When I pulled up three guys were outside shaking their heads. I thought they were closed by the way they were acting. I said I needed the whole thing done only cost around $20.00. It was worth only $20.00. They did nothing to the interior. It looked like they only wiped it over with a rag and wiped the windows off. I still have dust on my dash and my beige leather seats still need cleaned as does my floor mats. It seemed as if they had a time limit. Maybe took a while 10 minutes from start to finish. The exterior looks nice just as if it would if I ran it through any mautomatic car wash. Save the money and go to an automatic car wash and clean it yourself at home because you will still have to afterwards.

Paid $100 to have an interior detail. It’s almost like the work got sloppier and lazier the further back they got. My driver side and passenger side carpets have disgusting dirty water still sitting in them, the rear bench seat wasn’t cleaned, along with the carpet, cup holders, and compartments. Literally untouched. I actually found a cup under the bench seat, which would have been removed had they actually cleaned back there. My car smells horrible due to them not removing enough water from the carpets and seats. The more I look, the more I find. I’m still baffled by the crappy job.

Outside of car I give an A. Inside of car is a C. Windows and mirrors I give a F. Very streaked. Rear windows not touched. Neither were rear door Windows.

For a quick clean it's ok. But don't expect it to be anything like the hand wash you give it at home. The works package I purchased seemed a bit much for the results. It seems fast is the main objective of this place

As far as the car wash goes, I would give it a 4 star, but as far as interior detailing by the company, it gets a 1 star. I had my car done a couple of days ago. My seats are still wet! I have vaccummed the seats a couple of times trying to get the water all out. The car now has a small from the water in the car. Where they put my seat cover and other items at, there was still dirt under it. They didnt even take the time to remove the cover in the back of the hatchback to vacuum it or clean it. I also have some water where the spare tire sits at. Do not take your car there for interior detailing.

The only car wash I've ever been to that makes me second guess every time whether I'm sitting in a car wash or a tornado. Not a speck of dirt can survive. I've never been disappointed with KO car wash and I will be a customer for life.
