Had some bad customer service, the employees were in bad moods. The equipment is starting to fail, brushes not spinning, spray nozzles not working well. The brushes always catch my front license plate and bend them. They don’t seem to care to change the programming to make it stop. Don’t bother with the mud prep option, they won’t spray the minimal mud out from under the fender wells. This results in terrible scratching in your paint.

This is a great automatic car wash. I was concerned the top brush might catch on my Jeep's kayak racks but the guys that operate the beginning of the wash are always good about lifting the top brush out of the way and I've never had a problem. My Jeep always comes out clean and the complimentary vacuum helps me get the inside cleaned out too.

I will let update this when I hear back from the manager of the location. Twice in two months I’ve gone and twice I have had problems not getting what I paid for. (Update: no call back from leaving vm’s, and now family paying attention getting the incorrect level of wash for what was paid has happened to several family members too.) Friendly staff. However, passes problems to call the manager. No calls back and no fixing of problems. At this point I encourage all clients to watch that they are getting what they paid for. Something is not right with the process. I hope that is all it is. I would like a call back from my voice message please and thank you.
