Good Carwash Bad Customer service the attendant at the kiosk and gate gave me the wrong package when I wanted the monthly pass he sold me a single car wash. When i asked for them to correct the problem they said come back and purchase the package then. Both the attendant and the staff inside. Won't be going back.

I like this wash, but it is the only one that bends my license plate when I go through it. Usually jam packed so I try to go at off hours. If they could make one improvement it would be to have reusable towels and window cleaner. I would definitely pay a little more to do everything in one stop.

Not only was this a great car wash for the price, but the staff is top notch! My husband dropped his inactive cell phone that still had personal data on it at the vacuum area. We went back the next day and not only did the staff have the phone, they had charged it up! These folks deserve our business!

At first I was skeptical about taking my truck through an automatic car wash. Prior to today I have always used a normal, hand wash bay and scrubbed it down by hand; however today I felt like giving this a try, and I'm more than happy I did. The staff incredibly friendly, when I first pulled up I was greeted with a hello and a smile. I chose the most expensive wash, just to see what it was like, and it cleaned my truck extremely well. The wash moves fairly quick, faster than what I was expecting. I was in and out of the wash within one or two minutes. The dryer at the end worked really well, I wax my truck on a bi-weekly basis, so the water beaded right off. After pulling out of the wash bay I was able to then get the little beads of water left by hand and vacuum my truck out for free. As I was doing this a gentleman was picking up loose garbage and ensuring everyone and everything was doing okay. I'm not too sure about how people had a bad experience with the staff unless you simply treat them like slaves. With any automatic car wash, fold in your mirrors and you'll be fine. I'll be back again next week. Thanks for the great experience!

I liked it. Washed my truck well, full-size Chevy. Washed our Honda CR-V's well. Typically, brush washes make swirls in wax. This is the best auto wash that I've seen, and I have owned car washes myself.

This was my very first time at this car wash. I thought it did a terrible job! I paid for the $12.00 wash and after going through it, I still had all the bugs still stuck on the front of my vehicle. They don’t use a pressure wash hose to remove the bugs before they send you though the wash. It did nothing for my car and came out the other end just a dirty as I went through! I will NEVER go there again!!! Don’t waste your money if you got bugs on the front end and the drying is a joke!

Horrible customer service, ok wash. I’ve had to get multiple new passes for two of my vehicles and they treat me horribly every time. They put my information into the system wrong then make me wait and redo it time and time again. Had to deal with Thomas Ma, and Shay two workers who were extremely rude and not helpful. I was finally able to talk to the manager Amanda and she wasn’t much better and didn’t seem sympathetic or try to make things right at all. I can’t wait for a new car wash to open in town with different management I will change and have all my friends and family change.

Car wash is great. It is aggravating when I go through the line and the employee at the kiosk attempts to take my debit card out of my hand. When I explain that I’m fully capable of utilizing the kiosk I get attitude. This has happened the last two times I’ve been to your location. I may not come back. Please take a moment to address attitude to your employees and furthermore, don’t attempt to take the debit/credit card from patrons.

-The price is right! $10/month for the basic wash, unlimited. The basic does okay for the spring/summer months, in winter the wash can be inadequate. -Update: We've upgraded to the next level, still inexpensive and seems to be getting the car clean through the harsher months. Also, the owner replied to my review, which I don't think I've ever seen, 5 stars now.

Holy poop this place is busy. Great car wash though. Get the pass and go everyday if you have time. Does the job and they have vacuums. Blocks the street quite a bit so watch out if u r passing by. They need another one on the other side of town to hopefully ease the congestion in the area.

Been a member for awhile and wash my car a few times a week. Don't go here I'd you think an automatic wash is going to do some amazing job (aka reviews about it not removing bugs) as no auto wash will. The only downsides for me is the ridiculous wait times during certain parts of the day (which I hope will be alleviated somewhat whenever the second location opens) and the street in front of the building is like Swiss cheese which they have gotten ghetto repaired which at least will be fine for the next few months before needing repairs again. Overall can't beat the price and service is good just don't expect miracles from an automatic car wash

The car wash stopped half way through and the attendant told me to drive the rest of the way through. I pulled in one of the stalls where they have the vacuums to ask a lot attendant what happened..why that happened. She said it was because someone was driving through. I said well it wasn't me and I was only half way through..she gave me a snide look and said "well did your car get clean?". I said "I don't know, I guess." I asked her if there was still soap all over and and she said no. My tailgate is still filthy and I have soap residue all over. I won't be going back.

Love this place. I pay a monthly fee and can go as often as I want. Its quick, even when the line is long, and then I can vacuum and take trash out easily. The only thing is that I wish it dried more with the air, it pushes you out too quickly.

Generally a solid place to get a quick car wash. The wash itself works great and consistently leaves your care squeaky clean. The vacuums are great as well. The only down side seems to be the staff. While some are friendly and efficient, others seem to lack a good understanding of customer service and can be pushy at times.

First time I visited Breeze Thru, my truck’s front was covered with dead bugs, based on the good reviews I thought this will be the place to get it clean. I was wrong. Picked the bubble bath package. The machine is set for an incredible speed, the brushes barely spending time on the body of the car. Most of the bugs were left on the hood, at least the dust and the rain streaks were removed. Tried it second time, giving a chance with less dirt and bugs, but still went with the “bubble bath” option. Half way through the wash, the spinning brush slammed open my left mirror - but at least it passed through quickly before it could cause any damage. Got the same results as the first time, anything stickier than dust was left on the truck, tailgate half way washed. I’m not sure if these results are coming from poor maintenance (worn out brushes) or poor settings of the machine, but after a $15 wash, I don’t think, that I should grab rags and cleaner to finish what the machine started.

I went to this car wash a couple of times in the past and ran into the same issue every time. I own a Scion XB, and obviously my car is far too square for it to get a proper wash. There was always a very broad area in the middle of my back hatch that was completely missed. I went again thinking it may have just been a chance thing, but it happened again the next time. So, if you drive a very boxy car like mine, this car wash is probably not going to actually do a good job. As an aside, after perusing the responses on this page, the person responding could use a refresher course in professionalism.

People just complain to much....I have the pass and I'll go trough twice just for kicks and grins. If you want it perfect then put your sweat into it. My time is worth more money, so i choose a cheap route to keep my car clean. If i wash it myself and a diffrent car wash i spend about the same money and have to do all the work....

Great automatic car wash at a great price. My two year old daughter loved going through the wash and seeing all of the automatic foam and brushes. The free vacuums were also a plus. When we went, there was a long line, but it went surprisingly fast.

I do not recommend this car wash. My satellite radio antenna was broken in the wash. I had used the wash multiple times and this never happened prior. When I let management know it got broken in the wash they stated they are not responsible for antennas. The sign reads power antennas which this is NOT. The manager was not friendly or helpful and basically told me they weren't going to do anything even before reviewing the claim.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I went And did the $12wash. As soon as it started I watched my windshield crack from the bottom to the top and of course I can’t do anything till I get out and look. I went inside to have somebody come out and look. When he did come out and check it out he said” well when it’s hot outside and we use cold water it can crack” FIRST of all, EHY ARE THEY USING COLD WATER! Knowing that it can crack glass. Then continued to say that there is nothing we can do about it. But then had the nerve to say “I’ll see you again next time!” MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AT ALL

Edit: Had a fender bender here. Dillon at Breeze Thru was very accommodating. They ended up repairing my vehicle and offering me a rental. This accident was cause by their equipment, they took full responsibility. I had some frustrations through out this, but we don’t need to dable on them. I have a 2016 gmc pickup with a factory 6" lift. I haven't been able to wash my truck in a car wash since I've purchased it, because of its height. Yesterday we called and talked to Amanda and she felt confident that my truck could go through the wash. I drove to the car wash and Amanda came outside to my truck, measured my tires and guided my truck through the 7' marker posts. (What car wash attendant helps like this?) My truck made it through the height marker and went right through the wash. Truck looked awesome after using their car wash. Thanks a bunch for your help Amanda, I now have a place to wash my truck. I got charged twice in a month and I was told it was because I'd had 2 accounts active for 17 months. Except I was only double charged one time in that period. Asked them to refund and to their credit they were understanding and kind. When it happened again I contacted them a second time and was told I'd have to email the owner. He tells me a few reasons for why it was my fault, which it may have been to be perfectly honest. But then he tells me he won't refund me for my nonexistent account and that cancelling all my subscriptions is an option. Pretty creative way of saying f*** you. So I took his advice and cancelled everything. And I tell this story every single time someone asks me how decent Breeze Thru is.

I love the price. $12 a month and you can go as many times as your car needs a bath. The employees always smile and give you a thumbs up in what is probably a boring job at times. One thing I do not like is that the dryers do not do the best job and it seems that sometimes the carwash does not provide consistent cleaning. However, even when there are lines almost to Wal-Mart, it moves quickly.

I have been using the Breeze Thru car wash since it arrived in Cheyenne! It is consistently providing a great car wash experience, saves me time and money, results are consistent!!! All in all you can not beat the value with the monthly membership, easy pay/scan approach they have! Also, thanks for expanding here in Cheyenne..... more locations are needed:)

Used to be a great car wash. Now they run you through in 15 seconds bumper to bumper with other vehicles since they are so busy now. I could get my car dirtier than it was before....for free. Certainly don't need to spend $10+ and waste my time for them to do it for me. So many soap spots I couldn't see out of the windows and had to re-wash it elsewhere. And before the owner reponds with one of their condescending replies, I've been a customer for years and have spent a lot of money here. The positive car wash results have been on the decline for a while now. I know at least 10 people who no longer wash their cars here for this reason. The second star I gave is for the good past results. No hard feelings, but I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere to wash my vehicles.

Easy to use. Fairly inexpensive. When I wash my car I always take a microfiber cloth to rub it down with, and get the last drops of water off. The $8 wash doesn't get all the bugs off, but I didn't expect it to be a $100 detail job. Got the worst of the dirt off, which is what I was looking for. And the free vacuum is good, too.

This is a good place for a quick car wash. I especially appreciate that they offer a monthly membership that let's you get as many car washes as you want for $13 or less. You can get a free car interior wipe and Pina colada air freshener if you go inside the office and ask for them. The only reason that I knocked off a star is that they tend to want to jam cars together in the line, which tends to decrease the cleanliness of the bumpers.

I took my Chevy equinox there this afternoon and bought a bubble bath wash $14. We came through the car wash. I have a water spots, I have dirt on my front end. The windows still have water spots and is completely full of bugs and other dirt and tar and grime from the roads. I spoke to a employee who told me your out of luck no rehash no discount nothing. I asked fir the manager and was told he’s not here. Then he said Eric is the closest to being a boss?? I spoke to Eric and he told me that I should use bug spray before coming to car wash. What? Me wash it then pay you guys to do the same thing. I asked for a phone # &was told to look it up. Never had problems in the last two years. Sounds like you are running off customers. Frustrated
