First Choice Honda will always be my dealership of choice! I went to FCH about two months ago after my husband and I began to think about studying and researching new cars. I know I want another honda, but my husband is an extremely tall man who is nothing but legs, and because of this he cannot sit comfortably in my Pilot. So we went to FCH with the purpose of allowing him to sit in each of the vehicles I liked to determine if he could fit comfortably before I set my heart on another Honda. Anyway while at FCH I learned from Codi, who was so gracious to show us each of the vehicles I wanted to try out, that we could find out about any recalls I might have on my Pilot. This young woman was amazing as she allowed us to try out new cars, educate us, and treated us amazing even though she knew we were not yet ready to by. She then took us in to her office where we met Danielle, who explained the prices. I wasn't sure I understood how amazing the prices were until Danielle explained them a second time. WOW! Finally, we were taken over to meet Jasen who looked up my car, realized I didn't just have one recall, but three. He was amazing getting us set up for an appointment, explaining why there were recalls and answering all our questions. I was so impressed that I came back to get new tires put on today. And while they were doing it they found another recall and already ordered the part anticipating me bringing it back in. First Choice Honda is a five stars dealership, and I can't wait to buy my new car there, and have them find the Dodge my husband wants too.

AAA sent my Subaru to this service center when I needed a tow just out of town. I was moving across the country with everything in my car, and having a potential huge problem was extremely distressing, since I just wanted to get back on the road. Drew and Jasen were able to turn this frustration into a wonderful, simple experience, and even gave me great recommendations around town which turned my ‘lost time’ into a really pleasureful excursion on my trip. All the members of the service team went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly, and were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I’m so glad I ended up here! While travelling back from Tennessee I stopped in at first choice and met Cody she answered all my questions took me for a test drive.She was extremely knowable about the crv that I was interested in. Excellent place! We had car trouble while traveling cross country and found them on Google. They welcomed us in at 4:30 pm on a Friday night. They worked quickly and together to identify and solve our problem. They were patient with our questions and anxiety about getting the car fixed before the car rental places closed and we were stranded for the weekend. Because of their skill, they did fix everything and we were out and on the road by 5:50. They even stayed late to help us!!!! Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, skillful! And they sell cars, too, if you ever need a new Honda

Went in today for an oil change and it was completely awesome best service I've gotten from a dealership in a long time here. They even washed my car which most service centers that I have found here don't do that when you go for oil change. Reasonable pricing too. I highly recommend them great customer service

I was on my drive home from an internship in Austin when my Lincoln's transmission started burning up. The fluid was black and the mechanic was awesome in helping me understand everything that was wrong with the car. The car likely wouldn't have made it home to Boise so they were wonderful in getting me into my dream car for the best price I've ever seen. If you're looking for a car, these guys are absolutely fantastic!

DO NOT pay for service here. Took my Honda in for a recall service, which itself went fine, but then they lied to me about my rear brakes. They told me the pads were down to 3mm and quoted me at $330 plus tax without replacing rotors. I took my car to the dealership I had purchased it from 11 weeks prior, and they found out First Choice Honda didn't even pull the wheels to look at the brakes. My brakes are fine. Had I believed the scammer I talked to at First Choice Honda, they likely would've thrown on new rotors as well and my next paycheck would be obliterated.

Zero integrity. Most awful buying experience ever! The finance lady had no clue what she was doing (Bailey). The car we purchased did not fit our needs, when we went back to trade it in (months later) on a new Honda they “balked” at us. We unfortunately had to take our business out of town. They could’ve had a repeat customer. Instead they lost out on business, I guess they’re ok with that. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Honda’s are great but it’s worth the drive to go somewhere else where you will be treated decently.

The purchase of my 2018 CRV EX could not have gone any smoother. My Customer Service Specialist, Dan Neff, was knowledgeable about the product, responded quickly to any questions. He was very patient in going over all the technology in this CRV during the sales presentation and the post purchase pick-up. He spent over an hour showing me how to set the various technology options like pairing my phone to the car. The First Choice Honda pricing model, which is to sell the new vehicles at invoice pricing without all the add on charges most dealers have, is amazing. Bailey Diaz, the Finance manager walked me through the pricing during the sales process. She & Dan worked to order me the color and options for the CRV that I wanted. At delivery, Bailey went through the various option & protections without being "pushy" about it which I appreciated. The Service Department is top notch. During the car turn over, I asked Dan about the location of the oil filter on my new CRV. He went to the Service Department manager, Jason Pederson to ask about it. Jason had the car put on the lift and walked me through the underside locations of the filter, drain plugs and answered all my questions. I recommend First Choice Honda in Laramie Wyoming to anyone that wants a new Honda or needs service on any vehicle. It will be worth the drive for the money you save and the service you receive. My car broke down a hundred miles from home, and these people helped me to the best of their ability. My car turned out not to be worth fixing, but I was able to make that decision after a mechanic explained to me in granular detail what was wrong, and what were the options for repair. They didn't charge me for diagnosis, and allowed me to spend the night in the parking lot at my request. They seem to be good, honest folks. Would recommend.

I have always been leery of auto dealerships. It was with some trepidation I walked onto First Choice Honda's lot. My fiancé & I walked past cars we knew would be outside our price range. Codi Brown walked out to help us. She was very polite and worked within our limits, showing us an Accord we had walked past. It was a better deal than we thought we would find! I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. They have been giving me the run around and after bringing my vehicle to another mechanic (one I know personally) I truly believe they would break things just to get me back in. I had a coolant leak and I took my car in, after $1000+ I was told it was fixed. A couple weeks later I was driving and my engine started smoking, I had no coolant. I had some extra in the car, poured it in to get back to town, and it immediately leaked out. I brought it back to them and they said it was a different part that they never would have seen (because they don't look at the whole system they're working on, just a part of it), but they could get it fixed, and also my airbag light was on and a converter needed looking at, I should get that fixed too. I didn't want them fiddling with anything else, so i told them just to fix the coolant line and that was it. I took it to another mechanic and he let me know that there was a sensor that got unplugged (most likely on purpose because of it's location) and that the converter looked fine. Jason behind the desk is essentially a thief. I had a talk with Tim the manager who told me he personally drove my car into the workshop and the airbag light was on the whole time, but now I doubt it very much. On top of this there were several fasteners and other parts missing altogether. If you love being ripped off, lied too, and paying too much for poor service, then by all means, bring it in here.
