Took my 300 in for a wash and told them to wash and vacuum the seats. When it came out and was done I had to grab one of there rags to finish cleaning the inside because window's were smeared yet from my dog, they didnt vacuum at all floor had dirt on the carpet and back seat was still dirty the dash was still dusty. Wont go back because for $22.04 it wasn't worth the price and I dont like sitting on a wet seat.

I have visited this company twice and both times i had to have my truck vacuumed over both times. Then one of the workers insulted my other half if she was OCD because she had them rewash the inside of the windshield because they did a crappie job. The workers are lazy and don't want to do their job. I guess they don't want the business.

I took pictures and plan on going back later today to demand a refund or have it re-cleaned. This is ridiculous. I bought the most expensive package (around $27 after tax) just for it to be the worst cleaning I have ever received. I wish I would have looked at my car before I left them a $10 tip. The carpet CLEARLY still has crumbs, salt, etc on it. The driver door still had the dirt from where my shoes hit. There was some salt residue on my back seat that would easily come off with a damp rag that is still there. I am extremely upset, and I will never suggest this place to anyone!!

I like to have a super detailed car cleaning and this is my choice when temperatures drop. I was a little disappointed last week with the quality. My windows were smudgy, things weren't dried fully. I had a free stub to go back within a week for a free exterior wash. I couldn't find my stub. The staff found my receipt and took care of everything. They even vacuumed out my trunk when l asked. Good people. Nice recovery. Thank you.

Waited for 40 minutes only to find out a hose broke and they couldn't wash cars. I was given a token for the wash I paid for instead of my money back. Guess they think people's time is free. First and last time there!

Didn't even look like they opened the backend of my car when vacuuming. Leaves and dirt still laying in the seal for the door, back of the seats were full of stuff yet as well. Lazy job overall. Will take my business else where from now on.

They are better than the automatic washes as they vacuum and wipe the inside. I utilized my free exterior wash within a week since it snowed and there was salt on my car. They missed the entire section under my doors which is the most likely place for rust to start. That did not make me happy but as a general rule, this is a pretty good car wash.

I have worked at this place and I have to say it was the worst job I have ever worked at. We were forced to work in the heat or cold everyday, and for our lunch breaks we never had a proper break room.. There is a lot more bad things that I won’t say. This place made me mad, sad, and very depressed. I’m glad that I am no longer at this company. It’s a real blessing
