Phenomenal service. My car is a 2007 Trailblazer. My car was cleaned so well that it looked like the day I bought it. This is the second time that I had my car detailed. This will be a yearly event. The staff are friendly and experts in their profession. They were able to accommodate my limited scheduling dates. I won't go any where else.

First off, Carlos was professional and very nice. I have never spent this much to detail a car and I do not know if the $445 that I spent on my 2006 BMW X3 was over priced for comprehensive inside and out cleaning. I am pleased with the results. My car looks brand new and I would not hesitate to have it done again next year by California Detailing.

Excellent car wash location. Free vacuums, towels for wiping down your car, window cleaner, carpet cleaner, and even Armor All sprays. Car wash employees do a fantastic job here making sure to get all those pesky bugs off of your vehicle before entering the wash tunnel. I am able to use my existing Jilly's wash pass to wash my car at all 3 of their locations

I think they shouldn’t allow the car vacuums to only car wash costumers. How about have anyone pay for them to use? Definitely not somewhere I will get my car wash again, I should be able to get a car wash and clean the inside of my car on different days. On the plus side, the place up the street welcomes anyone to pay and use their vacuums.

AWESOME car wash. Workers paid extra attention to the areas of my car that the automated wash never touches. The free air freshener & wipe were a nice add on & their prices are very reasonable. Dryer is pretty wack but no worse than any other car wash. Ive hooked about 4 or 5 other ppl into going here for a car wash & they've all loved it. I've used the car wash across the street for YEARS but i came here shortly after it re-opened & haven't been to anywhere else since. It also helps that i only get gas at BP's so this just makes everything more convenient. I've never had any problems in the wash (although i do think its a bit wide & if you dont line your car up JUST right the right side doesn't get washed as good) & never noticed any issues/marks on my car afterwards (i drive a Challenger just for reference). I do hate gas stations that play music/radio but that's just a personal thing. They're in a really inconvenient location that makes them a pain in the butt to get in & out of in traffic if you're going East on Capitol but what are you gonna do...

I have been taking my cars to Brookfield Car Wash for 13 years. The last 2 times the car was poorly finished. For $43 the wheels were not dresses, windows not clean, bumpers not clean, door jams dirty. I will never take a car here again! When I contacted the manager on duty, he was apathetic.

I used to love this place. Great price for unlimited carwashes, nice area to clean out the inside of the car with towels and cleaning supplies. Then I started noticing small scratches popping up all over my car and asked a few other people that use them if they noticed any new scratches, and sure enough they were wondering the same thing! So not 100% sure it's the wash, but I am about 95% sure it is. But hey, give it a try, and just keep an eye out for that! Anyone else with that same problem? If not, I'll start going back.

Bought a used car that smelled like dog and cigarettes. To make matters worse, the windows were open when it rained--hard--and added mildew to the bouquet. We paid $70 for a thorough vacuum and $30 for ozone treatment: we are very pleased with the results! Jilly's appointment system was easy, prompt, and flexible (other portering/detailing services had no appointments for 4 weeks). Well done, Jilly's!

Favorite car wash, I literally drive out here from Saint Francis instead of going to the Mister Car Wash up the road because of the customer service, friendly employees, free dash wipe and air freshener, and the cleaning products and compressed air! I work out of my car in sales so it gets messy all the time and I come here at least a few times a month, looks brand new and saves me a fortune on detailing! I honestly tell everyone to go to Jilly's!

My Son recently bought a car that was seriously mistreated by the previous owner. Carpeting, matts, floors, seats, door panels etc, were horrendously dirty, I thought beyond the point where it could be cleaned. I brought it in to Jilly's for the deluxe complete detailing service, explaining that I understand if they cannot get it completely clean. When I picked it up, I was extremely surprised to see that they got every stain out, every spec of dirt off and finished it perfectly. We will be back again with all of our vehicles. Thanks!!

Was a regular user of Brookfield car wash for 14 years. Unfortunately, I think Jillys messed up a good thing. Brookfied car wash would power wash your car and hand dry it. No longer with Jillys. If your car is just dusty it will probably clean it ok but don’t expect much more than a good rinse. Bummer.

Lovely staff but minimum effort applied. Went in to mainly get the encrusted salt out of the driver side carpet but was disappointed when it was still there after the job was done. I am convinced that little effort was placed in doing the carpet. It looked like it was gone over once or twice which is not a problem because it was not an overall visible nasty mess. I just really needed that salt removed. Maybe if I had a luxury vehicle more effort would have been made.

Was recommended to try Jilly's Car Wash for their "Ultimate Detail". I must say that the interior of my car was definitely the "worse for wear" when I brought it in. The carpets were encrusted with salt from the winter, and the interior door panels were grimy. When I picked the car up, I almost couldn't believe it. The car's interior looked showroom new. A great Job!!!

I have never had a car detailed before, and Jilly's surpassed my expectations. It was like getting into a brand new car. It was a typical kid mobile with mashed cheerios in the rug and a faint old milk smell. Not anymore. This was a treat to myself, like a pedicure. So worth it!

My experience with Jilly’s started off right from the start. I really liked being able to book my appointment online. I then received an email message to set up the appointment. I was able to drop my car off a little earlier to accommodate my work schedule. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. The car was in terrible shape when I dropped it off that morning. The car I drove home was so clean and shiny. I was very happy! My daughter smoked in the car and there was lingering smoke smell so it could have used some air freshener. I did get the ultimate detail package and for my sedan that was about $210 with tax. It was worth every penny!

For a $19 wash, it was sub par. Cleaning stations are solid. Paid for wheel wash as part of the top option and it was terrible. Had to hand wash the wheels to even have it look somewhat decent. Back of the SUV was still dirty - had to use hand towels to manually wash the back.

This is the second time I've used Jillys. First time very nice person gave me air freshener and dash wipe, but notice some dirt still on my car when I got home. Today, no airfreshner or wipe, grumpy looking people at the beginning. But do love the free vacuum and towels at end.

Very reasonable price for the automated wash which includes a bug scrub before entering by an attendant, hand dried at the end to prevent water spots! About the Same price as Kwik Trip with more attention! And 5 day rain guarantee, I will go nowhere else. I'm going to try out their vehicle detailing next....

We moved from Chicago this summer. We were very pleased with the service. Detailing price is very reasonable especially having lived in Chicago and the service was great and workmanship much better than Chicago. We had all 3 cars detailed, including my teenage son's disaster of a mess. It came out almost like a new car. Very pleased and easy to schedule which is a big deal for me as I am very particular to details and thoroughness of any work done. We will be using Jilly's for our regular carwash as well. I had my vehicle detailed at Jilly's and they did a wonderful job. We have a dog that sheds quite a bit, and when I got my car back I couldn't see a single strand of hair from him. I also have rubber mats that looked awful after the winter and spring and my entire car looked better than the day I bought it. I've used the car wash quite a few times and always been happy with the service as well. Would highly recommend Jilly's and I'll definitely be coming back.

Really disappointed in the service that this carwash has provided me with; I went there on Sunday 12/16/18 at 11:45am with no problems with my car; until exiting the carwash I noticed my tire was completely at zero, The GM Rob advised me to bring my tire over and stated that nothing in the car wash could've possibly done that to my car. As unlikely as it was my tires had no issues and now all of the sudden my whole tire pressure sensor is just gone as I was exiting the car wash which the cameras clearly show my car having a fully aired tire arriving and before even getting out the pressure was at 0. Will never go to a Jilly's again. I was told I'm sorry for nothing and there was nothing he could do for me.
