJ, Bronx, and Brooklyn. The closest I can get where I live now is Panera, but it's not a real bagel. I order bagels by mail from NY, Boston or Toronto. They're not as fresh but at least they're bagels. Too bad Brugger's doesn't ship.

Went here today on 10/11 an middle aged man helped me who clearly did not want to be there. It only took 1minute for him to throw off my good morning. Very rude in asking questions and charged me extra because he barely put on any cream cheese ? Okay I don't care about the extra charge (first time ever been charged extra for barely any cream cheese). Then I get to pay and the lady is asking me what I ordered expecting only the terminology they use...literally asking me what button she should press on the register ? I don't know what you are supposed to press?! She didn't even know they charged extra for cream cheese I guess? Which they prob don't but that guy was a a***hole. Never again.

This is like just about any other Bruegger's food wise. If you like bagels or bagel sandwiches, you can get 'em here and you won't be disappointed. What makes this place different are the people. The current store manager -- Todd -- is a really genuine guy who knows regular customers, engages in authentic conversations, and works to make everyone happy. What's even better is that he works to hire people with similar personalities. Even with staff turnover, almost everyone you meet will greet you with smile -- and as hoakey as that may sound, it matters in a world where customer service is dying and where getting people to say good morning and thank you is harder and harder to do. Long story short: I don't come here for the food. I come here out of loyalty to the employees who work to make my experience a good one.

Best kept secret. While you go to Panera and Star$$$$$, BB is a Diamond in the rough. For the Vegetarian and Pescotarian the menu favors you. I like the fact of seeing the bagels cooked on your way to the order area. As long as BB is in buisness, ill be a customer.

I come here often because I am a fan of the product. I am unable to give 5 stars because of the staff. They are very regularly rude and unwelcoming. I have even stood in line while one poor woman tried to make all of the sandwiches by herself. Meanwhile, a manager and another employee chatted off to the side. The manager even asked if I had been helped and when I replied no she just walked off to talk about nonsense with her employee. WTH. I’m going to continue coming to this location but it would be nice if the employees could at least fake a smile.

They had five people working, but only one was helping customers while the rest were food preping or something, putting cookies in bags and putting stuff on the line. I got a cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese which was delicious, but my friends ordered the crispy chicken & tater breakfast sandwich which they had to wait for at least 15 minutes after they were already cooked for an employee to just put cream cheese on it. Sitting area was nice and neat.

Just what I was looking for salmon bagel. It was quiet but the staff were fast. They also serve hot tea! Essential on a morning. Plenty of seating and just off the main shopping area. Quick service and you can either eat in or takeaway. Plenty of good choice.

I want to admit that I usually don't go out for a bagel but I went to Bruegger's for the first time, got a coffee and a sandwich, and met nice people. I didn't know what to expect at a bagel joint to compare. The coffee was alright and the sandwich was tasty but needed more meat. There was plenty of parking in the back of this strip-mall, the service was good, and the place was clean with plenty of tables and chairs. I could almost go 4 stars here.

The staff are a joke. The amount of people who walk in, and walk out because of the line is incredible. Business must be good when you can have customers just leave without paying. We waited 20 mins and the line had moved maybe a qtr of the way. The bagels are great, but the owner needs to figure out how to actually run a store!

Wouldn't recommend employment. Workers are full of drama, creates unpleasant work environment. Poor chain of Managers including District & beyond. Failed to file incident reports for injured employees to avoid "getting in trouble". Alot of shortcuts being made to produce product including boiling bagels in soup warmers when kettle is broke down . means the bagels aren't at correct temp to bake. Not following proper slack time for dough meaning its not ready to boil let alone bake but theyre still serving these bagels to customers . Theyve also knowingly and irresponsibly served expired cream cheese to guests .

The bagels are good. Sometimes you get an oddly cut one. Sometimes the cream cheese is a good amount, sometimes it's a paper thin layer. I like that you can see the bagels being made through the window into the kitchen as you wait in line. The overall ordering system is pretty haphazard. You place your order then go to the cashier who might take your word for what you ordered or shout across the counter to the person making the order to verify..

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I walked to bruegger's with my dog and was casually waiting outside for about ten minutes, there was one other customer inside and one cashier that I could see. I figured hey, they don't have to come outside even though I have my dog so I secured my dog out on the patio and went inside. As soon as I went inside, there was no one to be found except the other customer that was on their laptop giving me a pitying half smile. I waiting for a few more minutes inside for service and then left. There is no way to alert staff up front other than waiting impatiently. It was getting hot outside at this point so I decided to go to the goodberrys ice cream place down the street where I would be served and my dog could cool off. Wish I could say at least the food was good but never had the chance.

If you know what "real" bagles are, you know the kind from New York, then you'll be over joyed to find this little piece of heaven. Jason and his team are there to please. I have never been there when something hot wasn't coming out of their ovens. The breakfast bagels are awesome. The sugar and cin. is great with just butter and with cream cheese it is just a killer. The sandwich selection is delicious but you can create your own too. The strawberry lemon aide will make it hard to drive by without stopping, especially in this heat! Wednesdays they have 1 doz. bagels half price, they freeze beatifully. Make an effort to stop in and you'll be a fan too!!

This store is getting a little tired. I've met people here for breakfast and the lighting is pretty dark. Also, one time we were pestered with tiny bugs. The food is solid as is the coffee, but it's just not the nicest place to get a bagel.

This should be a 4 star place, but the inconsistent bagel quality and turnover leads to mixed experiences. I frequent this location on the weekends as part of our family walks in the morning. Some days the bagels are tasty with the appropriate quantity of toppings and the sandwich made to order, and some days it's all off. WiFi and coffee are good though for a morning work session, and the restaurant is always clean with ample outdoor seating.

We really enjoyed our lunch at Bruegger’s Bagels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bagel was very fresh on my Turkey Bagel Sandwich. The Chicken Spaetzle soup was tasty and hearty. My wife enjoyed her Cheese Sandwich and chips. We recommend this shop for a fulfilling quick lunch.

I usually love Bruegger's Bagels, but this one was seriously disappointing. At 11:00 AM, they were already out of over half of their bagel flavors. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel with turkey sausage, and they left off the sausage. Coffee was way too hot. Store is messy, napkins all over the floor. Not a great experience .

This place obviously doesn’t provide its employees with sick days, which is awful not only the level that it’s a poor way to treat your employees but also anyone who eats here today is at risk of catching the bug. Terrible customer service. I work across the street and I go back about everything three months to see if things have changed but they haven't as of yet.
