My mom comes here at least once a month. And we live in Kewaskum. Just took her car there . And I can understand why she makes the trip! I can't believe how well they clean the car and the amount of time it takes them to do it. Scrub the floor mats wipe down the whole interior clean the windows towel-dried the exterior of the car. 4:30 bucks it really cannot be beat! Will definitely recommend this place to family friends and anybody looking for a car wash that cares.

They dry your vehicle off with cotton towels, that in itself is a big no no. Cotton towles scratch and leave scuffs on your clear coat, what irritated me the most is the lack of care for each customer. The young man that vacuumed out my car let the hose just scratch and scuff my whole back of my car. There are many more things I could say but again I guess thats what you get these days for $25.

Only reason I wash here is you get a free rewash(crappy basic one) within 5 days. They barely use soap.....just cheap.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! I tried this car wash for the first time today. I got the $5 wash and it really left my car sparkly clean! After the wash I used their self service vacuum to clean the interior of my car. The vacuum worked very well, not only was it extremely powerful, but it was free to use as well. They even have the skinny vacuum attachment to get in the hard to reach places like under and alongside my seats. I usually get my car washed at a gas station after a fill-up, but not anymore... I'd have to rate this as my BEST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE!!

Just bought 6 car washes for $50. Guess what? There is no rewash for the coupons. So 6 car washes for $50 or 6 car washes for $66 plus six free rewashes. Hmmmm, that's 12 for $66 or 6 for $50. What a rip off. Never again...bye bye

Used to be a full service wash where they’d vacuum out your car at multiple price levels. Value isn’t there for a $11 wash now even with “free” vacuums. Place on Appleton and Q is cheaper for same. They did have an attendant do a pre-wash which probably aids in cleaning. That said, I’ve seen an attendant get killed at a car wash in Wauwatosa. He was dangerously close to wheels the whole time.

As you can tell by the stars, this has to be a fairly decent car wash. There are quite a few car washes in my area, however, I'm not too fond of the crowds. River Falls doesn't have the crowds nor do you hear all the obnoxiously loud music. I drive a SUV and because of the shield over the rear window, the crew tend not to spray underneath the shield to clean the rear window properly, thus is the only reason I can't gi 've them a perfect 5 stars.

Dear River Falls Car Wash: This is just a quick note to say a big "THANK YOU" for your help a few weeks ago (July 2019). If you recall, we were the family of 5 in the dark gray Dodge minivan that pulled into your car wash while on our summer road trip. Unfortunately, one of our children had become carsick as we were traveling through Wisconsin on our way to Michigan (and eventually back home to S. Florida). We were a bit desperate for help. Anyone that has ever had to clean their vehicle after a child gets sick in it knows that it is not a pleasant nor glamorous job. (First rule of traveling with kids in a car: Bring a bowl for them to throw up in! Why we left our bowl at home, I don't know...anyway...). As we were far from home with no equipment to properly clean the van ourselves, we happened upon your car wash and you came to our aid. You directed us to the restroom where we were able to clean up our child, and perceiving we were a bit stressed by the situation told us to relax in the waiting room. Then, you proceeded to personally clean and shampoo the interior portion of the van that was affected. When you were done, it was like the incident never happened. You ran the van through your general exterior car wash for good measure and your crew cleaned the windows, dash, etc. In about an hour, we were back on the road with a clean van, a happy family, and yet another crazy road trip story to tell when we got back home. You could have charged us $$$ as we really didn't have much of an alternative, but your price was reasonable and in line with what you list on your webpage (which we didn't have access to at the time). Your fair and honest service and overall kindness were (and still are) much appreciated. Though we didn't stay very long in Menomonee Falls, we certainly left with a great impression thanks to you and your crew at River Falls Car Wash. This car wash has all the normal services. Free vacuums. Hand drying for a fee. Seems like a good wash. My Ford Escape was washed with the $22.00 Deluxe version, by the way my Escape is 2009. The only reason I mention that is the contour of side was totally missed by the wash procedure, looks funny.

I really wanted to like this place. People seemed nice. I made an appointment to get my tires switched out for the winter with an alignment. I was called and told an alignment could not be done because strut mounts were needed. I asked to have those fixed and was told that it would be a pain in the butt to fix and they did not have time. I would not be as upset but they told me at the first inspection that strut mounts could be a possible problem in the first place. The absolute worst experience I have had with a car place.

My father and I have gone in to get our oil changes for the first time at this place these past two days and both of us had an excellent experiences. The gentlemen that worked on our cars were very knowledgeable and respectful. I will definitely be going there from now on to get my oil changed. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this place. Prices are very respectful too. For a normal conventional oil change, it was $33 and there's always coupons online. Thanks for the great experience Pennzoil guys!
