I brought my black Ram 1500 in to get it cleaned up on September 6, 2018 about 1100. I had purchased the booklet of 5 tickets from a previous trip there and proudly handed the ticket to the man which greeted me once I got out of the vehicle. Personally I dont recommend this option because it seems like they dont have as much enthusiasm to do a good job. I had always had a pretty good job done there with my other vehicles and was excited to see how my truck would turn out as this was it's first wash job that wasn't an actual full detail job. Well, as I observed the first phase of their process, I can say with 100% certainty that it was not vacuumed or cleaned out very well at all. Next was the wash bay. Once it went through the wash cycle and exited the wash bay, I noticed some wires hanging from my drivers side mirror. Upon further inspection, their equipment completely ripped the cover off my driver's side mirror and damaged all the electrical components....meaning no lights, mirror movement from the control console inside the truck and I suppose heat. I asked to speak to someone in charge as this was going to get fixed....and not on my dime. Some old man, I am assuming Rollyson himself, showed up outback and looked at it and told me to take my truck to Geer Brothers on 4th Avenue as they were "familiar with him" to get it fixed. I left there and went to Geer Brothers. Once the estimator came out he found further damage beyond the obviously broken mirror. The passenger side mirror chrome was seriously scratched up to the point it needed replaced. He also found scratch and rub marks consistent with an incident that would have occurred during the wash process all over the drivers side front door, rear door and bed of the truck. I was shocked to see what I saw because that damage was definitely not on that truck prior to the wash job as I baby this truck and ensure it keeps clean and I know every square inch of that truck frontwards and backwards. The estimate for repair was over $1600. Rollyson called me and said he would fix the driver's mirror only and if I didn't like it, I could sue him. I think that this whole experience was horrible, Rollyson was rude, very disrespectful, dishonest and in general very unprofessional. My truck is marred now and I have to figure out how to fix it myself when I shouldn't have to.
I would stay away from there unless you want a job half done, your vehicle tore up and treated like a second class citizen. So disappointed in them, such a bad experience. They don't even deserve 1 star but zero stars are not an option.
