A friend from work suggested this place because I like bagels for breakfast. I was very disappointed. I paid over $5.00 for an egg bagel, no meat and no cheese. The bagel was plain, there wasn't an option for an everything or wheat bagel. There was so little egg on it that I had to open it to make sure they put an egg on it. I could neither taste it nor see it. I was still hungry and not satisfied at all after finishing it. I understand paying for convenience but what I paid for one bagel that wasn't good, I could have bought a whole sleeve of bagles and a dozen eggs and made me a bagel with two eggs on it and been full. And it would have been delicious! Oh, and the cashier was less than friendly. Not rude, but certainly not helpful.

The drive through can be a bit slow, and the latte machine seems to be down a lot, but the food is consistently high quality and the staff is always super friendly.

Excellent food, even better staff. I frequently find myself at this location and have never had a bad experience. Management is kind and hard-working, they go out of their way to make every experience the best. The food is 10/10, I highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try!

This is a good solid bagel chain - the people who work there are awfully nice and I enjoy their bagels. The quality of the bagels reminds me a bit of my childhood in Brooklyn. If you're a purist, don't bother, but they get the crispy/chewy dichotomy of a good bagel right. I will never understand why they ask if you want it toasted, toasting is to cover up stale bagels, but I digress. The salt bagel is a good choice if you are missing NY bagels like me. They even have lighter options if you are watching your diet. Janet really enjoys the salmon (lox) sandwich.

I'd never heard of this place till a few months ago. Brueggers is awesome, the food is great and the staff is just amazing. If you haven't tried Brueggers, I'd most definitely recommend it.

Great bagels... but you're always low or out on white wheat everything bagels. Maybe make more? And somebody gave me whole wheat recently, so now I have to specify white and double check. (Those three went to the birds.)

Ok, y'all. I love this place and I come a lot. The bagels are good, the staff is friendly. But it is a BAGEL shop and they're always out of freakin' BAGELS. (Its 9am on a Saturday and we had to get our 4th choice) Get it together, people. Also, the coffee is underwhelming, IMO

Our all-time favorite bagel place. We come every weekend. Large assortment of bagels, sandwiches, and coffee. The bagels are soft on the inside and chewy on the outside. Absolutely delicious!

The wait in the drive thru is astronomical. I was literally stuck there for half an hour. I was sick and trying to to contaminate anyone else. The girl was super rude about it when I commented. Never again.

Emily made our coffee this morning and it was delicious. I get the cold brew and my husband gets the dark roast iced coffee. My husband tries a new bagel every visit but his favorite is the western. The super nova is my new favorite and will probably become my regular order. Everything is fresh and delicious. The business is clean and friendly.

This is the best place in town for a bagel. I tried the 5 cheese bagel with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese it was delicious. My bagel was soft, warm, and toasted. The light herb cream cheese is great too. I tried the smoked salmon cream cheese just to try something different, it's ok idk of I would get it aga. They are partnered with einstein bagels so it basically the same thing. I want to try the crispy chicken next time I got.

Seems like every time we hit Huntsville we hit this spot. Some of the freshest bagels because they bake em each day. The best part about it is you can pick any bagel to put on the sandwich also offers coffee and lunch items aside from bagels. This is the place to go.

There food quality is good...... When you can get it. At least 3 times in the last month I've visited to pick up plain bagels for Mom and this store has been out of bagels. Sometimes it's several hours before they close for the day. Very frustrating experience
