Be sure that you're hungry when you enter this spot. The portion, although large, are reasonable in price. I haven't ordered anything that I have found disappointing. I recommend the Grits with Gouda cheese, the fish, and the spicy grilled chicken.

Food was very good. The fried pickles are an outstanding appetizer. Enough for 2 or maybe 3 people. The chicken thumbs are a very good choice when you are not too hungry. Service is very friendly, but can be a little layed back sometimes. This is good country style cooking served by very friendly country folks. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. Probably the best place to eat in Clanton, AL. Very much recommended.

While traveling through Clanton, you should make a stop for food, relaxing and good folks at the Neighborhood Grill & Catering. The food is delicious and the portions are adequate for any appetite. The Chilton Chicken is a tasty dish with broccoli prepared just right and Mac & Cheese like momma's. Just a mile and a half from I-65 going into Clanton, it isn't too far out of the way for good fare and a little rest. The staff is friendly and able to answer all questions concerning the food here. Get the Goofy Fries to begin and the Tollhouse Pie to end it and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and ask for Blake as he does a great job!

I had an overall good experience here, very accomodating for a casual sports fan, they always have different games on each television! The food took a while to get to the table but they were pretty busy as well. Our server, Brittany Wetzel, was such a well-mannered and attentive employee; throughout our slightly extended wait, she made sure we never went without! She definitely made my time here much more enjoyable. The food was really great as well, combined with the atmosphere, I could've spent much more time here if I didn't know they needed my table for other customers! Lol.

The parmesan chicken was fantastic but the Mac n cheese is just noodles with American cheese (my mom used to make it this way, I've eaten it a 1000x, there definitely couldn't have been more ingredients). When we walked in there was a super strong smell of cleaner? Not sure what it was but it was awful. It's okay kind of expensive for what we got.
