This place totally SUCKS! They offer an $8 wash,that you cannot get,you have to pay $10, plus tax, so,$10.51. It's cash operated,try putting 51 cents in this thing- spits the coins right back outta the machine and on to the ground, which of, course,there's no room to open your door to retrieve it, hope it wasn't your last penny... guess they've geared this wash for only those who use plastic and don't care what they spend, or what they get for their money. Car wash was average,at best,and was not even dry,inspite of their highly boasted "turbo drier" system. Will never use this place again... "Ever!" Just don't need the aggravation...

Extremely happy with the quality of service for the Interior cleaning package. Jilly's did a great job of scheduling the service, being on time and efficient in their work and their attention to details in cleanliness! My vehicle looked and smelled "like new" again! Highly recommend this service for anyone wanting a deep clean for their vehicle!

Came here to wash and vacuum my car before getting ready for a trade in on it this week. Their washer broke my antenna and they refused to do anything about it because of some crap disclaimer they have on a sign. I understand scratches and dings happen- but it literally broke something on my car, and that's not OK. I know the antenna isn't a huge deal, but a company should take responsibility for their service and equipment. I've been to other similar car washes with several different cars, including this one, and never had a problem before now. Don't bother coming here if you want your car to come out worse than how it went in. Just go to a touchless wash- your car's trade-in value will thank you later! The vacuum didn't damage my car at least, so I guess I can give them credit there.

I’ve been going here for 5 years, with 3 different cars. Never had a problem until a few days ago, my brand new car got a very bad scratch on it that can’t be buffed out and minor other scratches. They treated me like a lying scammer and told me I’d have to prove it was the car wash that did it. The real question is, can they really prove it wasn’t the car wash??? There’s no way they can. Can I prove it? No. The point is that I’ve spent lots of money here on gas and car washes, they should not treat long time customers this way. Never thought this would happen here.

I got the premier interior package for my 2015 SUV. My car was pretty funky after moving and after a long Wisconsin winter. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I expected to find some issues. I was wrong! They did an excellent job. I couldn’t find any dust, even checked the vents. Inside and outside perfectly clean. They exceeded my expectations. Definitely will recommend them to my friends and family.

Don’t bother unless you want to take a chance on getting a scratched up vehicle that they will do nothing about. Terrible communication through entire process of trying to reconcile damages to only be told three weeks later nothing can be done and we couldn’t prove it was the car wash. “If we went around painting every car that got damaged at our wash we would be out of business” exact words from the manager, Tony. Save yourself the hassle and go to a touchless!

This is a car wash that knows about their service properly. I came here a couple of weeks ago and inquired about their car wash. I talked to an employee that was very knowledgeable about washing cars. He told me about each car wash available and even told me about a monthly plan available. I usually hand wash my car and this was my first automatic car wash tunnel. I bought the Ultimate wash, and I could not have been happier with the quality of the wash. I was greeted at the entrance, and I was given a free air freshener and a dash wipe. I was guided into the wash tunnel and the employee prepped my vehicle and sent me into the tunnel. The actual car wash itself is amazing. Plenty of foam, flashing lights, and all I had to do was sit in neutral while my car was pushed through the tunnel. After I had washed my car, I used the free vacuums and supplies to detail my car on the inside. The employee that washed my vehicle came to make sure I was satisfied with the wash. I am impressed. He told me his name was Pat. Well done Jilly's.

Outstanding community partner. Clean, well-lit, grade A car wash, free vacuums and detailing. Don't buy the "discrimination" garbage, either; I see POC in here every visit, both customers and employees.

Purchased a wash at elm grove location. While drying car off I noticed scratches on hood about 2-3 inches long in the same pattern(striking paint at bottom of hood and brushing up). The cashier took my information down and I waited for a call. After 3 days I had to call myself and speak to the manager, Tony, who told me this kind of thing happens all the time and they will buff it out. It took two weeks of calling the store to finally set up a time to get the scratches out. When some of the deeper scratches didn’t come out, I spoke with Tony again and he said there was nothing else that could be done. When I pushed a little harder he told me I could speak with the owner. After another 10 days, and a few follow up calls later, I was finally able to speak to the owner who proceeded to deny all fault and told me that Tony never admitted to fault. I would think twice before taking your car here or any other wash with brushes. They will gladly take your money, give you an average wash, and then accept no fault when they cause damage.

I went to get a car wash at your facility in Elm Grove and I’m deeply disappointed in the service I received. I purchased the more expensive $15 car wash, expecting my car to be cleaner than it was upon entering it. Low and behold, the back side of the vehicle was untouched, and there was streaking and splatters of cleaning product throughout the exterior of my vehicle. In addition to that, there were new scrapes on my vehicle that weren’t there prior to using your services! I’m deeply disappointed at the service I received. I will be telling people to avoid your services in the future. Why spend money on a car wash if I have to get another one to clean the mess left by the other one? Ridiculous.

I had bought 4.19 gallons of gas at this gas station and one day later after using it in a Power Washer and a Chain Saw, both stopped working. Both had been previously working prior to using the gas. The gas can I used to transport and hold the gas was a 5 gallon gas can that I use consistantly; it had barely a nibble of gas in the very bottom of it prior to me putting the new stuff in. Obviously, if filled with 4.19 gallons of gas (and it wasn't filled to the top), there couldn't have been an ample amount of old gas in the tank to affect anything. Upon trying to return the gas (we had to siphon it out of the power washer), the station said it did not have the ability to dispose of the gas and would not return my money. No matter what was said, the owner denied any responsibility and was not at all helpful. I wasn't looking for repair costs for the equipment that stopped working; all I was looking for was the $16 I spent on the gas. That's completely unacceptable to do to a customer and I hope everybody thinks twice about using their gas for small engines......
