Sorry for the long review, but the details are important on this one. :)
Earlier this year I had a great experience with Rogers sport center, a good friend and I were on a motorcycle trip 1200+ miles from home and while getting ready to hit the road one morning I discovered my bike wasn't charging the battery.
Of course, I didn't have all the necessary tools to diagnose the problem but they let me borrow a few and I was able to determine that the rectifier had went bad, unfortunately they didn't have one in stock and I wasn't able to find any online that could be delivered quickly.
While sitting inside reviewing the few options I had, everyone behind the counter was helping me search for the part I needed, ultimately they were able to locate one from a supplier of theirs that could get it delivered quickly in the next day or so.
When the time came for the part to arrive, it didn't show up so the staff started looking into it and realized it was a slight mistake on their part which caused the shipping delay.
Once they had figured out what caused the shipping delay, they gave me a call, explained the situation, how they were at fault, and that they would not be charging me for the shipping costs.
They could have easily lied and told me that the supplier made the mistake and I would've never known any different. I think this really goes to show the level of dignity that they have as a business and how they operate as a whole.
I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and I strongly recommend you give them a shot if you're in the market!
