I've been pretty much happy with them through the years. I wish they would offer better coupons that don't expire so soon. That would help. The prices are a little steep! And I hope those poor boys that do the initial vacuuming get compensated with tip sharing...I normally don't tip the "first guys" because I don't know how well they're vacuuming my car. I'm sure the're working their butts off, however. One more thing...I hope to God they will open a PDQ in Neenah..It's not fun making that drive to Appleton, especially in the winter. "C'mon PDQ....come south. Neenah has a lot of open areas to build on".

Overpriced and careless. A few times there, paid the higher price for a "better" job and no. Streaky windows and dirty door jams all around the car. Maybe a better manager some staff training is in order. Found another place across town and it is worth the extra drive. Sorry PDQ but we gave you several chances.

First experience at PDQ and probably my last. Bought the manager's special, paid extra to have all the floor mats washed left the facility to grocery store, when loading bags into car found the floor mats had puddles on them, the door jams were still filthy and there is no way things were wiped down. Came home and spent 30 minutes cleaning up what didn't get cleaned. Terrible experience for $40

When getting into the car the door handle still had bird poop on it. Should have been easy to see since my car is red and bird poop is white. Opened hatch and carpet has grass in it. Car is almost brand new. Not at all that dirty. Should have been an easy clean.

Friendly staff but did a terrible job cleaning the inside of my car. Only half the car was vacuumed and the seats were barely wiped down. The price is steep for such low quality work. Very disappointed.

Just wanted a car wash. Went in to pay bill, was asked about additional offers, I said No, got nothing but more offers and explanations as to why I should take the deal, again I said No, was very frustrated just wanted to pay and get on my way. Was accused of being rude, they seem to have missed the lesson about the customer being right, I'm done going to PDQ. Won't just let you pay and continue with your day, would rather tell you and the entire area that I'm rude.

Got the "superior" car wash which is $45 (almost $50 with tax) and found that they didn't clean out the door jams at all. Trunk was horrendously dirty still. Streaks of salt water still all over the car. Definitely not what you expect for $50. Took the car back for their guarantee and to have them wash it again, guy outside acted extremely offended and upset that we brought it back. Made us feel like WE were in the wrong. I'll clean it out at home next time. Not worth the time or money, or hassle. Shame on you PDQ.

One if the worst interior cleans I have ever had. I had to go through immediately with wipes to get all the places they did not get. They did not even wipe down my hatchback. I will stick with Clearwater car wash... better and less expensive.

Worst experience I've ever had. I'm completely disappointed in the job they did. First timer at pdq today and it was a quarter job what i paid for it. The interior and exterior wasn't even clean like I expected. When they say full interior and exterior clean I expect the car to be clean and spotless. When I got my car back there was still dirt and dust in the interior and still black grime and dirt on the outside of the car. I can honestly say I will never bring my car back there again. At least I know if I would have done it myself it would have been clean. The total was $42 I could have did a way better job myself and only spent half the cost at Walmart. This place is only good for cleaning cars that are already clean the shifter boot was still dirty the door handles still had dust in them and you could see where they didn't whip, the bumper cover still had mud on it in my eyes it was a poor way to clean a car.

They offer a lot, charge a moderate price for it, and fail to deliver on any of it. I ended up with rag streaks all over the exterior, water standing on the barely clean floor mats, and a dash they didn't even bother to wipe off.

They do a decent job and they really make it easy on the customer, but cleanliness leaves some to be desired. I understand missing some spots with the vacuum, but I find it annoying when there is interior cleaner that is sprayed on and never wiped off.

Just left there (the Appleton location) after spending $30 and I had to go straight to the store to buy a rag and interior cleaner to re-wipe down my counsel and car doors. Save the money and do it yourself. Outside looked good but no effort put forth for the interior. Pretty sad that I wasted that much money on a car wash and had to wash it myself anyways.

I have always found PDQ to have excellent service. I almost always go for the base cleaning and they do a good job. I always look it over and they have been very responsive when I ask them to redo a rough area or give extra care to one of my vehicle's unique trouble spots. Staff always treats me with respect. I find the prices are a bit on the high end for what I would like to pay but when compared to when quick wash at the gas station I think the value is there. I generally work during the hours they have available, so it would be nice if they had more availability on the weekends. I had a major spill and for 5 dollars there broke out their carpet shampooer and cleaned it up for me.

I take all of our family vehicles to PDQ. They may not do a great job every time, but they are pretty consistent. The Clean Freq is a great deal and you should consider it. I wish they still did full car detailing.

Doe anyone know what's going on at this place? We had a gift certificate. Turns out you need to go inside to change the gift certificate to a gift card, then get a code to be punched in on the car wash machine. Took way longer than we expected for a simple exterior wash.

Place did a great job on my mothers car. It had not been cleaned properly in over a year the amount of time and care that went into the cleaning was far above what I can see ever being promised. Good job to all the workers and thanks for doing the job correctly. Get a pay raise please to these good people.

First time customer with PDQ. Got the “managers special” today. I cleaned everything out of my truck so they could vacuum the inside without anything getting in their way. There was nobody in line so the employees shouldn’t have been stressed for time and it’s like they didn’t vacuum at all. There was still dog hair on the center console and I didn’t expect it to be perfect but not even doing the center console??I’d say the wash part of the package was really good and they took their time hand drying door jams. The description of the “managers package” also included a custom wheel cleaning and there was no such cleaning on my vehicle. Why advertise it if you’re not going to do it? I ended up vacuuming the inside myself whenI got home. Overall, not impressed.

Have brought my cars here a few times and have never really been happy with the work they have done. Windows don't get cleaned. The armor all application is shotty at best, they miss a ton of spots. I end up going home and cleaning more than they did. The people seem friendly but when you are paying 25-45 dollars for a car wash and interior clean, it should be done well. I paid for the Superior Interior clean and it didnt look any better than the managers special *which isnt great but at least that one is only 25 dollars* If I am paying more I should see better results.....

Quick yes, high quality no. Paid for the superior interior package, but ended up having to finish the job myself when I got home. They offer a satisfaction guarantee, but it's not quick if you have to return to get your car cleaned again.

Very disappointed to say the least. Paid $30 for the managers special My truck came out with big water spots on it, partially vacuumed out. Window cleaner sprayed on the windshield from driver side to passenger side and never wiped. Big thumb print on my rear view mirror. Feel that I would of had a cleaner truck if I would have went to Kwik trip down the street and got the $8 wash.

Very quick, at any level of service (basic, interior). I was in the waiting room for 10 minutes and was flagged to come out to my jeep; I thought here was an issue, but the cleaning was complete! Interior and exterior looked, smelled amazing. I haul lumber often, leave the top off for days, get rained in...so my jeep gets all sorts of dirty...and it looks perfect after 1 cleaning. Very impressed

I had an interview one day after being called and they forgot about me. The interviewing manager had skipped out early that day and not one person in the building was notified of any interview. This just shows the extremely low level of profesionalism within this company. I would never take my vehicle there or recommend that anyone else use their services.Take it to professionals who care about their business.

Paid to get the extra deep clean interior done and it was no different than a regular wipe down and a lot of it was still dusty. This is the second time, so I won't be going back. Probably great if you just want an average wash and clean and don't want to do it yourself.

The last 2 times I've been to this carwash have been horrible. Today is the last time I will ever go there! The service was horrible! My truck was not cleaned well inside or out. The inside doesnt look any different besides the dash being dusted. I got the manager special... I hate to see what the regular car wash includes. This place is a joke! My truck took 1 hr and 20 min there because they literally got a truck stuck in their car wash before me. Go somewhere else!!!

I went to this PDQ on the evening of July 6 right before we left on vacation. We hadn't packed yet so the truck was empty. We ordered the Manager's Special and upgraded it with some extras including mat washing for our 2015 Ford F150. I have gone to the PDQ in Green Bay several times and had excellent service but this was the first time at this one. I am very disappointed. Every window was smeared on the inside. The carpeting had a lot of debris left on it. I will say that the rubber mats were gorgeous but still wet when placed back in the truck. When you are driving 4+ hours into the sun the last thing you want is streaky windows to look through. I would expected better for the 40 dollars I paid.

The elderly salesman whipped my door open and yelled managers special so I felt pressured to do that because he didn’t have anything showing what kind of washes there was. No explaining or anything, then after that he proceeded to tell me his back story about his back, no pun intended.. The vacuuming job was very nice though don’t get me wrong and I enjoyed how my car looked but the service at the beginning sucked

I am disappointed in PDQ. They used to do a good job at cleaning my vehicles. The last two times I have gone my vehicle has not been vacuumed properly. Today there was still dirt on the carpet at an easy to reach place. While sitting in line I watched the young man vacuum the car in front of me. The man spent only seconds at each part of the car's interior. I understand they can not do a great detailed job, but this was ridiculous. I was hoping the car in front of me was maybe just not very dirty so he didn't need to spend a lot of time on the vacuuming. After getting my vehicle back I know this was not the case. They are just not doing a good job. It costs too much money for that poor service.
