WARNING! I took my black vehicle through the soft touch and it scratched all sides of the vehicle very badly. I’m am unsure how it managed to scratch my vehicle as bad as it did. The vehicle was washed earlier on the same date at this car wash on the do it yourself, but a few spots were missed. I decided to try the soft touch on my way home. Please do not take your vehicles through the soft touch.

Car was very clean however the soft wash tore my shark fin roof antenna off that was secure and factory installed on my car... very upset about this, now the dealership is going to have to order new one and get it remounted .. I will not be going back to this car wash☹️

Have been sitting outside for 15 minutes already waiting on someone to help because their machine ate my money but won’t wash my car. Their website contact number doesn’t work and there is no one here to help. Definitely would not recommend.

Car wash works well enough not as well as some and better than others however paying for the dryer which is only available in the two most expensive options is pretty much pointless since the water nozzles dump water out while the dryer is running, effectively blowing water on your car while blowing it off , resulting in a wet car and water spots ...which is the whole point you try to avoid if paying for the dryer. The first dryer pass almost all the nozzles are still blowing water and the second pass several still are as seen in my pictures during the second pass
