SCAM! I went through this was intending to get a 5 dollar car wash. When I pulled up it didnt say anything about not inserting your card first, so I inserted it and proceeded to hit a wrong button and ended up buying the 35 dollar deal. I thought "my mistake" and drove through the wash. I then proceeded to go home, when I got home my car was still COVERED in bugs. I went back and went in and explained that I had hit the wrong button and he said "it happens all the time, but we dont do refunds" SCAM. And I said "that fine but a 20 dollar car wash while still having bugs on my car after?" he said "you have to prep your car, we have people who will do their own car wash at home and come and do the lava bath." THERE WERE NO SIGNS THAT SAID TO DO THAT FIRST. THE ONE SIGN THAT DID SAY THAT WAS TURNED BACKWARD ONLY TO BE SEEN AFTER YOU ARE ALREADY THROUGH THE GATE. The manager was supposed to call and never did. I am VERY disappointed in the service.

Excellent experience. The vacuum worked well and nothing stuck in hose to reduce the suction. I love the large broom brush to scrub off bugs etc... my vehicle looked amazing... then it rained.

The $10 wash is trash. No waterbeading, and the side wash included is a guy who mists one side of your car...kinda. Go to Woodmans, their $10 wash is the same as the high end wash here. This place costs twice as much as anywhere else, and they half ass everything.

This is a great car wash but....the owner and most of the employee's are very mean, rude and disrespectful. They do not try very well to line your car up with the track. Which causes damage to your car. The owner is a ver rude man who talks down to you a thinks he is better then everyone. I had been a faithful customer for years until recently. No more.

Wonderful customer service! Very helpful and concerned. I had a lady run into me in the car wash by not putting her car in neutral. She denied doing it but the staff was able to provide me with her license plate number, make of car and video proof. Luckily I didn't see any damage but it's nice to know the staff took me seriously and was willing to help however they could. I would definitely recommend them and my car was clean!

Great location. Staff was extra helpful the last time I was there. I wound up buying 2 gift cards that were on special at the time. I kept one for myself and gave the 2nd as added Christmas gift. Device attaches to car and pulls it through. You can choose basic washes to better and best washes. The experience has always been satisfactory each time I've gone there. Paying part is automated so if you know what you want you simply choose the type you want and use cash or bank card to pay. Oh yes, there are vacuum areas there too, that you pay for separately from the washing. I like this car wash very much.

I use this place frequently as I'm a ride share driver and always keeping my car clean. Everything is always up and running and the wash system is awesome. Reasonable prices ranging from $5 washes to $10 deluxe wash and shine.

I go here a couple times a month and always like it! The vacuums work great, there's lot of space to open doors and walk around. If there's a line of cars it goes quick and I'm always satisfied with the car wash, even the cheapest option. The attendants are always nice as well!

The first time we went through the car was still full of soap. We went through a second time and it was STILL full of soap. Also staff wasn’t too friendly or helpful. $20 for the worst car wash ever.

The vacuum attachments are not my favorite, but the suction captures most pet hair and debris. The external wash didn't capture all bug spots, despite my best efforts to scrub them off beforehand.

The free vacuums are convenient but I wouldn't recommend this type of car wash to anyone who values their paint job. Non touchless car washes create swirl marks and minor scratches every time you use one. This happens to all paint but is especially noticeable on black and other dark colors. This damage is a hard to correct, it's always better to wash your car yourself if possible or use a touchless system.

Really nice car wash. I have only been to one wash that was better. I will still have a little dirt on the running boards of my truck, but everything else gets good and clean.

The person, most always the same guy when we’ve gone there guides you in on track. He holds a wand of something in his hand, though not sure why. He gives it a skimpy squirt on the driver door and that’s it. We pay the price of your top car wash and would expect him to take a trip around our vehicle, but it’s more to see how many cars you can push through. Interested in knowing what’s always on my drivers door, that’s not on the rest of my car.

Love this car wash! Get my truck washed for $5! I like how there is an attendant that is more that happy to help you, pre sprays your car and gets you on track literally. I like the scrubbers are gentle on your car and there is plenty of air pressure to dry. I especially love washing my car in the winter time. Gets all of the salt off and I don't mind spending the money to do so. This is my go to car wash and I do not mind driving the 20 miles. Keep up the good work, I will be back!

I really liked that they had a prewash station to help get the bugs off the front of the car. Really made a difference, because that's always my pet peeve after a car wash....the bugs never come off in the wash no matter what package I get. Definitely visiting this location over the others in Janesville.

Usually happy with this car wash. However, today our vehicle came out with unusual spots as if it didn't get rinsed properly. You can feel the texture of the spots, if you run your fingers across the surface of the vehicle. Windows, top and sides of vehicle have this gunk on them. Not happy with this wash today.

SCAM ALERT!!! Just came Auto Spa Express. I usually get the $5. car wash. New menu has the button "wash options" Don't push that unless you want to buy 3 $12 car washes that expire in 30 days. I got charged $35 for my $5. car wash. I couldn't stop to complain because of cars waiting behind me. I will be back to get some kind of refund. BTW, there is a small type written note that you wouldn't read that tells you what happens when you push "Wash Options". Not something that I noticed till I saw my receipt. Horrible business practice when they take advantage of the consumer.

The operator of the spa finally showed up to give change, He watched us go into a stall , complained that the inlet door needs to be shut after we leave and had the other side locked we couldnt even go a vacuum without going around. That was BS He knew but was too worried about the heating bill and so cheap he made the paying customers have to drive around. This is the second time ive had problems at that car wash. The first time, a water main broke, when I got there I proceeded to try to wash my car but there was no water. the operator/manager wouldnt give me a refund. knowing that there was no water he let me try to wash it. total bullshit.
