I love Quiznos, but the employees are awful. The customer service is so bad it makes it uncomfortable to even walk in the store. While ordering, the employee asks me what ingredients come on the sandwich and does this to every customer. These are not new employees, keep in mind. The employee has no idea what comes on any of the samdwiches. This isn't Subway; you order a sandwich and are able to customize it. The employees at the very least need to know the ingredients to their sandwiches. They even make the customer use the credit card machine for them, which is very awkward. Management needs to re-examine their business if they want a Quiznos in Fairbanks.

Clean and fast food. Food is fresh and staff are friendly. The staff love to have conversations with you and make jokes they are super down to earth. Great place to sit down a grab a bite. The seating area has improved and the new chairs are nice. When coming here the staff I have had the best experiences with are Shauna, Jabez Anna and Jessie out of all the staff they are by far the best.

My daughter and I walked in and ordered a sandwich that we wanted to split. The woman behind the counter kept giving us terrible, nasty looks. And grumbled and complained when I asked not to put any cheese on half of the sandwich. How hard is that?! Her attitude was so bad, that we couldn't eat there and promptly walked out. Although I like Quiznos, I will never go back again. I made sure to tell the crazy ass woman that she needs to check her attitude.
