There was always a long line on nice days. Not anymore. Went there yesterday. Car really needed to be cleaned. High prices did not equal great work. Missed areas all over the car. Don't go until they do something about the lousy service and crazy prices.

Been to other locations and they've been OK. I always have to put a note in my compartment that I keep spare change in otherwise it gets stolen. Today I had a wash and the interior was poorly vacuumed in the front and rear was untouched, my note that said not to steal my change was crumpled and change was mostly gone anyway, and even though they said they wipe down all the jambs my trunk was frozen shut and when I pryed it open it had lots of ice inside, slightly damaging a few things. Phone went unanswered and posts to their Facebook page were deleted and then comments were turned off. Extremely unprofessional

Really disappointed with service here on Friday. Started using this location in January and service the last few times I've been there has been less than spectacular. Friday, when I got there, there were more guys sitting outside eating lunch than working. Those that were working, were not paying much attention to what they were doing. One man was working on passenger side of my car - missing lots of spots including windows, as I was watching and telling him where to wipe. He on the other hand kept telling other workers someone needed to do the other side. Finally someone came over and wiped it, but then came back and did passenger side. Skipped back completely until I drew attention to it. In the mean time, they put mats in that belonged to another car. Again, I had to tell them they weren't mine and they had to remove them. Not sure I can return here any time soon:(

I've given this place a few chances since it changed hands but I'm done. Every experience worse than the last. My last visit, I got an express detail and the guy washed my floor mats, saying it wasn't part of the express detail but he threw it in anyway as a bonus. But he neglected to tell me that he put the floor mats back in the car soaking wet. Within a few days, my brand new car smelled like a musty basement. I took it it back and instead of redoing the detail and fixing the problem, they just said they were going to "spray the mats" to which I asked "is that really going to do anything?" He said, "if it still smells bring it back and we'll shampoo the mats." As if I have time to go back and forth to the car wash every few days. Obviously, the spray did absolutely nothing and I had to wash them myself. This disorganized, poorly-run trainwreck of an operation will never see another dime from me.

I thought they did a bad wash job when I saw the specs on my car. Then I looked close and the paint on my car was chipped all over the place. Great concept, terrible equipment execution.

Depending on who's working, there is very little attention to detail. Horrible job on the tires, wheels, and windows; I had to go over my car again when I got home. It is not worth $26 for a full service. I will not be returning.

Used the attached service center to do some work on my vehicle. For people that claim they know what they are doing, they are pretty damn stupid. The stupidity has resulted in me spending nearly 700 additional dollars to replace parts what where not properly installed. (Might I add that my wheel nearly came off going down the highway less than a month after the work was done). I will never return or recommend this establishment.

I called to get an oil change and they were too busy. I understand that, so I went for a car wash when I was done with work. I was holding to get both done at tje same time. It was busy so I was able to sit and watch a man on on a stool in the service department. There were no cars in the shop, I though maybe they had a cancellation. I called and watched the man sitting on a stool, put down his cell phone and anwser the shop phone. I asked again if I could get an oil change and again was told "Im too booked for today." I now was getting out of my car for the wash. I hung up with him and walked the long hallway to pay for my wash. I looked over in the wash to see what was going on and the machine was stopping and the car was moving down the wash. I looked at the brushes on the wash and they were caked with dirt! I wanted my car out but it had already been put in. This wash scratched my car, bad. Don't believe me, just look at the finger style foam that pounds your car covered in dirt and you will know this is all true. I had asked when paying " does the mechanic shop get busy?" They replied "sometimes Frank gets busy, but not often." I understand why, this place is the worst, don't waste your time or money. Dirt you can wash off but these scratches will not be fixed by just a car wash.

I bought the most expensive car was $24.00 . The car wasn't vacuumed properly and I had to remind them to wash the floor mats thru there machine which is included in the ultimate wash. Then they get an attitude when I remind them of that . Everybody makes mistakes but then getting upset with the customer is unacceptable......

Scheduled my car for a detail. Person on the phone said Tosa location was “wide open” and it would be no problem. Got a call 90 minutes before my Appt to say they are overbooked and can’t get it done. Needed it done and can’t reschedule. Wouldn’t recommend using this place at all...not my first negative experience and today’s schedule snafu simply bush league.

I didn't even realize the place was sold and turned over to a local chain until I was already in line. Gone was my $22.00 wash that over the years has left me a very clean and nice smelling car, inside and out. The new owners charge extra for what used to be included. Seems all they care about is ramming through vehicles at a frenetic pace and collecting their money. I was left with a wet dripping car, no clean windows, no clean floor mats, no more fresh interior scent, and bugs still stuck all over the front of the vehicle. They left my car unattended, with the keys and ignition running practically out in the street so they could fill the inside bays with other cars coming out of the wash behind mine. Real smart. There is a rash of cars being stolen in the area, it's only a matter of time before someone jumps in one of these unattended cars and speeds off. The old Wash Brite staff is gone, those guys never did stuff like that and always did an excellent job. Full Service Car Wash is anything but. Never coming back, never recommending these hacks to anyone.

An 15 dollar grocery item was stolen out of back of van that I had just purchased. Groceries were not even taken out of the car yet. I had piled the items in back of car so I know it was there and on the top of the groceries. When I went back to let manager know he told me he couldn't help me and was very rude. Will never go there again.

I paid $68.66 to have my truck washed inside out. I was told it would look brand new when I got it back. I walked out to get in and my bumper was filthy! I had to ask the guy that was cleaning my windows if that part wasn’t included in the package cause it was completely missed. My back windows were also completely missed. For almost $70 I expected to have a spotless and clean vehicle! I am so completely disappointed and upset with myself for wasting so much money on a half assed job. Next time I’ll pay the $10 and go to scrubadub, at least I know what to expect there.

I rarely complain or leave reviews but, this is certainly review worthy! $20+ and they put soaking wet car mats back in my car, didn't vacuum it out, clean dash or center council. It's as if I drove through a water only car wash. Don't waste your time and save your money vs pay $20+ for a wash that looks $3

Purchased an unlimited car wash at the Hales Corners location, that was supposed to be accepted at any FSCW location. When I visited Bluemound, they didn't find a record of my license plate in their computer system, even though I had a receipt from Hales Corners showing my purchase. Instead, they implied I was a liar, and said if the computer doesn't show it, they won't honor it. I will be cancelling my monthly membership, recommending to my friends and family that they avoid this place, and will be looking for someone else to wash my car.

So I spent $30+ on what was advertised as a full service wash, but really it's a machine wash plus a one-minute vacuuming and a two-minute "drying". By which I mean a damp rag will be run over your car with zero attempt at actually leaving your car dry. When all was said and done my car was cleaner but damp, and there was actually water dripping from the door jambs - which I point out because door jamb drying was specifically listed as something that comes with the "best" wash. Oh and a tip was basically solicited up front, which just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Like dude I don't know how much to tip you, I haven't seen your work yet. I settled for a basic 18% which, given the outcome, was probably too much. The $5 exterior wash here is maybe worth it; anything above and beyond is not.

Since it changed owners the service isn't the same. I paid for the inside to be cleaned and the cup holders weren't even touched the carpet is still dirty and there's still mud on the panels of the passenger door. The Mats I paid extra for are not that clean.

Very bad detailing job. I usually go to octopus, but they were closed so I tried Wash Brite. I was especially disappointed with the vacuuming- there was still a lot of crud and hair in between the seats and on the floor. The leather was so over conditioned that I was sitting in goo all the way home. Detailing is an expensive service, and I expected a lot more, especially because it took them 45 minutes. Will not go again.

I took two of my company vehicles here to get them detailed at the end of summer. Myself and two other female employees dropped off the two vehicles. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, the harassment started. One of my staff members refused to get out of the vehicle due to FSCW staff members catcalling. I went inside to drop off keys and pay, gave my desk number and personal cell phone number to whom I am assuming is the manger, so he could call me when my vehicle was ready. At the end of the day, FSCW staff called me and said my vehicles were ready. When we arrived, they were not ready... staff just wanted us to come back out so they could flirt. Upon receiving my keys, after standing in the parking lot for 30 minutes and telling staff I did not want to give them my cell phone number, they gave us our musty smelling vehicles. Two hours later, I received 2 missed calls from a 414 number on my personal phone, and after ignoring them, someone from FSCW tried tracking my iPhone WITHOUT MY CONSENT. After telling my boyfriend about the situation later that evening, he tried calling and reporting to the FSCW chain.. but was turned away, since it is now privately owned. For the love of god, do not take your vehicles here. This is absolutely not okay customer service.

Wash Brite is deeply missed. I arrived for the overpriced $22 basic wash to discover a $3 charge per car mat. Once I arrived inside, I noticed extensive dirt around the door handles (due to the winter weather) which the drying attendant said "will happen cause it's cold outside" really? after I just overpaid for a bad wash? I didn't need a reminder. I won't be returning. The manager's rude attitude at check out was the most entertaining part of the experience.

Went in today after a long period of time between washes. I specifically told the guy I wanted the 24.00 wash and joked that i still had bugs on my front end and could they give that some attention. My rims were also covered in brake residue thus the package that included the wheel and tire shine. As the car went through the wash it made it to the end for final detail. Within minutes the guy flagged me down as if it was done. I still noticed that the car was not completely dried off but the guys moved on to the next car. I left and as I drove away noticed all.of my quarters in the console were missing. About 2 bucks worth. I got home and still bug residue on the car, wheels and rims were not done. This was the second time that I had sloppy service and change missing since the ownership change. Will never go back

The inside of my car was great except the windshield. It was filthy and smeared. It was worse than whenI brought it in. The outside was not finished on the hood or rims. So I brought out back. The windshield was still dangerously dirty and the outside was still not finished.

Took my car through here and found out after that something was in the brushes and made scaratches all the way down one side of the car. I took it in and spoke with the manager who took a look at it and said quote,"This doesn't happen at a car wash our brushes spin the other way, I don't know what you did there buddy." Two body shops confirmed it was from going through a car wash with brushes and this was the only car wash I had gone through.

Traveling on the IL tollway a week after your car wash at Wash Brite only to realize your once full cup of change in the glove box is EMPTY! Great job stealing change from a minivan with a mom and two small babies. I have never had this experience at Wash Brite before, but I will never give them the opportunity again. Glad I tipped $10 as well.

Hello, I just wanted to let your staff know that they do a horrible job on cleaning your car off, I simply ask the person who vacuums out your car to throw all the trash in garbage , and they didn’t , my mats were still dirty and I paid “$24.00” for the full wash including tire and rim shine, they didn’t do that at all, it’s almost a waste of time coming there, the People at the end cleans your car so fast it’s still wet everywhere , they left streaks all in my inside windows and it was just horrible, The hand car washes in Milwaukee our 15 bucks and they do 10x good then you guys. And they detail the inside for you, I wasn’t happy the first time I came there and I thought to give you guys a 2nd chance, but no that wasn’t a good Idea, if you guys can train your employees more on how to clean off a car and shine rims and tires and clean the inside up you’ll be better. But as of right now? Your staff is trash.

In July I went to Wash Brite Wauwatosa location to get car wash services. I paid for the 24.00 package that included inside and outside cleaning of my car. Upon leaving I discovered the inside of my car very filthy and untouched. I contacted Wash Brite right away and spoke with manager Jose. He took my license plates and informed me my next services will be free. I called the location today and spoke with them about the prior experience and to make sure my service would still be free when I came in today. I was informed it was and to come in. I was never informed over the phone it was under new management and no longer Wash Brite until after my services were completed. When I got in my car once again the inside was not done, the truck was not vacuumed, and the car was poorly done. When asked to speak to a manager he informed me they are no longer Wash Brite and the services I requested would be extra. Now I understand the change of management but I wouldn't have wasted my time coming there if I was informed that on the phone. The manager was very rude to me and spoke to me in a very nasty tone. While talking he proceeded to walk away from me. I entered the store to ask for a corporate number which no one was able to provide for me. I was told to go on line and find the information. The attendants try to make the situation better but got yelled at by the manager. I been coming to that location for years now and I have never dealt with so much disrespect and unprofessionalism. First car wash this spring. .....they did a excellent job..best $11.00 I have spent. I do have "Weather Tech " mats, which are $3.OO extra per mat..because they are hand washed....To top it off....I could bring the car back in 5 or 6 days for a free wash !!!

This place is horrible!!!!! They stole my sunglasses. Management was rude when I advised them of the theft. Beware of where you spend your hard earned dollars as this place will never get another dime of mines. Thanks Wash Brite enjoy those sunglasses as you have lost a valued customer!
