Went here on my lunch hour. Sure they were busy, but waited almost 2 hours for my car- the sign says “express detailing”. Doesn’t help you could see workers standing around talking.

I have been waiting almost two hours for my vehicle to get washed and the interior cleaned. I realize they are busy. The employees have two speeds, slow and stop, but they have no problem talking to each other. More people need to be hired. Ridiculous!!!!!

This could easily be a four or five-star rating if they stuck to their business hours. I've been there twice and been turned away during normal business hours because they didn't feel they had enough business to keep the interior cleaning crew on hand. I would definitely recommend that you call before you drive here to make sure all services are available. Once I got in, though, I was very pleased with the quality of the services for the price. If you come here expecting a $150 detail job for $15, then you're likely to leave disappointed. If you come here with some wear and tear on the inside of your car because you travel with a messy spouse or toddler regularly, then I think you'll be very pleased with the result. I was there for about an hour and fifteen minutes total with the premium exterior wash with rain-x and basic interior clean (around $35), but they did a great job, and my car looks and smells clean. There is coffee and tea available with a Keurig machine in the waiting area, and there's room for about 10 adults to sit comfortably. They have a TV in the waiting area also, but it was not working when I was there. The wall between the waiting area and the cleaning area is glass, so you can watch while they work, which is good for quality control and exciting for kids. This review will turn into four or five stars when their hours are more consistent, but I would still recommend this place to anyone that wants a quick and fairly priced car wash and interior cleaning.

Extremely dissatisfied I normally take my car to Leesburg Station Autowash thinking that this place was in relation but nope that wasn’t it got home with my car after a wash and noticed car was still dirty the two kids wiping the car would have noticed but nope wanted a clean looking car guess I won’t be getting that from here ps.INSPECT YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING!!!! This place is a joke

I keep trying to give this place a chance because I like to support local but this is the last time..over an hour for inside and out cleaning. Plenty of employees but 2 who actually work at a mid-pace. Several busy checking phones and vaping. Those who are cleaning consistently do so at a relaxed pace. Will drive to Purcellville or Leesburg..always in and out in 30 minutes.

Was charged an extra $4 over-sized fee for a mid-sized SUV. Paid $34 for option #2 which includes vacuuming interior, specifically door jams. There is just as much dog hair in there as there was before I turned it over to them. My $75 house vacuum would do better. Wasn't worth the cost.

I know I gave 5 stars earlier but $34.00 later and my carpets look awful. Joe claims he worked on them for 20 minutes; I wasn't gone 20 minutes so I don't know how he worked on them that long. When I asked Joe to redo them he talked down to me and he spoke rudely. He said it was the "Mitsubishi carpet" that makes them unable to get cleaner. Whatever that means. What a waste of money. After a few minutes Joe, who is also the assistant manager, came back and gave me a card to do a redo.

Don't even bother with getting the interior done. It's subpar always. If you want a quick wash just to get the salt and light duty off, this is the place. Anything beyond that you're wasting your money.

The wash is decent but a little pricey. I usually only do an exterior and tire shine because having the interior done tends to take much longer than at similar washes I have visited.

UPDATE: It has been a year. I just left. I'm sorry to say price has gone up but quality has gone down. I was thinking about signing up for there package, but have changed my mind. Very sad about this. I HAVE CHANGED FROM 5 STAR TO 3.

My wife and I took our car to this place for the first time this week. We asked for a premium exterior wash and paid extra for an interior clean and we asked them to vacuum the floors and the trunk. They forgot to vacuum the trunk and we had to ask them to do that after the wash was supposed to have been finished; they did only a half way job at vacuuming the trunk and we noticed they did not even remove the rear floor mats to vacuum the rear floor area so we had to ask them to do that: they questioned whether we asked for the car trunk to be vacuumed, when I had told them twice to vacuum it. We noticed some of the car exterior windows were poorly cleaned with dirt streaks along the edge of the windows. The Express service took over 50 minutes; that is not express in our opinion. While waiting for the car, we heard other customers talking to each other expressing their concern about the quality of this place's car wash. We took our car home and spent 30 minutes cleaning the areas they missed. We will not take our car there again; in our opinion, it is not acceptable service.

Over an hour just to clean the inside and out. I mean I get out the tunnel to the garage part and it dawns on me why I don’t come here that often. Takes an hour to clean at home. Go to Germantown.

I had to run my car through the wash twice to get it clean The employees that are supposed to clean the inside did a really poor job compared to the way they used to. Still tons of dust on the dash and they didn't vacuum the seats. very disappointed

Guy that takes order had a "I don't really care" attitude and a bit clueless. Told me that steam cleaning or shampooing a ford escape would take 3-4 hours because they are slow and has to be scheduled. There is no way it takes that long. I've had many types of vehicles cleaned that way and only takes about an hour, with doing a great job. All employees seemed a bit lazy or careless. It was more like a "customer no service". For $59, I got about a $10 job. Place is really nice, clean and looks professional. Thought the staff would have been to.

A lot of it may have been timing, but there was no one else on the place when we showed up... and we had a great experience. Prices are a bit extreme, but they did a great job... the car came out clean inside and out, and smelled good too (dogs got in the river. Tough getting that wet dog smell out) all in all, have to say I was happy.

Threw my money away. For $34 , I had to go home and re-do the vacuuming and the outside work was so bad that they left the grease marks on the passenger door ( took 30 seconds to take off with tar and bug remover). When I called them out on this, the manager said that the grease marks were body damage and the vacuum job is what they do - so basically we do a bad job so live with it. Totally unprofessional and slipshod job. In fact find a high school fund raiser - they will do a better job.

The manager handed the phone to the window wiper to tell me there was too much in the vehicle to do there work properly. What kind of manager does that?! I personally emptied the vehicle prior to coming up, Being this not my first rodeo I already knew ahead of time before I got directions to this shady place to empty my vehicle. Lying

So if it mists they close the entire car wash. Makes no sense why they can’t still do interiors. Having multiple cars on their 79.00 each car monthly membership and I can’t even get my cars done. Then today I was there when we waited patiently while the weather is clear to get cars done and 10 minutes after they were supposed to open they come out and tell the gentleman in front of me in line that they are now closed to do maintenance. Someone needs to open another car wash around here as this one use to be good but have forgotten about the paying customers that keep them open. The girl that came out to talk to the truck was very rude to him. If you are closed for almost a week and only open one day yesterday till 11am then how do working people get their cars done. How do you pick the only clear day to do maintenance. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m like the guy in front of me. I’m done with this place. Not worth the money paying monthly if you can’t even get your car done.

Usually they do a great job. Last 3 times I eas there I asked them to please get the back interior window My son left finger prints. Fingerprints still there! They are usually great and go the extra mile to wipe everything down and put air fresheners in the car. You know when they are done with your car in 10 minutes...they missed something! My visit on 3/29 was not pleasant. The wash cost me $57.78 the job received was worth $17. My suv still had a French fry and other droppings in between the driver and passenger seat. Apparent dust left on the dash. The steering wheel looked as if it wasn’t touched along with the running boards inside the vehicle. Joe the on duty manager was nice writing up a redo. I had the heart but chose not to say I will not be patronizing this establishment ever again. #worsewashever#neveragain#

The car wash is fine. But the interior cleaning is a waste of money. The car isn't clean, they forgot to put my floor mat back in after shaking it, and the windows are so streaky I can't see clearly. Plus they don't always open on time. Waiting for a car wash at 9:15 at a place that was supposed to open at 9.

If your hours are until 5:30 then you should post your hours as 5:30 so people can make plans to use another facility. It's ridiculous to wait to tell someone that you closed already when they pull up to the booth at the entrance.

For the past several months, I only use Charles Town Auto Wash for exterior washes. My initial experience before the price increases were average. I had to remind employees not to hang their bottles of off my interior too many times [the trigger scratches the interior door handles]. Employee responses to this request were rude and sarcastic as well as affected the manner in which they completed the vehicle cleaning. In addition, employees intentionally removed the silver inlays [2 total] from my passenger side air-conditioning vents as a result too [caught on camera]. More to the point, there are too many employees standing around during my interior wash as well as using my vehicle to lean on while chatting w/each other - NOT OK. All future washes will be exterior for me. I can clean door jambs and interior myself and save well over $25.00, too easy. Use the overhead wash entry mirror to avoid the tire rail guide, it will scratch your rims.

So I thought I’d give the car wash a second chance. I don’t expect superior service, just a good job. Again I’m disappointed. Wanted the inside of my car cleaned up after a short road trip. I purchased the outside and inside cleaning package. Even had a little card put on the dash that said “shampoo floor mats”. It appears that all they did was wave a vacuum wand inside, wipe the dash and windows. The 2 stars are for a clean windshield. The chocolate driven on the floor would come right up if you tried. It’s only a VW Bettle, could you not put a little more pride in the work?
