All I want is a hotdog made correctly. Been multiple times and left reviews on those receipts but I guess nothing works. Tried to call and explain my frustration but get interrupted and not taken seriously! Get some new workers and managers in here that know what a job is.

I heard so much about the breakfasts so I gave them a shot - sorry I did. The chibatta role was stale the chicken was barely larger than a nugget and there was one half strip of bacon...are you kidding me? Just sell gas and get the hell out of the food industry.

I really like this location as it's one of the larger stores by having a drive-thru window. When weather is nasty and you want something more than the typical fast food restaurant you don't have to get wet going inside. Note: if you don't see it in the self service ordering screen just ask and someone will assist you. They put the "service" back into service stations like it use to be a few decades ago. Only thing I've never asked and would probably get from friendly staff is do I want the oil checked and would I like to have my tires checked. I you need assistance though they will help pump gas even though list it as self-service.

Stop changing the menu. Everytime I go in i usually order the same thing the Macho Nachos with Foritos Scoops now you cant get them anymore all the give you is regular round corn chips which suck if i wanted nachos like that i would have went to taco bell

Best Sheetz I've been to. Wifi works great and they have a little lounge area beside the dining one. This gas station is the closest thing I've found to a coffee shop in the area short of going to downtown Charleston.

Love the drive thru service and car wash option. Always stocked and ready to accommodate. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Too bad air pump rarely works

Always enjoy this place, but disappointed today because I got shnack wraps and everything was fine until i saw they totally forgot the sauce i ordered on all three of them :( hopefully a little more attentive in the future..
