I hate pushy mechanics and these weren't those! Seemed to have fair suggestions but didn't force me into anything. Quick service, don't even get out of your car. And then get a car wash included!

Everyone else was playing there music and nothing was said to them, think it was the type of music that i was playing that she didn't like...

They're very helpful at Scrub-A-Dub. The prices are pretty reasonable. They're fairly quick with their work. You need an oil change it's the place to go. If you need a car wash this place to go. If you need a belt changes place to go. If you need your tires fill up with air is the place to go. If you have questions about general maintenance on your Otto they're very helpful. It's close to my house which I like. It has a pretty good car wash even though it has brushes.

I really appreciate mechanics because I don't have that skill and their patience to explain everything to drive through oil changers like me is amazing. My kid loves to watch and ask a billion questions, so the tvs to show beneath the car are pretty sweet.

This was our first time trying Scrub A Dub for an oil change. There was no one in line so we were able to get right in. The mechanics were very helpful and polite. Our oil change was simple, everything checked out good and we were done in less than 15 minutes. They even checked the headlights, brake lights and reverse light making sure all worked properly. They didnt try upselling us anything so there was no pressure. They do sell windshield wipers but ours are still working fine. While you are waiting in your car, they have cameras watching the mechanics as they work on your car so you can watch while it gets done making sure nothing gets missed! After you pay, you get a coupon to get a free basic car wash at their attached car wash. You can use it right then or within 60 days. You also get coupons for a future return. Very painfree oil change. I highly recommend to anyone!

It is rare to find good customer service these days but these guys were great! They were very friendly & you could actually tell that they liked thier jobs. They offered reasonable suggestions of things that may need additional service but never pressured us. (I have been to other scrub-a-dubs where this was an issue) They made sure we were happy with our services before we left. The only drawback is the awkward lot configuration. Overall a great job!

I've been to this location 3 times now for oil changes. First 2 times were just okay. The techs weren't real personable and just did their job without saying much to me. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know anything about cars or don't care what they're doing with my car. Didn't mess anything up on my car though, so no major complaints. The third time was much better. There was no line and no one in sight when I pulled up but they came out immediately as soon as I tripped the bell. They were extremely friendly and quick and explained everything to me. They recommended a new air filter and offered to put one in for $10 but didn't mind that I turned it down. They didn't make a fuss about the fact that I was a bit overdue for an oil change by their standards either. The car wash is so-so, I use the free wash coupons they give me with the oil change but I wouldn't take a new car through the wash. Maybe they weeded out some of the not so great staff, so I'll give it 4 stars and I'll definitely be back.

Great customer service. Super friendly and helpful. They have great advice to keep your car running longer and go out of their way to make sure you are happy before you leave. And of course you always get a free car wash after. My car burns a lot of oil so I stop in frequently for top offs. Very reasonable on oil prices. I won't go anywhere else for oil changes.

Don't go here for a car wash. Their wash is so harsh on the cars. I was in the car wash and saw trim come off of the car in front of me from the sheer pressure of the water. I checked my car as soon as I got out and my front plate was bent in on both sides. I talked to the manager on duty and he said 'you should have a plate holder on your car'. Um...no. I've gone to a car wash every week with my car and no plate holder. I've never had this problem. I'm not going to buy something unnecessary for my car because the car wash can't adjust water pressure. The manager also told me this happens all the time. Really? I think it's time for new management.

Automatic car wash. In the past they used to use a brush to get heavy dirt and grime off the bottom of the cars. They no longer do that. I had to run my car through 2x to get it clean and it was still dirty on the bottom. I had to take it home and wash the car myself.
