All but one lane was closed so they could “empty garbage and sweep” really?!?! You can’t do that BEFORE Or AFTER your business hours. Staff was NOT helpful or courteous. I can’t believe they are still in business. We will NOT be going back.

Location is not the best. Pulling out onto Rt 50 can take awhile depending on the time of day.

The most rude owner I have ever encountered. Refused to allow me to wash a Fiberglass Church Steeple that had snow and salt on it no mud or other debris. I have delivered Steeples all up and down the east coast and never been told not to rinse one off from the trip. The church members were really curious about this also. Maybe it's just me but I would think that if you were in the car wash business you would welcome such a customer no mud or animal waste from a trailer or four wheeler mud.oh well some people are just peculiar I guess. I'll never ever go there again and would encourage anyone else not to

So I put my $5 in the machine and before I could start to wash the owner came out and told me I wasn’t allowed to rinse out my truck bed. There was minimal debris left inside my truck bed after it was swept out before going to Mountain State Car Wash. I could understand if the bed hadn’t already been swept. He was very reluctant to refund my $5, and was surprised that I didn’t want to continue to wash the rest of my truck. I mean would you go to the car wash any only be allowed to wash half of your vehicle? Most likely not. I’m a local Bridgeport resident. It looks like I’ll not be supporting your local small business anymore. As for anyone else watch out for the rude owner as it has been stated in more reviews than just my own.
