I used to come here all the time to get a car wash or sometimes I would just use the vacuum. I hadn’t been there in a while and Today I came since they renovated and changed everything and I assumed it was still like every other place where you can specifically just pay to use the vacuums and not have to get a car wash, so we drove straight up to the vacuums. When my husband got out of the car a worker bombarded him and told him he had to pay for a wash to use the vacuums, and that “everyone else here already paid money” so we have too as well. We did not go there expecting to use the vacuums for free, we were not trying to “cheat” or something like he implied. We just thought it was a normal place where you can use the vacuums without having to pay for a car wash that’s probably $10. If he would have explained to us like a normal person we would have just gotten a car wash, but we no longer wanted to be there so we went down the street to a different car wash with a vacuum. Not coming back especially if the workers are going to treat us like we’re trying to steal.

Love love love! Staff is very friendly an helpful, amazing that you can have access to so many "free" items to help clean your car (vacuums, cleaning sprays an rags), I visit almost once a week! Highly recommend

I can't believe I'm leaving a review of a car wash but this place is amazing. I stopped by intending to get a cheap wash to usethe vacuums but I spent 20 on the managers special getting things I would have gotten at 5star auto spa for 60 or more! Some complaints of car damage from others but they have other bays that are no touch and self serve. If you have a lot of mouldings or fancy trinkets on your car I'd suggest these options, not just here but at every car wash. The free clean rags and multi surface cleaner along with the free vacuums makes this place a no brainer for people who dont want to spend hundreds of dollars on fancy products and tons of time in the heat to clean and detail their car.

Very nice wash. The automatic wash does a great job and is not too expensive and typically no wait. The manual washes sometimes get backed up. The free vacuums are nice.

I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima (bought brand new) through Valley Car Wash on 3/4/18. I was excited to check out their new wash - they had been closed a couple months for upgrades/remodeling. Unfortunately, the new car wash tore a piece of moulding off of my car which they later recovered but it was in unusable condition. The repair cost me $300 marking this the most expensive car wash I'd ever gotten. See attached pictures - I don't recommend this car wash now unless you want to destroy your expensive vehicle. The best the staff would offer me was a "Free wash". How many car washes do you think I could buy with $300 let alone the time I had to waste chasing down the part replacement and the service to get it done? See attached photos for damage and replacement costs.

I don't write reviews often and I have never been impressed by an automatic car wash. (Full disclosure I have a LARGE! BLACK! truck and I'm OCD!) So last night I went through the tunnel here strictly to rinse the salt off of my undercarriage. Wow, the results are amazing! Even this morning I walked out and was amazed! If you are in the area you owe it to yourself (and your vehicle) to try this place out! Well done!

Soft touch and touch free enclosed automatic options for those that need the extra scrubbing the touch provides. Four self service bays as well as six vacuums (which are expensive at $1.50). The soft touch automatic even runs in freezing temps!

Love the new renovations and the choice of no touch. The free vacuums after you clean your car is a huge plus along with offering towels and cleaner spray for your car. The employees are friendly too.

The best automated car wash in Winchester area. I'm confident in its ability to safely clean my 2018 Acura MDX. And if you don't like soft-touch washes they also have a touch-less wash with no risk of damage if your worried about that. Another customer complained they would not let them bring their Muddy vehicle through without pulling to side to clean heavy mud off first. Great! Saves chips and scratches on my car. Roughly 15 spots available with free vacuums as soon as you go through wash and complimentary clean microfiber towels to wipe down the water spots and interior. This place has earned my business. Give them a shot! I doubt you will be disappointed.

Freshly renovated with three great options to get your vehicle sparkling clean! I have tried the tunnel with soft brushes, touch free car wash with under body blast and self wash which is my favorite as I own a brand new car. No other place in town offers microfiber drying rags and detailing spray bottles to use while at premises. Great location with unbeatable prices!

My car looked amazing after their manager's special car wash. I went out of town and had every bug you can think of, die on the front of my car...that's another story. The owner was about to explain to me the issue that occured to the result of a not proper clean my last visit through the wash tunnel. Very professional response and that's great to have in their busisness. I will continue to use their services and to know that management is reasonable with their services makes me confident to use the wash tunnel 100%.
