Review as of: 9/10/2016 about 3pm. Vacuums are weak at best, had to spend $4.00 just to get my truck completely vacuumed out. Wash is awful, I needed to wash my truck after getting limestone dust all over it from Greer, started by rinsing, then wash, then rinse again - hose kept getting caught in foam brush hose on ceiling, foam brush didn't work at all, wash & rinse pressure were terrible, spent $11.00 and when i got home my wife asked: "did you wash your truck?" needless to say i'm not happy, think twice before going to this carwash.

Worst car wash I have ever used in my life (the automated one). I used the most expensive option with all the extra and still my car was pretty dirty. I guess that explains why there is no attendant there so you can’t complain about the service. Don’t waste your time or your money

This place is the worst car wash I've ever been to! My car was filthy from a long car ride, with bugs on the grill and dirt. I took it over here, and nearly all of the bugs were still on when it came out. Oh, and don't bother calling for a refund--the number goes to an awful dial tone! Find another car wash, and don't waste your money here!

I'm absolutely disappointed in this company. I was a drive-thru user of this car wash for years. A few weeks ago I paid full price on my credit card, but the garage door didn't open properly to let me in. Multiple calls to the company left me with nothing. No call back, no refund, nada. The lack of customer service has lost them this customer forever.

I have been coming here since 2012 when I moved to Morgantown. I usually stop by to vacuum on Thursdays but sometimes I will stop on the weekend depending on my work/shopping schedule. It has been decent up until today. Today I pulled in to clean my car and vacuum. I emptied out two bottles of pepsi and two gas station receipts that were at my dashboard. I keep a crown royal bag of quarters in my car for cleaning and parking and Its always in my car. I noticed today It wasn't there. I even got in and out looking around for it twice. Anyway, I went to drive home and was stopped by the owner (or manager?) and told not to use the facilities again because he just saw me throwing those bottles away without vacuuming. I explained the quarter situation and that I always go there but I dont think that went anywhere. I understand his perspective of the situation but I do wish he understood mine just a little better, especially as a repeat customer. Anyway, I am back home and found the Crown bag of quarters in my wife's car, I am gonna take it and start using the one attached at BFS because it's just as close to my house.

This car wash is hit or miss. Every other time I go either a vacuum is broken, or the soap doesn't come out of the brush, or the dial to adjust how you wash is on the fritz. Not impressed.

If I could give zero stars I would, first trip here I used the automatic wash, as I was going through I noticed the dirt not coming off my car. After inspection when I was done the dirt around the bottom of the doors was barely touched. Tried the manual wash the next trip and the brush was broken and the attendant would not refund quarters. Don't use this car wash!

1st vacuum wouldn’t take my quarters. 2nd vacuum had absolutely no suction. Horrible.

No receipts ever available, and it's hard to get your credit card out of the reader. Washes your car well though.
