Jilly's gets the job done right. A kind, helpful staff is always onsite to help and will offer complimentary dashwipes and scents for your vehicle. Paying for your wash is easy, the queue will move quickly (if there even is one), and the wash itself is effective and worth your money. After your wash, you can utilize a parking still with vacuums and cleaning equipment to detail the inside of your car. This is a HUGE bonus in my eyes. Jilly's also has an unlimited pass that you can try if you like to keep your car shining every day of the week. Totally worth it in the months where ice and salt cake your car!

BUYER BEWARE - After purchasing the "SUPER WASH" here is what I found. The staff were nice, but didn't put much effort into pre-wash. The car wash itself conveyors your car thru the wash very quickly. The entire wash cycle took about 1:20. MOST of the salt was removed from the car with the exception of the lower body panels and door jams. The wash failed to rinse ALL of the soap off of the car. It leaves soap residue on the paint on the rear areas and heavy foam in all of the door jams along with salt that wasn't removed. I wanted to test this car was BEFORE buying a monthly contract with them. My final opinion was that it is a high-speed car wash with marginal results. I had high hopes, but was let down by the quality of the wash. Do yourself a favor and test the wash before buying a monthly contract. THIS WAS MY FIRST IMPRESSION.

Does a great job, only gripe was the towels left out at the detailing stations were all wet, so using to them to wipe on the supplied Armor All (nice touch) came out a little blotchy. Otherwise a great car wash that I'll be going back to.

This place is GREAT! Attendants to start your wash to address areas that need extra attention on your vehicle. Mine happened to be hundreds of caked on bugs. I came out bug-free! Bought the $10 wash (1 level higher than the basic wash) twice now and have been highly pleased. This last time I paid an extra $3 for an armor all tire shine and it really made a difference! Clean towels with 3 types of cleaning products (armor all, carpet cleaner & glass cleaner) and vacuums all included. My car looks better than it has in ages. I also love that they give you a dash wipe & air freshener before the wash. I wipe the dash while I go thru the machine. I won't likely go anywhere else, as I feel I really get my moneys worth and Im signed up for their "Thanx" rewards. Careful though... the parking spots are slippery likely from people improperly using armor all.

Decent low price car wash if you're just interested in getting "most" surface dirt off. A better wash, with prewash cost more and the base wash leaves most dirt on the back of the car with poor cleaning of lower panels and tires. They do provide Terry cloths, window cleaner, armour all, and carpet cleaner to clean the interior. Vacuums have low suction so cleaning the carpets takes time. Overall does what you pay for at a minimum.

Amazing experience with the $18 wash. The crew pre-washed my whole vehicle by hand and even got in the tiny crevice in my underbody spoiler that goes around the bottom of the entire car (no one else has done this!). Tires have never looked better since I drove my vehicle off the lot a year ago!

Love my new car wash spot. I go just about every week to every other week. Love the vacuum bays where I can wipe down water spots, clean car matts and of course vacuum up runaway French fries or kid snacks. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, often times, I have trouble through the automatic lift gate thru the "fast pass" lane. It gets kind of annoying.

I use Jilly's Monthly plan and it is the best bargain ever. Unlimited washes at less than $25 a month is great. This also included free dash wipes that work great. They do a nice job on my F-150 and I am very happy with the service.

Great car wash. You can buy a monthly package for unlimited washes or pay as you need one. They spray your car ahead of time to get the bugs and grime off before you go through the automatic wash. When you're done, you have free access to the vacuums, a detailing air sprayer (to get in the cracks where dust builds), dash cleaner, carpet cleaner, & fresh towels. I like cleaning the inside of my car myself so this place is perfect. They also have heated dryers. You should definitely try it out.

Bought a monthly package to keep my truck shiny.... always! Love it. Had a similar wash in Milwaukee we loved that we could swing through on the way to work every few days to shine up the ride and were worried we wouldnt find another one out here that was as good..... but lo and behold..... jillys! Employees have always been nice, knowledgeable and well trained. Location isnt perfect but it works and only adds a couple minutes to our drive to work so all in all very happy we found this place!

A good car wash is hard to find and this place is not one. $18.87 Wash and I have Micro Scratches all down the side of my truck and the wheels were not clean. Tire shine only covered half my tire. Pretty ridiculous.

I've been a member here for 3 years now and chose the $50 elite package (well worth the money). Keeping a very clean car is very important to me which makes me very picky in choosing my car washes. I'm very impressed with Jillys overall. Easily the best car wash I've been through. My car always comes out looking like brand new every time. The staff has always been phenomenal, even when they are slammed busy. The supplies you get are great and always well stocked. I recently had some concerns with the washes machinery and soaps that most people probably wouldn't even notice (again as i'm a picky car wash guy). I emailed the owner Jon and he responded very quickly, addressed my concerns, and made the appropriate corrections the next day. He is one of the rare business owners that listens to his customers, cares about quality, and cares about customer service. I'll continue to recommend his wash to everyone I know!

I just changed from another Waukesha monthly car wash over to Jilly's. I compared several car washes in the area and I thought I was satisfied with my old one until I took my salt covered Jeep into Jilly's in Pewaukee . The results were fantastic I like the conveyor belt is great on the wheels and the speed of the brushes is perfect gets the car clean without beating it up. Only downside so far is the size an location of the RFID I wish it could be smaller and placed behind the mirror where it is more out of sight. I took off one star for that but it more of a 1/2 star issue.
