Those of you who say you were charged $10 for a couple minutes need to realize, yes, you are charged $10 to cover whatever time you might be there. BUT although that $10 shows up immediately on your checking account, it comes off within a day and the actual amount is charged.

You cannot see the LCD that tells you what the debit card charge is. I foolishly used it anyway. It charged me $10.00 to wash my own car for no more than 6 minutes. Be advised if you use your debit card, you will be charged an insanely high price. Lesson learned.

Nice economical car was with vacuums and two automatic wash bays. Usually crowded since there aren't too many of these in Vienna. No attendant. The bays are large enough for heavy equipment and personal trailers. Probably not for commercial stuff. The robotic voice is nice I guess? Also roll up your windows.

My last 3 visits have been miserable. I pay for the $12 car wash and my car looks like I haven't washed it in months. The bird excrement is still on my car and looks untouched. I have photos that I took today to prove it. I don't pay $12 for my car to look like it hasn't been cleaned.

I paid by credit card and was charged $10. I only quickly rinsed my car off, and the display said $2.50. My impression is that you get charged the full $10 regardless. Is this bait-and-switch, or fraud, or theft by taking? Postscript: Shortly after I posted the above, the charge was corrected in my bank account.
